Forty-year-old Jeovanni Mendoza is far from the Daddy Nick's been looking for. The ex-porn star has slept with dozens of people, both on and off screen, and has yet to have a serious romantic relationship. Even though they've butted heads in the past, Nick has wanted Jeo for a long time and can’t say no when the sexy Brazilian biker suggests they start something casual yet exclusive. Why not, if the chemistry is sky high?
The sex is amazing, but that's not what surprises Nick. The real shocker is that he's enjoying every moment with Jeo, both in and out of the sack. When Nick’s family problems send him into a tailspin and Jeo seems to know exactly what to do to help him, Nick begins to wonder if the man might really make a good Daddy. But as their relationship progresses, knowing they’re only together for the short term, Nick becomes more and more convinced he won't recover once Jeo decides it’s over.

    Re-read July 2021

    Still very enjoyable.

    -----------------------------------------

We finally got Nick and Jeo's story! I’ve been interested in Jeo for quite some time. Especially because in the last book he finally decided to get his life together by quitting porn and stop hooking up with everything and everyone. And I couldn’t wait for him and Nick to finally see why they had been bickering all this time.

When I read the blurb that they would have a friends-with-benefits arrangement I was not happy, but I was glad it wasn't quite like that. They are boyfriends, monogamous and everything. But they also say it's nothing serious. Until it is of course. ;)

I was also a little curious to see how the author would handle him having sex since he was called Hung for a reason. Would it be realistic? Or would Nick just have amazing stretching abilities?

And I was actually quite happy with the way those parts were handled. It’s not all fun times with a man who has a 12 inch anaconda in his pants. It got easier as Nick got used to Jeo, but after their first time Nick couldn’t sit for days. I was glad the author didn’t gloss those parts over, nor did she focus all the attention on the fact that Jeo was extremely well endowed.

And while I enjoyed this, the daddy kink actually felt a little fake to me at times. Nick kept thinking how their daddy kink slowly moved out of the bedroom, but I never saw that for myself.

Yes, Jeo had a dominant personality and that’s how they worked, but I didn’t quite saw the daddy/boy dynamic outside of the bedroom. And even in the bedroom it was more a D/s thing to me. But they both kept thinking how the daddy kink really worked for them, but to me it just felt a but off.

I think this was mostly because they already knew each other and simply calling someone daddy during sex is not enough for me to believe in a real daddy/boy relationship.

But that being said, I really did enjoy this. I liked that Jeo had his life together and stopped doing porn and hooking up the last year. And I loved how Nick and Jeo simply needed each other. Their chemistry was super-hot and felt real.

I also liked seeing all the other couples and I can’t wait for more of the Hedonists to get their own book. (Adam please!)

In terms of Daddy kink this book was wonderfully written with plenty steamy encounters. I enjoyed Nick and Jeo together both in and out of bed. Their relationship build slowly and gave them time to get to know each other. I liked revisiting the MC and all the guys, some of whom got married or engaged which was absolutely fantastic.

What didn't work for me was Nick's constant attempt to sabotage his relationship with Jeo inside his own head by denying what was right in front of him or twisting Jeo's words. Thank goodness Jeo didn't let him. Smart man. Another thing that was a bit of let down, was the fact that besides the relationship and every day routine each man had, there was not much going on and the big bad moment in the end was very anticlimactic. I felt underwhelmed. Tony and Cane's story was so perfect, I guess here I needed a bit of suspense to make the story great for me.

Overall, I enjoyed Jeo's exploration into Daddy kink and the fact that these two men were absolutely perfect for each other, but the steady tempo of the book begged for a little bit of excitement that I didn't get. Good solid 4 stars story.

    Jeo and Nick

Another excellent addition to the Hedonist series. Hot af, hurt/comfort, Daddy/boy, parties, a lot of steamy sexiness. If you know this series you know why Jeo’s nickname is Hung :)

Nick wants a Daddy and Jeo think it’s time to step in and have some fun.
They both expect to have fun until the other has enough of it and break up, both waiting until the other shoe drops., both developing feelings. The further they come the more it will hurt, right?

