But when Travis overhears an intriguing conversation between his cute physical therapist and a co-worker, he’s suddenly not so anxious to be back at work.
Is it possible for two men, both content in their lives, to find what they’ve both needed in a partner in the most unexpected of places? Or will their desires be too much for the other to handle?

Why is it that I love Daddy kink and age-play books, but most books I’ve read end up boring me? I would love to read an age-play book where more happens. I get that age-play in itself is a good story plotline, but if it’s only that I get a bit bored. If we would get something happening to the characters (insert hurt/comfort), or if we’d get more character development, that would be great. But unfortunately most authors take the route of the boy not feeling comfortable with showing his little side, and it takes the entire book to get over his fears.
And that was basically the storyline of this book. Caleb has known he is a little for years, but he’s never thought he could share that side of him with a boyfriend/daddy. But when he meets Travis, he’s not sure why his little side keeps bubbling up.
Travis is pretty sure Caleb is a little, but he could also be wrong. And since Caleb is so obviously afraid to open up and get hurt Travis will just have to take it slow.
When Caleb finally finds out Travis is a Daddy Dom, he is thrilled. But also scared. Only his best friend Dexter knows about him. How will he be able to let go enough so that he can show his daddy his little side…..?
What I really loved about this book was Caleb’s relationship with his best friend Dexter. They were so cute together! I loved how there was nothing romantic between them, but they had this unbreakable bond anyway. More like brothers who cuddled, than friends.
But while I did like this book, I was also a bit bored by it. Especially when Caleb took a very long time to finally call Travis Daddy. Like, he took the entire book.
I just wanted a bit more I guess.
But if you're looking for a sweet age-play book, this is it. -
Carly Marie's Undisclosed Desires is the sweetest age play story I've read in a long time. Focusing mainly on establishing the relationship between Travis and Caleb, this charming tale will make fans of ABDL stories very happy.
In addition to all the fun aspects of age-play, there’s a lovely May-December dynamic and a natural D/s component to this pair’s romance. Ms. Marie makes the most of this intriguing couple by using alternating points of view, so we get an inside look at how these guys are processing everything as it happens.
Travis is experienced and confident, and the gradual way he introduces Caleb to different nuances of age play is charming. I found it heartwarming to watch Caleb's dawning realization as he realizes Travis accepts him, and his fantasies are not only acceptable but very, very welcome.
I especially enjoyed the early part of the novel where we get to learn about each of the men, their jobs and friendships, and what makes them tick. Once the focus shifts to their established relationship I miss seeing them interact as regular adults. What an interesting dynamic of Physical Therapist and patient, I’d have enjoyed seeing how that works!
The audio version of Undisclosed Desires is performed by Bolton Hill who is a new narrator for me. His husky rumbling tones for Travis and his dom/daddy buddies are soothing and erotic, while the sweeter, higher voices of the boys are playful but not babyish.
Carly Marie has introduced a great supporting cast here, and I’m looking forward to getting each of their stories!
an audiobook copy of Undisclosed Desires was provided for the purpose of my review -
This was the sweetest ABDL romance I have ever read! The MCs are adorable, the side characters are all begging for their stories to be told. I enjoyed reading about Caleb finding his confidence, finally letting Travis in and trusting him to see all of Caleb and to love him anyway. And Travis was just the best Daddy a Little could want - so caring, kind and gentle. He always anticipated Caleb's needs and gave him his undivided attention. There were many tender and cute moments, and when they were together in bed it was hot HOT! Another lovely story from Ms Marie! I can't wait to see which of Travis' friends she will tell us about next!

