He thinks he’s destroyed me. Broken me beyond repair.

But he always underestimates women.

All he’s done is reinforced my resolve. I won’t stop until justice prevails and he gets what’s coming to him.

Until then, the charade must continue.

Game on.

This concludes Abby and Kai's romance. 106k words, full-length novel. This is a dark romance, and some scenes may be triggering. Only recommended to readers aged eighteen and older.

WOW, what a sweet ending to a crazy trilogy!!! 😱👏
This is the last book of Abby and Kaden's story, and I finished it with my jaw on the floor... Siobhan ROCKED this trilogy, big time!!! 👑💥
She took me on a crazy ride full of twists, action, passion and lots of emotions! (Well, she also made me dream of saggy cocks, but it's not relevant right now... LOL 😂)

In the end of the second book, there is no doubt Abby and Kai reached rock bottom. The elite may have broken their spirits, but you know what they say...? Things can only get better! 🔥

📚 "𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐈 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐩 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞? 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲. 𝐌𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫." 📚

Abby is surrounded by enemies who think they broke her - but they made one mistake... they underestimated her power. 💪
Along with Kaden, her twin brother, Drew and the rest of the gang - they fight for their future to start a new world where they can finally be free to make their own choices. 🙏❤
So... GAME ON - and like the name of this book, the retribution is going to be sweet!!! 🔥🔥🔥

Abby is a real firecracker. Even though she was in pain, on the outside she was always in control... Just try to get on her nerves, because if she explodes? Your screwed! 💣
While she is young and sometimes behaving accordingly, her cynicism made me laugh so hard and her strength was admirable. She knows when to fall apart and cry but won't wait for anyone to save her - and I LOVE that in a female character. 👏💥

And Kai, oh, Kai... he's the perfect caveman! 😋 I really liked the way his personality development from the first book till now. ❤😍
Every time he showed up, I had goosebumps. He was deadly and powerful... but damn, he was also such a romantic that made me want to eat him! 😂

📚 “𝐈 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐱𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐰𝐨𝐧𝐤𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐬.” 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐤𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬. “𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐞. 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈’𝐦 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐨𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈’𝐦 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐛𝐬.” 📚

This book was exactly what I was hoping for... It had crazy parts that literally made me bite my nails out of stress! 😬
Even so, there were some excessive dramas and parts that didn't make much sense (well, they ARE just teenagers) and made me think:
Oh my God, how much did they manage to do until graduation in these three books?! I will not elaborate, but I mean, damn... at their age I was still pulling boys hairs to get their attention!!! 😂🤦‍♀️

📚 “𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞, 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐲,” 𝐊𝐚𝐢 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐦𝐲 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞. “𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞. 𝐈 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭.” 📚

This book played with my heart and mind. I cried with laughter, burned with passion, trembled with fear and fall completely in love! 😍
So if you like dark YA books with crazy twists - this is a MUST trilogy for you! 👏

I can't describe how sad I am that I have to get back to my life without that gang... BUT I'm super excited for Siobhan next book, about Jackson! 👑❤

    #ABBY&KAI4EVER

FIVE CRUEL, TWISTED AND SWEET STARS FOR ABBY AND KAI ❤🖤❤!!!

    🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have to admit that I hate writing reviews for books like this one because I'm always afraid that I won't say everything that is important about books/series like this one, that took my heart at beginning of the story and keeps it forever.

Yes, this book is one of those that keeps you awake all night and when you finish it, you just want more and more.

You want that series doesn't have an ending because you feel like a part of that fictional family.

The first book I've read by Siobhan was "Cruel Intentions".

That was the first time that I had a chance to read extremely dark high school bully romance which is definitely not for everyone because the whole series has a lot of triggers but luckily I didn't have a problem with that.

So, I can say that the "Rydeville High Elite" series was the reason why I fell in love with dark high school bully romance trope.

Also, it was also the reason why I fell in love with Siobhan's writing style which is unique and beautiful that makes you want to read all of her books.

And yeah, like I said before Siobhan is the QUEEN for good cliffhangers but she knows how to write the amazing ending.

So, this book surprised me in every kind of way and that very important because nobody loves predictable books.

