Amos asked Elisabeth if she would like to go on a ride with him to the lake. She agrees, she has been thinking of him for a while and this is the first time he has asked her out, as they walk along they talk about hopes and dreams. Amos gives her a sweet kiss and everything was going well until they noticed the sky changing and a storm approaching. They rush back to the buggy and lightning scares the horse, she gets inside but as Amos is getting in the horse bolts he falls and her life changes.
Jeremiah and his daughter are new in the community, his wife passed away some time ago.
Won’t go further into the story line but tell you that there is a happy ending. -

When Jeremiah and Livonia moved into the community they were broken hearted over the death of his wife and her mother. Elizabeth was also broken hearted over the death of her boyfriend. Together they solved a mystery, captured an escaped convict and found a new love. -
Heartwarming
This is a story about believing even when the answer is no. Elisabeth has doubts and loses her confidence in faith when her boyfriend is taken away. A newcomer and his daughter help restore her belief. This is a Christian romance with a happy ending. -
