I deserve it …I didn’t need anything from them. I took care of myself, always did.

But after they showed me what I could have, what they wanted to give me, I changed my mind.

I want it all. The attention, the wild nights, the obedience.

The love.

I want them to love me.

But they love each other. And their friends hate me. And their manicured world is pristine and perfect.

They won’t accept me and my flaws. My baggage that strangles me at every turn.

Doesn’t matter. I can try. Push them to focus on me. Earn their loyalty and respect. Demand their love.

Make them mine.

    Hot and burning up.

Have you ever read a book that has explicit raunchy sex scenes that while reading you tend to, look over your shoulders from time to time to check to make certain that no one is peeking to see what you're reading?

THIS IS THAT TYPE OF A BOOK.

Well hot dam... this book is oh so filthy and unclean, however it’s delicious and deliriously earthshaking good. I know what to expect because I’ve read the authors' work before and she doesn’t spare any details when it comes to her Sex scenes. Her writing has improved I must admit and she had pushed the limits that have been push a long time ago and once again manage to shatter any reservation I may have had from her previous books.

Once again the Author went “there” and formed a triad with three people that has different personalities but their similarities couldn’t be more lucid.

I felt the love between Max, Duke and Clark, and enjoyed how they were settling for each other. Duke is a sweetheart and I just love his sweet nurturing side, Max is taking charge person and don’t allow nothing or anyone stand in her way. And, Clark... headstrong, brute, reserve, but deep inside a gentle giant.

I also did enjoy the weird thoughts of Clarke’s dilemma of ‘adding a woman into the mix’ He went from ‘she doesn’t mean much to me’ and ‘This is just temporary’ TO ‘I love her and I can’t survive without Max.’

And getting Clark to that point was truly remarkable to witness.

I was clinging on every move, and every beat of this book that some may find uncomfortable. It’s a book that doesn’t hold off on its sexuality and I did appreciate that the writer chooses to engage the reader with the explicitness of it all.

Definitely a book to recommend if your view is broadened and MMF genre doesn’t offend you.

    I hate Max

I did not like Max at all. The tough girl was ridiculous. One scene in particular sealed it for me. Their dinner at Brenda, Angel, and Scott. Granted it was something that shouldn't have been discussed in front of her. She didn't know Brenda and disrespected her in her own home because of jealousy. Duke was his usual weak self and didn't tell her off. Instead all he did was give submit to her. Although Brenda had her problems, she was more likeable than Max. Sadly, I found myself hoping that Max would get her comeuppance.