I love Abby's character so much.

There were moments when I thought she will give up but she didn't.

She kept fighting and I'm amazed at her.

I'm sure that rarely anyone will stay normal after things that Abby was going through and that why she is so special.

She is the character who needs to be a role model to no just every girl but every woman because she showed in these books that women are not weak.

Women are strong and they need to be heard out and they also have the freedom to do anything they want.

Women need to show the world their confidence, fearlessness, and stubbornness because they are not the picture that man's world made for them.

Yeah, I think that is the most important message in this series.

    Kai.

Why can I say about this perfect boy?!

Of course, he took my heart but I wasn't his fan in the first few chapters of "Cruel Intentions" but I must say he earned my love with his protective side for Abby in the other two books 💕.

His love for Abby is palpable not just in his word and actions.

There is so much more than it can be described in words.

    It just exists.

Abby and Kai's relationship wasn't easy from the beginning but they kept fighting through the whole series for their love and they did it.

    And they got it.

    They got what they wanted.

    Because true love always wins.

I highly recommended these books to everyone who loves dark high school bully romance because they will keep you awake all night and give you a chance in some new world which will make you forget about your real-life!!!

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

I think I read a different book to everyone else.

I hate being the first person to write a review that is not glowing, but in this case I was disappointed. Everyone is talking about all the twists and turns, all the emotions and feels, and how much they loved this ending, while I’m just sitting here searching for the things that had people making such statements.

I’m a big Siobhan Davis fan, I’m happy to dive into each new release, but since the start of the Rydeville High Elite series, I’ve been unsure. I’m the minority, finding it difficult to invest in the romance playing out in the first three books in the series. Everyone is crazy about them, but I have failed to feel the emotion.

I think, in part, this is due to how close many of the bully aspects in the first book are to my past experiences. Had a group of guys assault me? Been there, done that, got the physical scars to prove it. Had someone who was supposed to be close to me use a suicide attempt against me? Been there, done that, got the emotional scars to prove it. Decided the former are going to become friends and the latter is to be the love of my life? Somehow, I’ve gone wrong. Evidently, based upon this series, I’m a coward who does things wrong. Instead of facing things, I buried my head in the sand and tried to keep a low profile to prevent worse things from happening (not that it helped). As soon as the chance came, I put as much distance between myself and these people as possible. It helped, but you cannot escape your memories. Memories that linger no matter what, making it difficult to believe someone who experienced such things can feel romance towards such people.

However, despite these feelings, I trusted Siobhan Davis to win me over. She has done so in the past with other things, things I did not think she would be able to win me over with, and I had my fingers crossed the same would be true here. Thus, I pushed aside my feelings about bully romances and how the trend really isn’t healthy to focus solely on the other aspects of the story. Did the romance seem real? Were there twists and turns? Did the story hook me?

It’s through rating this book on those things that this third book actually spent a while being a one-star rating. I hate saying it – as I said, I’m a big Siobhan Davis fan – but such was the case. Again, the emotion between the characters was based upon everyone saying there was chemistry without really feeling it. The twists and turns were predictable – it reached a point where I was doing a mental checklist against other popular novels. There were inconsistencies with the way the characters were behaving, with behaviours changing to suit the situation instead of remaining true to what we have been learning about them. The internal monologue of our leading lady went very Fifty Shades with her ‘inner whatever-it-was-this-time’ (fortunately, we did not get an inner goddess, which really would have tipped me over the edge). Then, what really caused me to put down the book and have to leave it for a while was when we recreated the scene from Fifty Shades that I have worked so hard to purge from my memory.

At this point, I had to put the book down because I was becoming overly critical. I cleansed my mind with another read, then came back to it when I was no longer so annoyed. When I went back, the story went up to the two-star rating. Even though everything came together far too easily in the end – I really wanted more, considering how big and evil this world is supposed to be – it did not drop back down to the one-star rating. I don’t know if it was because I started this one on the first day of my period, so I was in major PMS mode, but when I came back to it, I wasn’t as annoyed. I was still disappointed – Siobhan Davis usually blows my mind, yet this one felt too easy and felt like it existed solely to appease people rather than remaining true to what it could have been – but that I can deal with.