I love this series, rough, horny, sexy af, every part with its own different content, every part is awesome, every combination of men lovable. I can’t wait until the next installment!

I loved this whole series, with hard core bikers, lots of sexiness, different stories, and exciting events.
Nick, in his mid to late 20's,

needs a Daddy to reign in his anxiety and issues.

Jeo/Jeovanni/Hung, in his 40s, is a strikingly gorgeous

Brazilian biker at the Hedonist MC.

He used to work for the club's porn business, but now works at the LGBTQ Shelter and lives upstairs there. Our two men are attracted, but have avoided each other.
When Jeo fills in to do a Daddy/boy video at the studio, a friend sends Nick the video, and shows Nick, that Jeo could be what he needs. Later, at a Daddy/boy event at LUX, Jeo is there to see if Nick is interested.

They begin a relationship and it is going great. Jeo slipped into his role and Nick was thrilled to get what he needed. Super hot sexiness, edging, Daddy/boy, spanking, aftercare, and deep passion increasing intensely as they progressed.

Meanwhile there are other club member's events and interactions. We see Jeo and Nick's inner thoughts and dealings, their pasts revealed, and Nick must come to terms with his fears and learn to hand over his needs for Jeo to help him with. Communication was key.

I loved Nick and his personality, how he openly embraced his femme side. I hated his father and how he treated Nick, because that rejection was unforgivable.

Jeo strengths were his care-taking ability, his bad-ass attitude, and his devotion.

Wonderful story, terrific epilogue, and I highly recommend it.
    ENJOY !

Daddy kink is never my thing but after 5 books into the series how can I not read Jeovanni's book. I want to read all about his pornstar worthy cock that earned him the nickname, Hung.
Before they even get together, I know Jeo and Nick is going to be explosive. Nick is such a fire cracker and I finally get to know all the insecurities he hide behind his flamboyant and flirty facade.
Nick is always looking for a Daddy with a firm hand and I'm surprised that the author actually gave him a real life Daddy issue to deal with. Coincidence much?
I love Jeo so much in this book. He is such a reformed manwhore and had clean up his act since then. He might be doing it for himself or he might just want to be worthy of Nick.
When they are both in the bedroom and started with all the Daddy/boy dirty talk, I don't feel awkward at all. To me, is not a scene or an act. Jeo really cares about his boy and wanted to give him what he craves and Nick simply wanted to feel control and in safe arms. So even if Jeo is not a rich sugar Daddy, a sore point for Jeo, he is what Nick needs. Nick had his bratty moments many times, but I do understand where he is coming from and it makes the whole Daddy/boy angle work so well because Jeo knew how to handle him.
There isn't any suspense in this book unlike the previous ones and I couldn't care less.

Ex/current porn stars as part of a motorcycle club? Works for me.

So, there's Jeo, who is a Brazilian man who was very, very... gifted, and a former porn star. He feels some way about Nick, who is a younger man who wants a Daddy. Meanwhile, Nick wants Jeo, but feels some kind of way about him. But, then things happen, and everything changes.

I liked how Jeo was changing himself around without telling his friends about it. I thought that it made it seem like he was really sincere about the fact that he really wanted to change. I think that he has a really good heart and really wanted to help the kids he was working with.

Nick knew he wanted to have something, but not necessarily knowing what he wanted. It had to be hard on him for that. I think that he was hurting

Oh man, I was not sure about this book. I’d sped through the earlier instalments in the series and adored those pairings but the snippets of Jeo and Nick we’re given in the earlier novels just didn’t endear them to me. Jeo especially seemed like a massive jackass and while not irredeemable, I’m picky when it comes to love interests.

That being said, I was so happy to be wrong. We kick off with insight into the monumental changes Jeo has been making in his life to better himself. There’s none of this, oh all of a sudden he’s a nice guy - he regularly makes mistakes with Nick but the most refreshing and tender part is that he’s TRYING. The ex pornstar wants to live a better life, be a better person and make a difference. And god, if that doesn’t set my heart a flutter for an MC.

