Sophie took stock of her life after a friend’s wedding. Her new life goal - find a husband and get her happily ever after. The problem? She was already married to the mountain lion shifter she met in Vegas.
She filed for divorce, signed up for a matchmaker, and settled in to wait for the perfect man to fall at her feet, but things went horribly wrong. Her husband tracked her down, trolls kept trying to steal her spell books, and her friends were keeping secrets of their own.
Luke met his Fated Mate in Vegas only to have her disappear an hour after their wedding. For five years the Army kept him overseas. When his contract ended his only goal is to find Sophie and convince her to give him a second chance.
Can a small-town writer protect her heart and her store at the same time?

I LOVED THIS SOOO MUCH!!! Sophie is an incredible character who is SUPER badass and literally has NO NEED for a man in her life and yet you get romance and her finding the love of her life anyways. I LOVED this and I seriously cannot WAIT for the next story!

Great story!
This story was one unexpected and exciting moment after the other. Had to keep reading. .Recommended read. Looking forward to the next book in this series. -
This was a very enjoyable and easy read. I honestly didn’t want the story to end. All my favorite things in one book. Sweet, romantic and heartwarming with tons of angst. You could feel the emotions from the characters. I loved the added humor in the story.
The characters were relatable and the plot was well thought out. It was easy to fall in love with the town of Somerset. In the end love wins, but it is getting there that makes this such a fantastic read.
Shelly Ferguson is definitely a new favorite of mine. -
so the first and second book
Followed the same theme, girl “sees” something and instead of asking or waiting to hear what the dealio was, they make their “own” reason for what they saw/heard and it’s always the most negative thing they can think of and then they run off. I hope the rest of the books aren’t the same. -
Wonderful again! Though I must admit Scarlett is still fave, this book did not disappoint. I kinda missed the gremlin vibe (I had hopes when one was mentioned early on in story) but it ends with a type of craycray relationship. Kinda literal “stone friend”.

This is the second book in the series and is just as good as the first. It will make you chicks and keep you guessing what will happen with the lead couple. -
Sophie
The next to find her mate. But is it 5 years too late. As Sophie and Luke work out there problems and deal with trolls. -
A great book! From the first page there is a smile on your face to the last page. As the writer depicts Sophie's thoughts, great! And the dialogues she enters into, both with her friends and with Luke, are described so humorously. In addition, a beautiful love story with a lot of love, but also feelings of betrayal, jealousy and miscommunication. Adding a group of burglars, who turn out to be trolls, and the heroic performance of Sophie gives the story an extra twist with again many hilarious moments. Highly recommended

This is such a Sweet story!
The writing draws you in and keeps you involved throughout the whole story, I found myself in love with not only the characters but also the world that was created.
The descriptions of the characters and their feelings are so involved, you can truly picture it in your mind. Their attitudes toward the events that are happening makes the story even richer.

Sophie is the second book in the Love In Somerset series and is a sweet second chance romance. This story has wonderful characters in Sophie and Luke. They are meant to be together; he just has to prove that to her! The storyline is well written and charming, with humour, angst, a Vegas wedding, and a second chance at romance.
I loved this story and am looking forward to the next book in the series.