Despite the fact this one did not feel like the Siobhan Davis I know and love, I was addicted throughout. I had to see how everything came together, which means I didn’t completely hate it. To the point where, oddly enough, I remain curious about the future books in this series. I honestly believe it was just the Abby and Kai arc that I was not down with, as other elements I was really curious about. There were plenty of points where I got to see signs of the Siobhan Davis I’m used to, leaving me with the belief the future books in this series could return to what I like about the author.

As I said at the start of this review, I hate to be the first person who does not give a glowing review. In fact, I’m fearful of doing so. The last time I was the first to put up a review on a Siobhan Davis book that was not glowing, I ended up with the comments section being overloaded with people snapping about my view being wrong. The weird thing is, it was a three-star rating, and if you hover over the three-star rating it actually comes up with “I liked it”. If you hover over the two-star rating it comes up saying “it was okay”. That’s what this one was. It was okay. In the end, I did not pull my hair out, but I did not love it either. It’s weird, but I feel people no longer use the rating scale the way they are intended. I’ve been kicked off ARC teams for three-star ratings (which, in the long-term, I feel reflects badly on authors rather than readers, especially when said reader has given high ratings to other books and it was clearly a one off), but I feel my role as an ARC reader is to give an honest rating. Not everyone is going to love every book, we are all entitled to our options, and such is the case here.

I may have been disappointed by the conclusion of the Abby and Kai arc, but that does not mean everyone will be. It’s personal taste, accept opinions are going to differ.

    5 WHAT JUST HAPPENED CROWNS

This is going to be the shortest review in the world because I DO NOT want to give anything away, but I loved this conclusion. Loved.

Seeing this crew come together to take in the older Elite generation was fantastic. There is more corruption, violence, criminal acts and violations against humanity, but if you have read book one and two, you know this.

It was great to see Kai and Abby come together, although there are moments when it got a bit too cheesy for me with some of the lines. But these two have had it rough, so it was okay at the end.

Sweet Retribution is for sure a page turner. There is enough suspense and drama to keep people enthralled from the beginning to the end.

There's suspend your disbelief, and then there's throw everything and the kitchen sink into level of OTT. I wanted to love this so much, and maybe if it was condensed into a longer standalone or even duet, I would have felt different. I really loved the OTT drama in book one. It was beginning to grate on me in book two. But it just completely took me out by this one sadly. I wanted to love this as much as I loved book one, but by 30% I was entirely over it. I pushed myself through the end but it just never clicked back for me. This read like it should have been a why choose romance and I will die on this hill.

Their love and chemistry was absolutely amazing and I for one was ready to see the evil Elite finally get theirs! What an outstanding and fantastic story!

Without giving away any spoilers, Sweet Retribution was addicting, compelling and so delicious. We got to see Abby and Kai fight for their future and happiness. Abby was strong and determined to succeed. And Kai was just perfection. I could not stop reading! I am obsessed with this series and can't wait for more Rydeville! Bravo! 5 stars! ~Ratula

This says it all: GAME ON, and trust me, Abby is determined to win at ANY cost! What a GRANDE FINALE! Siobhan Davis brought this one home in high style, with maximum impact and grit!

Justice was served in spades on every level and the edge of my emotionally charged seat was all that kept me grounded. SWEET RETRIBUTION is just as the title says…and I loved it!

I received a complimentary edition from Siobhan Davis! This is my gleefully honest review.

    The Mighty Shall Fall

I have been totally swept up in this series since we met Kai and Abby in book one. Each book left us hanging and now you will get the ending you’ve been hoping for!

Abby is about to get her revenge and bring down the main players of the Elite. It won’t come without sacrifice. Women in their world are disregarded and underestimated. She is about to mastermind the take down of this powerful group of sadistic men with some help from her kfriends.

Oh the mighty shall fall at the hands of a woman. The most perfect revenge.

This story has so many twists and secrets to uncover. Every one of the Elite has their own agenda. They are some of the most depraved and twisted individuals. You’ll be eagerly waiting their fall.