This book taught me a lesson. I need to always read the description of the book carefully. I shouldn’t read kink and bdsm and assume I will like it. Yes, it was kinky, but not my kind of kink.
I listened to this as an audiobook and Bolton Hill was an incredible narrator. I also thought the book was well written.
I didn’t care for Caleb as a character. It wasn’t because he was a little and wanted to wear diapers. I just thought he was weak and indecisive. -
It's me, not the book.
-
3.5-4 stars
Going back and forth with the rating but I did like this book more than I thought! The ABDL is still a little hit or miss for me, but this one did a good job of it. -
This was actually pretty cute but
Okay, I want to start this review off by saying that this was a really good book. The story was cute, Dexter is the best friend we all need, and I loved how consent was stressed even in the non sexual situations. It was great honestly. However, me being me, and reading the amount of kink that I do, I can't bring myself to give it more than three stars.
It's not a bad book, and I can't stress that enough, but I just didn't care. About anything! I didn't care about the characters or what was happening their lives, nothing. And that's not the books fault. That is me and the amount of books in this genre that I read. This kind of romance is almost formulaic at this point so it all comes down to the characters. And if the characters aren't memorable or stand out in some way the book just becomes okay for me.
However that does not mean I don't think others will thoroughly enjoy this book because like I said it was a good book. In fact I'm positive for most people it'll be a four star, if not five star, read. I will keep up with the series because there are two characters who stories I'm certain I will enjoy more but until then, this is where I am. -
This was ok, but it got a bit boring dealing constantly with Caleb’s insecurity. After a while, I felt like I’d been reading this book for days instead of just a few hours. Maybe my mood? YMMV 🤷🏽♀️
-
Let me be clear on my reason for not finishing this one.
It's not the book. It's ME.
I was going to try and read a little something 'different' but this was just
a tad to far out of the good old comfort box for boring old me.
I can do "Daddy kink" up to a point and this passed the point. When the passi came out
my eyebrows went up.
To each his own. The writing was really nice and I even enjoyed the part of the
audio I did. So this was ME. Again. And not the book.
If you like these kinks I'm sure it will be a great read. Go for it. -
4 stars. Love, love, fucking love. This is a character driven story more than anything and all of the characters are so wonderful and interesting that I didn't mind it one bit.
Our main characters Caleb and Travis are both great and I loved watching them fall for each other. Travis has the patience of a freakin' saint. He was still very much a dominant guy but he was never pushy. He respected Caleb's boundaries and was willing to wait for the other guy to be completely comfortable around him. Caleb is skittish and terrified of being rejected due to his past and you feel for the poor guy. He's such a sweetheart. He starts to let his guard down very slowly throughout the book and watching that change in him was fantastic and made everything feel just that much more satisfying in the end. And while there are a couple of very hot scenes in this, that's not the main focus and it's not that many of them which I also didn't mind. It really was about the two of them growing as a couple and as individuals.
This was my first book by this author but definitely will not be my last. I loved the writing, the pacing, every single one of the characters (especially Caleb's best friend, Dexter, he was hilarious) and I'm looking forward to them getting their own respective books. -
Reread April 2023
Still good. Maintain my thoughts from my last reread. I do like that Carly Marie's books are a decent length so you get way more than just sex. We love actual plot and character growth.
Reread May 2022
Idk if it's because I've read all the books now but this one didn't quite live up to my memory. Don't get me wrong, it's totally fine and I still really liked it, but others in the series are just better.
Age play rep, I really loved this entire series -
4.5 stars.
This is such a good book. Caleb was a sweetheart and I simply adored Travis. They both wanted the same things but didn't know how to let the other one know. Then there's Dexter, Caleb's best friend. I swear Dexter stole the show a lot. He's usually the type of friend I hate in books. He was loud, nosy, and all up in Caleb's business. He was perfect. :)
I'm eager to read more of the series.

This was a cute book. I struggled a little at times because there was just a little too much age play, but I'm starting to realize this seems to be normal for this author. I would love a little more balance between adult life vs. age play.
Caleb is very insecure. He feels like he will never find a 'Daddy'. His best friend Dexter (who I love by the way) keeps pushing him towards Travis. It took Caleb till almost 80% in the book to finally trust Travis enough to call him 'Daddy'.
Travis was a caring and loving person. I really liked him. His parents were great as well. He did everything he could to get Caleb to understand he didn't care about the things Caleb was worried about. He is the perfect partner or Caleb.
I also love all of Travis's friends, so I am curious to see where this series goes from here. -

First time with Carly Marie and I enjoyed learning about Caleb and Travis. It took a while for Caleb to fully show his lounge side to Travis. But when he finally opened up I loved the dynamic between them. I hope she's working on the other characters books because I am so looking forward to there stories! -
This was a wonderful story and I was able to get my Daddy kink fix at the same time which makes it even better. When we first meet Travis he is a bit grumpy about doing therapy but is immediately intrigued by Caleb. Caleb has always known he was a Little but other than his best friend, Dex, he has never let another seen that side of him.
Travis hasn’t had a boy in a long time and can’t help but feel drawn to Caleb and I loved watching him break down all of Caleb’s walls as their relationship grew. I was heartbroken for Caleb when he was so sure that he would never find someone who would accept his Little side let alone embrace it the way Travis did and I was glad that Travis was determined (as a good Daddy is) and wasn’t going to walk away from Caleb no matter how scared he could be.
These two were perfect for each other. It was even better that Caleb’s relationship with Travis brought more people into his life, Dex is great and only wants what is best for Caleb but it’s always good to have others to lean on and accept you. I loved Caleb and Dex’s relationship and how open they were with each other and that Caleb could relax and indulge his Little side a bit when they were together. I look forward to other books that would focus on the friends in the book as they look like they may have stories to tell too.
I received an ARC of this book and am giving an honest review. -
So this being my second daddy/little book, I think I can give a better review than the first.
Trust. And being loved for exactly who you are. This book is about two men who find their true other half. Both gave up searching thinking they would never find someone who will fully love the person they are. And when they finally found each other. Both had to trust that the other would be there no matter what.
This is a sugary sweet daddy/little book. And it was what I needed as I start to dip my toes into this genre. I’m guessing hoping there will be more books. There are plenty of others who still need to find their loves. Dex, and Larson are just a few. -
Put this one aside at about 47%. Nothing wrong with it. The characters are sweet, but there's nothing really going on with the story and I'm looking for something with a little more besides settling into the relationship at the moment
-
Cute book! Not typically what I read as I’m not into age play but Travis and Caleb’s relationship was so sweet! It did bore me in a few places but overall I liked it.

