Kicking A— to a balance life.

She was despite her saying otherwise a life that was too good but numb. In realizing at midlife she was missing some. Through Tae Keon Do she started, to help her son overcome his shyness and sensitivity, she grew. Little did she realize what it would do for her.
As she only started because her son would only participate if she did. So she did. Through that training her world opened up! I won’t give it all away but her example is a great one to follow! As she points out too often we are hanging on for dear life not living it.
The physical and mental discipline she learned in acquiring her goal in Tae Kwon Do let her let open up, scream and reconnect with life. A great read well written and example to follow. I highly recommend it!