The deceit and sadistic behavior is not for the faint of heart. The author will have you fearing for Abby and fighting for Kai. You’ll feel the angst and the heartache. Ultimately you will feel the love. Love so strong that no sacrifice is too great to secure their future. Chemistry so hot that’s it’s palpable. A great dark and suspenseful romantic series.

    4.5 stars for this trilogy
An epic conclusion to a riveting story.
Abby and Kai will rock your world

  • Courtney

I am not a fan of the bully romance genre, but and this is a BIG BUT, I am a fan of Siobhan Davis and wanted to give this genre a chance with her. I thoroughly enjoyed and loved the first two books and was anxiously awaiting this one to see how Kai and Abby's story ends. In the end, this definitely veered off the path of bully romance and more into the dark romance aspect but still didn't wow like me the first two.

I am not sure where it happened in this book, but at some point, everything started to feel repetitive and annoying to me. Abby's reactions to Kai (the need to constantly to have sex with him) or the twists and turns within the story that were to be shocking but just felt forced to keep the story alive or possibly the ignorance of so many secondary characters just became obnoxiously annoying. I really don't know and I struggled to finish this one.

I love Siobhan and her ability to create worlds that are unique with characters that are fierce and strong. And she does with this series but in this particular book, I felt things shift and characteristics were not the same. Now that may have been what Siobhan wanted (her characters to grow and change because of their circumstances) but I had at least expected them to maintain the majority of who they were from the start.

So what such a drastic change from books one and two to this one for me??? I think the shock factors became too over the top and too much for me. I have always said that Siobhan does not write for sheer shock value and writes because it fits the story. But even I have my limit of when it just becomes too much drama for one couple to endure. Maybe if this all this happened and it was through different characters, I would feel differently. But it didn't and therefore, just felt that most was written for shock value, which saddens me.

Does Siobhan deliver an angsty, dramatic and intense story?? Yes. Many of those who have loved the first two books will gobble this one up too. It is exciting, fast-paced and action-pack drama from page one. But for me, far too many things became repetitive and it lost it's edge for me.

I hate being in the minority on books, but I will always be upfront and honest on books that I read. I also hate that this book didn't live up to the first two for me. However, I am excited to see what happens in the future with this series. Siobhan has given us a lot of characters that I am hoping to see get future books and see how things pan out there.

    ⭐️ 5 "Ultimate Confrontation" Stars ⭐️
Since book one of the Rydeville High Elite Series, I’ve been obsessed with this world of depraved secrets and manipulation! I just couldn’t wait to finally get my hands on Sweet Retribution and see how Abby and Kai’s story would conclude. Once again, Siobhan Davis takes her readers on an electrifying ride full of duplicity, wicked surprises and sexy times! This is an extreme game of chess between Abby and her sordid father to determine the ultimate winner in this corrupt environment!

Abby and the gang stay strong in spite of all the ambushes to find a way to destroy her filthy father. They use the genius tech abilities of Xavier to discover long hidden secrets and put everything in place to discredit the awful man! I love how they’re all united in finding ways to play everyone against them to win this battle. Throughout my read, I was stunned by some of the totally unexpected secrets exposed! Let’s just say that Michael Hearst and his elite friends are sick men with all the awful acts that are depicted in this story!

Abby and Kai’s relationship is so perfect! Their love is so intoxicating and while I enjoyed their frantic passion in the previous books, it’s refreshing to see them in a gentler way. They share some really beautiful and emotional moments and their love is just shining so bright through the pages. It doesn’t mean that they don’t get some combusting moments where Kai uses his dirty talking!

Sweet Retribution is the culmination of a long awaited confrontation between daughter and father! The suspense and surprizing admissions had me completely ensnared by this story! It concluded in the most epic way and now I need more of this astonishing world. I’m really happy to know that some of the supporting characters will get their own stories! For all dark romance lovers that enjoyed twisted and thrilling books, Rydeville High Elite is a must read series for you!

Wow what a way to end Kai and Abby‘s story!

I inhaled this book! After what happened in the first two and that last cliffhanger I knew I wasn’t going to put this book down until I had answers to everything.

I loved Kai so much in this book, he really stepped up and allowed Abby to become the strong person she needed to be.