Nick in contrast, is hard to define or explain. He’s a very multi faceted character and almost doesn’t seem real in his realism. I know gay men like Nick in real life but there’s this magical quality to him that I really loved. He’s loud and proud with his femininity but soft and needy, desperate for validation and acknowledgement. The pair of them work so beautifully together as daddy and boy.

There’s alternating POV and first person, which I usually hate but it works well here and I like getting insight into both characters perspectives because both characters are interesting.

The sex is steamy, the daddy kink delightful although the age gap is barely touched on and I would have loved that to be played up more considering Jeo is in his forties. That’s semantics though, it doesn’t lessen the story or sex at all. Love, love, love and will continue with reading the rest of the series as they come out!!

After reading Jeo and Nick clash so hard in previous books, I couldn't wait to read their story and the author hasn't disappointed.
We start with both men determined that they don't want the other despite the obvious attraction between them but it's not long before Jeo's curiosity for Nick's link of managing a Daddy has him stepping out of his comfort zone and into shoes that fit surprisingly well!
These two together are explosive with the banter that they can have together, whether fun or full on arguments, as well as the connection that simmers just below the surface from the start. Jeo really endeared himself to me in the way he's tried to improve himself over the past year but now also tries to be his best self for Nick as well. Nick has a good amount more drama going on, especially with family, and learning to lean on Jeo is a huge step for him, especially with I do being a complete novice in the Daddy area but he's a very quick learner and it's as though they learn together as we follow their story. There is a great mix of moments ranging from sweet and protective to hot and eager.
Again, we get to hear from the members of the Hedonist MC which is always a laugh but a couple of tough moments for one of two who I'm hoping we hear from soon! There's a real sense of family among the members and all it takes is a call and they'd all be there for you for anything, as proved by their assistance for Jeo and his new work placement at Rainbow House, as LGBT youth shelter, another place I hope we hear more from.
Another brilliant addition to the series, a must read for fans of the men great stories of the Hedonists.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review

First of all I didn’t realise it was part of a series. I mean, it says “series” but a lot of indie romance authors have series that just have a common place/ theme but each title can be read as a standalone. This one has so many secondary characters and backstory with them it can’t be appreciated alone. I think it should have been noted in the book blurb. I find it through the kindle app directly and didn’t realise the series aspect and it was very confusing

The story was not bad but there were too many things that were really…not for me 😐

    1. Toe f*cking?? 😳
    2. The first time they have s*x, Nick can’t sit properly for days because of the pain and Jeo is turned on by this. He’s turned on knowing he caused him physical pain like that??
    3. Apparently in the past Jeo f*cked a sister and a brother (not at the same time but this is a big no for me🤢)
    4. Jeo gives Nick a c*ck cage just after they had a big discussion about Nick’s homophobic dad. Very strange timing to go into “oh by the way here’s a cage” just after a heavy talk about emotional trauma
    5. The Daddy thing was more of a kink than a relationship. They say it outside the bedroom but I didn’t feel like Jeo was behaving like Daddy. He was just a boyfriend, there was nothing special about their dynamic.
    6. After their first spanking session Nick thinks that he’s never been spanked before, not even by his dad as a kid but that he wished he had 🤮

Also, Jeo is supposed to be over 40…so who’s the guy on the cover?

  • Belinda Zamora

Nick has been crushing on Jeo for a long time but he's a player and isn't intersted in settling down.
He also needs a Daddy and that's not something Jeo has ever bern interested in.
A scorching hookup at a club has them both interested in pursuing more but with the caveat that this is only for fun.
Jeo thinks he's too old and not worthy of Nick.
Nick feels as though Jeo will never settle down and it obviously wouldn't be with him, anyway.
As they become closer and discover more about each other and allow themselves to be honest and vulnerable with one another
it soon becomes apparent to everyone else except themselves that things have changed and become serious.
I loved how Jeo seemed to take to the role of Daddy like a duck to water and how Nick was the pefect balm to soothe his insecurities.
There was great chemistry between them and I absolutley loved the found family dynamic the Hedonist brothers have.

