Holiday Treats from Edna's Kitchen volume 2 has a number of tasty looking recipes. The directions seem easy to follow and it doesn't have the fancy impossible to cook recipes I've seen in some cookbooks. I haven't prepared any of the recipes yet, but I am especially looking forward to making the Caramel-Apple Upside-Down Cake.