The twists and turns, I didn’t see coming but after the emotional rollercoaster Siobhan Davis put us through with the first two books, these twists and turns were welcomed!

This trilogy was a crazy ride, including a lot of dark themes and triggers some people may not like.

I’m obsessed with this series and can’t wait to see what Is in store for the secondary characters.

  • Robin Powers

Wow!!! Got my gritty ending with twists and crazy dark scandal. Page after page kept me riveted. I love that even though Abby and Kai’s story is complete...we still get more of our favorite characters coming soon. I love this dark world and flawed men. I can’t wait to find out what wicked twists are in store for the rest of the “new elite”. I just know that their road to happiness is going to be a little bumpy. Ok...who am I kidding. It’s going to be full of nasty construction and sink holes.

  • Candy Nicholas

I've read all 3 books and I'm reviewing all of them in this post! I really don't know where to start because I'm still reeling. Like wtf did I just read. These books got some crazy, sick, twisted hot mess going on and I ate it up!! I'm not kidding! I endured hunger pains because I just couldn't put the books down. I read each book in one day!

The first book was your usual bully romance but with a spin because her dad is evil as hell. He's really the devil! I can't go into details about him because he deserved his fate in book 3. Anyways, the difference i picked up in book 1 than other bully romance books is that Camden ass was not who you thought he was. He was a whole different person in Prologue than he was in the majority of the freaking book. And what I like was that his and Abby's romance was slow building one. He really hated her ass in 3/4 of the book 1🤣🤣 but it's a thin line between love and hate😁😁. Book 1 ends in a cliffhanger which makes you want to jump right into the 2nd book. Thank goodness I didn't have to wait for its release. I would've been pissed!

Book 2 is when Abby finds out that everyone she loves and trusted betrays her. Like EVERYONE betrays her. One of her best friends is named Charlie and I was on his side for a hot minute there. But dude was delusional as hell. And he was a snake. A wolf in sheep's clothing. I'm still thinking about what he did. This dude was OBSESSED and it was sad because of him being delusional. Charlie pissed me off. I was plotting his death the majority of the book along with several of the men in the elite! After I thought about it I felt sorry for him but right after I was done reading book 3..I was no longer feeling sorry for him. He redeemed himself in book 3 but I still didn't feel sorry for him. He was in love with Abby but the way he went about it was selfish and she told him she didn't feel the same. He was in denial though. Stupid ass🙄 he gets his way for a lil minute in book 2 and half of book 3. In book 2 Abby is out for revenge on Camden/ Kaiden and I was all for it! It was fulfilling to read her pushing all of Kaiden's buttons😂 they come together eventually.

Book 3 is when shit gets real. Abby is out for blood and her daddy and the elite men will feel her wrath. Her and Kaiden are together in this book but their love is tested. They're a strong couple and I was rooting for them all the way through the book. Charlie ass is getting played and he doesn't see it coming😂😂 he thought he was in control but his bubble got popped real quick. Poor thing.... NOT! Anyways, all of the people that betrayed Abby in book 1 and 2 redeemed themselves in book 3. They came through in a big way. Especially her friends Xavier and Sawyer! They're my favorite side characters along with Jackson. I can't wait to read their books. Long story short Abby and Kaiden gets their HEA and it was deserved. Abby gets her revenge. Their love went through some mess! I was emotionally and literally exhausted after reading all 3 books. and I still strongly recommend reading them! They need to come with a reading advisory in BOLD AND CAPITAL font. It's some sick twisted mess that goes on in these books!

The only thing I disliked was that Christian Montgomery, Atticus Anderson, and Denton Mathers deserved DEATH OR PRISON!!

  • TheSassyNerdBlog

    Yes. Yes. Yes.
FINALLY! I feel like I've waited a year for book three.

The last two books in this series have had me bent out of shape... But in a good way. There was so much angst, so much hatred, so much pain, so much love, so much... JUST SO MUCH... So I went into this book tiptoeing. Ms. Davis has proven to me that when it comes to any of her books. Expect the unexpected and that I did, and I still wasn't prepared and I still felt like I was throat and gut-punched.

