Molly McBean would like to go outside & skate but it’s raining.
Getting in her room to get a toy they all fall down.
    What a mess.
She decides why not put them inside a closet with a door.
Its stop raining but Molly cant find her skates.
Mom opens the closet door, guess what, all the toys are piled on top of her.
How did Kate (BFF) help Molly clean up her mess?

I do not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing free books from publishers & authors. Therefore, I am under no obligation to write a positive review, only an honest one.

An awesome book cover, great hand-drawn colored pictures, charming illustrations & proper font & writing style. A very professionally written children’s (preschool/elementary age) your toys rhyming storybook. It was quite easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters, settings, etc. to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s educational presentation (toys), movie, an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is an extremely easy rating of 5 stars.

Thanks to mom’s idea, cleaning up becomes a nice game

Molly is annoyed, she wants to go out and put on her brand-new skates. But it rains, she has to stay inside. She searches what she can do, want to get a toy, but as everything is stacked one upon another, not in a good order, and all falls down all over the floor. Mollie decides to tidy up, and throws everything in one in a cupboard, the door can just close when she gives it a push with her feet. When the rain stops, Molly wants to go skating, but where are her skates? She opens the cupboard and all falls down... Her mom gives her a great idea and together with her friend Kate, she starts to bring order in her toys and books. Now that she sees what She has, it is easy to use. She even has filled boxes to donate for other kids too. Molly feels so much better, she and her best friend Kate are such a good team. And now they go skating with a smile.

Molly enjoys her role full of toys, stuffed animals, toys, and books. She doesn’t like to organize. Molly wears mismatched clothes and is clumsy. She wants to go skating with her best friend, but the weather is rainy. First, she must find her new skates amid the mess strewn in her closet. She can barely shut the door.

When the weather finally clears, Molly needs to open the closet to find her skates. Everything tumbles out. Molly’s mom helps her sort, organize and donate. Now the question remains, will she be able to keep things in order.

This book is a fun read for elementary school students who suffer from Molly’s clutter problem. Many children cannot organize their belongings. The author adds an interactive fun feature. They are challenged to find a mouse on every page. Hanson also includes ideas to reduce clutter. Recommended for children ages three through eight, especially those who need to learn how to organize.

"Molly McBean Clutterbug Queen" is a story that many parents can relate to with their messy kids. Molly's room is a mess but she doesn't seem to worry about it. She cannot go out to play one day so she goes into her cluttered, overcrowded closet. She climbs up on a shelf and everything comes crashing down. Her mother instructs her to clean her room, but Molly doesn't think that sounds like fun, so she shoves everything into her closet. When she can finally go out to play, she cannot find her skates so her friend and her mom help her look. Big mistake for her mom because she finds the huge mess in the closet!
The story is written in rhyme and the rhyme pattern works well. There are cleaning/organizing tips at the back of the book for parents to help their kids.
This book is a great book for messy kids around ages 3-8 who do not want to clean their rooms! It is helpful for kids to realize the consequences of a messy room and gives them ideas to keep a neat and clean room.

Good book for encouraging kids to clean up

I chose to review this book because it contains a good message. A message for both parents and their kids.

The book is about a girl who wanted to go and play outside with her friend, but it was boy possible at that particular time. So she made a mess in a room. But failed to clean. The mom helped her find a way to help her clean up by herself.

Take home message, most if not all kids hate cleaning, all they want to do is play. Because kids are smart they always look for shortcut to clean up. Which is not always the solution. With the help of the parents kids can learn to do things the right way without being fussy or feeling like it's too hard and boring.

    Free of Clutter at Last!

Cleaning up her room wasn't Molly's favorite thing but her mother warned her to finally clean it all up. When they both realize Molly has too much stuff, her mom gives her some helpful tips on sorting out the clutter and donating her old toys to a toy drive. Children of all ages will embrace such a wonderful act of kindness while thinning out & organizing their things. The playful illustrations are sure to add a giggle or two.🌝

I call my daughter Molly McLean my clutter queen as she loves to keep everything. As I am reading this story together, she says, ”oh, I am so happy we cleaned my room!” This book is a great story to teach decluttering and the importance of giving.