This was such a great read to start off my New Year. Not sure how this happened but I missed this series. I saw the ad for this book and read the blurb and had to read it.

A story of growing and accepting change with a HEA. Nick knows what he wants but isn’t sure how to get it. Jeo knows he needs to change his life but isn’t sure where he’s going.

It’s interesting watching how these two learn about themselves and each other and as a couple.

Lots of characters float in and out so I will go back and start on book 1. You can see storylines developing with some of the characters as well. This was smooth and well written story.

    Fun, Fun, and Hot!!!

I received an ARC of this book. Nick and Jeo are perfect. It took some bumps in the road and learning curves but when they got there, it was explosive! This book came at the perfect time for me. I recently discovered the series and devoured it in a few days. I was so very excited about this one!! It's the perfect combination of sweet Daddy outside the bedroom and Hot Daddy inside!! Nick finally gets what he's been looking for and never knew he needed. It was so much fun catching up with the other guys in the Hedonists also. Great story!!!!

  • Stephanie

This is another great addition to this series. Jeo and Nick are perfect for each other. It is great to see how their relationship grows. There are times I wanted to shake these characters. However I love the Daddy/Boy dynamic that these two have. Such a great read and I love see the other characters from other books.

  • Patricia Nelson

The author has written a great, grab-you-by-the-feels, poignant, fantastic, five alarm flaming hot, hilarious, delightful, amazing, and totally awesome twist on the standard age gap, daddy/boy, and fling turning into so much more storylines. It had me hooked from the very first page, and I would recommend getting this gem immediately.

  • Aerielle Bondi

I very much enjoyed this story but I felt Jeo and Nick’s coming together was a bit rushed, a hot encounter at a club to starting a relationship but still very enjoyable!! We learned more of Nick’s backstory and a little of Jeo’s. I would’ve like to learn a bit more about him though. Overall this was a very sexy read!!

  • Mary A Walters

I’ve been looking forward to reading about Nick and Jeo! I knew there was something happening between them back when Nick was Jeo’s assistant. The last thing I expected was Jeo to turn into a daddy, but I was not disappointed. I highly recommend all of the books in this series.

  • Pat

    Daddy/ boy

This series is awesome and keeps getting better and better. I loved the dynamic between Jeovanni and Nick. The animosity at the very beginning morphing into an arrangement much later. Watching playboy Jeo change was brilliant. And Nick is just adorable.

  • Leci Forde

    Great daddy/boy story

This was really a great story! I loved the development of the relationship and the growth of the characters. If you enjoy daddy/boy kink, you will love this story! It can be read as a stand-alone but would be better if read in series order!

  • Kristina

I love this series and this book was just as awesome as the others!

    PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!

    To my ratings:
A 3,5* is clicked with a 4* but in review marked as 3,5*:

5* - very very good and rare (it would be a Blow-Away-book like ‘Jesse's Smile’ or ‘Joey’ from Angelique Jurd, ‘Save the the kids’ series
from EM Leya, ‘Love’s Tethered Heart’ from C.L. Etta or ‘Liberty’ from Seth King),
    it's like an A+

4* - very good and will be often reread and is a WOW-book with interesting plot and surprises (like most of Andrew Grey books and Davidson Kings 'Haven Hart'-series)
    it's like an A

3,5* - a really good book, which will be reread a few times (most romances where you can enjoy for relaxing and during waiting times in
hospitals). I can recommend them definitively!
    It's like an B+

    3* - it could be more then a one-time-reader (2-3 times a year),
    it's like a B

2* - it was ok to read, but it's more a one-time-reader (I wouldn't recommend it heartily, but it was ok)
    It's like a C-, D

1* - sorry, but that isn't really a book for me (too many mistakes, not nice plot, illogical, so an absolute NO-GO). It's like failure in the
whole line, dismissed, repeat the class