I want to review this and give it justice, but it's hard without giving too much away... So I am going to try, and I will leave it spoiler-free.

Books one and two were a rollercoaster. Abby went through so much. So much pain and so many lies, betrayal, drama, and so many secrets. There were parts in the books I didn't think my heart could take... It ached for Abby, and Kai too. These two had a different kind of beginning, and it has been a struggle from the beginning. They went through more than any average person or couple should.

In book three, Abby and K keep pushing towards their future only to have Abby's father continuously try and sabotage it. I felt as though he could predict what these two were going to do next... And that was a little unsettling. I absolutely hated him. Everything about him. But Kai and Abby kept fighting him and everything else that got in their way and after everything Abby has been through, after all the hell she's endured and fought back from,... This book is about her revenge, and seriously this girl is owed and boy does she deliver.

This book had my head spinning. Like I said above, I went in expecting the unexpected and that was even unexpected. Things I thought I had pieced together were blown to pieces as the author curveball after curveball, and it had my heart pound out of my chest. It help suspense, mystery, angst.. FUCKING ANGST CITY HERE... Enough to almost send me crazy... That all familiar feel in your stomach, the ache, that pit of anxiety. Oh how it played with my heart and head... And I know that was the authors intension and she did it with perfection.

This is no fun high school romance. It's brutal, it's intense, it's pure hatred, evil with sadistic behavior, and things that could be triggers for some.. Even the strongest of people. I even found throughout the series that I was triggered and had to take a step back or a moment and collect myself.

In saying that, if that's your kind of thing? Because truthfully I live for this sort of romance, triggers or not... they suck me in something good. So if it is then I highly recommend it. This trilogy was epic and it took me on one hell of an unforgettable, all-consuming, intense, angst-filled, dark, twisted, mind-fuckingly beautiful ride that will stick with me for a long time to come and I will be coming back to re-read for sure!

    5 Mind-Fuckingly Beautiful Stars!

    Outstanding!

This book is not the the sort of book you can just read a few chapters and come back to it later, clear your day and your night order take out and go for a ride this is a jaw dropping read of epic proportion their really is nothing I can say it's a must read and if your worry the first 2 books have set the bar to high and your not sure the ending is going to do it justice you would be dead wrong.

This series needs audiobook it's to good.

I FLOVED the Ryderville High Elite series by Siobhan Davis—not that it was much of a surprise since I adore everything that she writes. Yet her foray into dark, bully romance was deliciously sexy, highly entertaining and a nonstop roller-coaster of emotions. Sweet Retribution was an epic conclusion to the trilogy. This storyline kept me on the edge of my seat (with every single book) and it was unpredictable as hell—which is always a huge draw to books for me! I’ve been a fan of Siobhan’s writing for years and include her in my blog schedule at every opportunity because it’s guaranteed that I will love the story. Yet, as much as I loved the storyline of the Ryderville High Elite books, I particularly loved reading her absolute mastery of the dark, bully romance trope. The range of her talents as an author was exhibited beautifully with the addition of this series to her catalog—it was so very different in nature from anything I had read by Siobhan in the past—and she deserves much praise for stepping outta the box. Bully Romance is a newer passion of mine that really launched itself this year, and now it's taken over as one of my favorite tropes. I simply can't get enough of it. As the Ryderville High Elite series is a continuous plot, it absolutely must be read in order (meaning Sweet Retribution is the last book!) And I’d absolutely recommend the series to new and old readers of Siobhan Davis who enjoy a grittier, angsty plot with lots of sizzle between the hero and heroine. Overall, I’d give this book 5-stars but the trilogy as a whole deserves even more!!!

OMG this was the perfect ending for a couple that more than deserved their HEA. Abby and Kai go through so much ish in books 1 and 2... and yeah in this one too... because it wouldn't be a Siobhan books if you didn't feel a little bit stabby at some point...but, gah, their ending *heart eye emoji*

After the way Kai made me fall deeper for him in book 2 I didn't think it was possible to love him more, but damn if he didn't do just that in this book.

Our girl Abby maintained her queen status and was the architect for her own Sweet Retribution and *the word I want to use here would get my review blocked* but to keep it PG the bad guys should have never messed with her.

