The Healing Power of Jesus Reviews
-
I haven't found many Catholics (apart from exorcists) willing to address the things Robert Abel does in his books. Many people think that being meek means being timid. Jesus was anything but timid. This book is a reminder that, as Christians, we are not called to be timid, but to live and move, not in our own power, but in God's power working through us for the good and healing of others (and ourselves). I like that the author keeps coming back to Scripture for examples of how Jesus operated while here in the flesh, and reminders that, in Him, we are equipped (and expected) to do likewise.

A very easy read book a lot of good prayers to heal oneself with prayers.

Mr. Abel shows how Christ can heal our lives if we open ourselves to the possibility and devote ourselves to His service.