Get ready to duck and cover because this book is full of bombs dropping everywhere.

All the damn stars for this book!

    Wow what a ride

I absolutely LOVED this book! Wow. It was perfection. I have no words. Kai is the best type of book boyfriend. Abby is the most perfect heroine. I loved the ending. I loved it all. I dont know what else to say. Justice was served. I am SO happy everyone is getting books! I cannot wait to read more. I just LOVE AND ADORE this author!

Such a GREAT action packed 3rd book! Holy cow. So much going on and it just draws you in. I am equally excited for Jackson’s book! And the ending was worth the read too <3

    5++ stars
    Oh the drama killed me!
Needless to say, I loved this book more than it's predecessors!
    description

There Will be no major spoilers but proceed with caution.

The story starts right from where Twisted Betrayal ended. Abby is forced to marry Charlie but we learn she is already married to Kai in the previous books. The timeline confused me a little but it wasn't something major so I let it slide.
Secrets after secrets unfold until it muddled so much in my head that I had to stop for a moment and align my thoughts before continuing. (That's what happens when you pull an all nighter for the story, but in my defence - I just couldn't put it down).
It is very difficult to write without going into details and I don't want to slip something major because trust me, it would be better if it's read on your own pace.

Again I loved Kaiden and Abby! And they totally deserved the HEA they got! Be still my beating heart but I think I fell for Charlie too! He was amazingly sweet and no matter what he'd done in past, he was portrayed as an amazing personality!
I'm excited about Jackson's book but I want to read more about Drew and Jane (and Shandra).!! There wasn't any mention of Drew's book in the end but I'm hopeful!

Congratulations to the author on such a wonderful job!

Siobhan Davis knows just what her readers want and serves them Sweet Retribution for one amazing finale to her Rydeville High Elite series!

Kaiden and Abby were a couple faced with incredible obstacles yet their love gave them the strength to not only battle them but to come out stronger from their trials. Resourceful and determined they were incapable of accepting defeat. This pair's relationship was redeemed time and time again by their devotion and ultimately their loyalty to each other showing readers that they not only were in love but deserved each other’s love. An extensively developed supporting cast of characters kept this story interesting and well rounded.

Never rule out anything where Siobhan Davis' stories are concerned, every twist and turn in Sweet Retribution held shocks and disclosures that made it impossible to put it down and was pretty much guaranteed to defy even the most imaginative minds. This author's writing appears effortless but upon closer examination the amount of forethought and plotting involved in this work was staggering. The smallest details evolved into the biggest discoveries with little to no notice to readers. It is impossible to remain indifferent where this writer's characters are involved, you will love them, you will hate them and everything in between, and that is what makes a great read experiencing feelings in all their forms. Siobhan Davis covered all the bases in Sweet Retribution from steamy romance to nail biting action creating a story that emerges as one of the best in a competitive field.

The thing about the Elite is that they always underestimate their enemies, especially when they are women. Abby's father thinks he's the one in charge. He believes he has broken his daughter beyond repair and is about to accomplish his life's ambition. He is about to find out that he is wrong. It's true that he hurt Abby, badly, but she's not broken. She has her twin, she has her friends, and she has Kai. She will do whatever it takes to make sure that she keeps them and that they live the life they want. No more fear, no more pain, no more Elite.

Abby's day has come. Yes, she's not the only one invested in the outcome of this battle but for me, just like Kai is the only man for her, this was always Abby's fight to win. She held the fate of so many: the wives, daughters, and sisters of the elite; the underaged sex slaves, the blackmailed, the murdered. She stood for every victim. But she didn't stand alone. Abby had the love and loyalty of a great team of men around her and it made all the difference. Brains and bravery. I found myself holding my breath, literally, as I read, fearful of turning the page.

This has been my favorite series of the year. Abby and Kai stole my heart. Siobhan outdid herself. Again. It was a beautiful, painful journey. It was ugly, relentless, emotional, angsty, and heartbreaking. It was also sexy, suspenseful, funny, and satisfying. The story gripped me from page one and held me captive until the end. I loved the characters, even the ones I hated, I loved hating. This story belonged to Abby and Kai but each one in their group is worthy of their own individual book. I look forward to so much more.

Remember my post where I had this massive range of emotions while reading Twisted Betrayal? This book I was I was basically this 😬😬😬😬😬😬😶😶😶😶😶😶😶😶😡😡😡😡😡🥺🥺🥺🥺🤯🤯🤯🤯😌😌🥰🥰

My absolutely most favorite thing with Sweet Retribution is the whole gang. While there was romance between Kai and Abby, this was bigger than that. We needed the meddling kids to come together to take down the evil. It’s like a different version of Scooby Doo. A better....a sexier.....more lethal version.

There were dark aspects to this book. Just like the previous two, but it wasn’t as a rough thing to read. Am I becoming soulless? Is that why? No! Well maybe.... I think the biggest difference is the strength from all the characters. The dynamics and the relationships between the whole group led this book.

The only thing... only thing I wished was added was more of Abby’s black widow moves she did in book 2; ie Trent and the lunch Table. However, Abby killed it in this book. She became something no one was expecting. She became a threat. She became their destruction.

This series is filled with plot twists galore. There were parts that I guessed correctly and others where I wasn’t even close. Some that were heart wrenching others heart pounding.

Sweet Retribution was the perfect conclusion to this trilogy. But dear readers, never fear! There is more to come. More questions need answered, more evil needs contained, more revenge must be served, and more broken characters needs to find love.

By the time I finished Sweet Retribution, I was left thinking what in the world did I just read, and how freaking epic it was. That title, says it all right there. What an ending to a hard core, ever game changing series.

Abby and Kaiden are freaking back. After all the heartache and struggles, with still so much struggles to go. Their love for one another is so epic and inseparable. They have all kinds of odds against them, but they never give up on each other.

I don't want to give anything away, because it involves so much into the plot, but I can tell you it is a bumpy ride. Filled with planning, sacrifice, love, and lots of steamy moments. Kai is just so alpha male, I love him so damn much. One such moment had me fanning myself it was so freaking hot. And I am not one to like a situation like that. But damn Kai, you are such a bad a@@.

Overall, this series was such a great ride. Everything about it, from the main couple, to the side characters, to the action, plot, delivery, speed of the series. If you haven't read this series, I would highly recommend it, and anyone of her other books. Siobhan is really a talented author, and anyone of her book swill make you a fan.

The conclusion of this story in the Rydeville world was nothing less than exhilarating! There is a lot of scheming going on. Abby and her friends have had enough and they are going to stop at nothing to get some revenge and closure on the horrors they've had to endure under the ruling of the Elite.

I love how Jackson, Xavier and Drew are all so protective of Abby. Not just Kai. I also love how we keep getting mentions of the Kennedys. I love when series collide and overlap like that, especially when they are both series that I love!

The best parts for me, were parts I can't post about in a review that I'm trying to keep spoiler free. So, that being said, there are two BIG surprises that just made the whole book for me. Both positive things and situations that I think will make every reader/fan of the series happy!

In the end, I loved how everything came together and there was definitely a sense of closure, although I also know we will get more of these characters in further books in the series. There's not a cliffhanger, though. This book perfectly summed up the first three books and the story of Kai and Abby. I am sure everyone will be happy with the ending.

*I was blessed with an advanced copy of this book, which I voluntarily reviewed.*

Finally. I feel like I've been waiting forever on this book. Honestly it wasn't too long I just couldn't wait to get it. This book was unbelievable. I don't even know where to start. There are so many great parts. Kai & Abby are a duo you definitely don't want to mess with but I loved how fierce Abby is in this book. She is holding nothing back and determined to get what she wants. There was a favorite moment of mine but I can't say because SPOILERS but oh my gosh. I laughed way too hard. I can't wait to read the continuations of this series about the side characters. Jackson is still my favorite and the most sexy. This series is one you don't want to miss. Talk about a page turner. Drew was absolutely incredible and is the BEST brother anyone would want. As always with Siobhan Davis you are about to go on a rollercoaster and there's going to be a twist but this time it's not what you think.