Audiobook Review
The narration had me bump up a star.
So in this first book of the Undisclosed series, we have Caleb, a boy in search of a Daddy, and Travis, a Daddy in search of a boy.
These two have an instadaddy situation, though Caleb spends a lot of this story scared to actually call Travis Daddy.
They eventually work it out and they move in with each other. This leaves Caleb's condo empty next to bff Dexter (and we all need a friend like Dex, though I thought the way Caleb basically forgot about him to be cruel) and sets up the third book of the series.
Bolton did a great job on narration, it takes skill to be able to read aloud age play without making it sound bad.

Well...
The first part of the book was good, then somehow the rest of the book read like it was written by someone else. Lots of tell, little show. -

Look. I love this sub genre a lot, and I was looking forward to reading this book - I truly was. But it started getting preachy, and cringy. The cringe was what really got to me - and I couldn’t go on.
I wish I highlighted some sentences to put here but I genuinely don’t want to go back to read what I had read. I’m not going to say anymore, because I understand that a lot of people do love this book.
I just think the author‘s sentences and character’s thought processes was so over the top and unnecessary that it wasn’t doing it for me. Again, I really love this genre of kink, but only when it’s done right and for me I feel like the writing style just didn’t do it for me, sorry! -
Update september 2021: after reading and enjoying the second book in this series, I gave this one another go and ended up liking it quite a bit. Already knowing the characters really helped this book come alive for me.
First read:
It started out okay, but then there was so much inner dialogue, the story started dragging for me and I found myself skimming and scrolling towards the end. So I gave up. -
Okay, so, I'm new to the trope... where have I been, eh?
But, I adored this story!
Caleb is a sucessful physical therapist and works alongside and lives beside his very best friend, Dex, who I love and hope hope hope gets his own story!! He's pretty much all Caleb has in his life after his mother passed away and his dad dropped him off at college and told him he never wanted to see him again... Dex is everything. He's not only supportive of Caleb and everything he does and who he is, but he also encourages him to be who he is, which is a little. Unfortunatly, Caleb thinks he's too high maitenance and finding someone into the same things isn't just likely to walk into his life, right? He's too wary to let his guard down and trust someone other than Dex who is like a big brother to him, enough to let himself be himself. Until Travis limps into his office, that is.
Travis has given up on finding a boy to take care of, as a matter of fact, it's been so long since his last relationship, finding a boy or a relationship isn't even on his mind anymore. He's married to his work and he's okay with that... even if his best friend and co-worker, Ben, isn't. I love Ben too, these secondary charecters are all so well written and charming and well liked.
Anyway, Travis need therapy on an old work injury, so Ben got him in to see Caleb. He's attracted to the younger man and senses little things about him that might indicate he has a submissive side to him, but he sure didn't know how far that submissive side went. Intrigued and more than a little interested, these two got to know each other and spent time together outside of therapy to do that.
I loved how it didn't just jump into anything and how realistic is all was, especially from Caleb's side.
Finding someone to trust with such a big and "taboo" part of yourself would be extremely difficult. No matter how much he wanted to trust Travis, no matter how much Travis guessed on his own and ached to see the side of Caleb he suspected was hiding, Travis didn't push (until he needed to) and Caleb stayed somewhat hidden.
It felt real, when Caleb would open up and trust a little bit more and a little bit more. It felt like a victory for me, as well as Travis because I wanted it so badly for them. It's just a great story and i loved it. I hope all the secondary charecters get stories, I cannot wait for all of them, I don't even care who's next! I want the quiet firefighter, the best friends on both sides, Travis' longtime friends... I just need more!
And such a cute way to wrap it up, though I hope it isn't the end for these two, I'd love to read more about all of them!
5 well deserved stars from me! -
This was a sweet age play story with an element of age gap thrown in for good measure.
Travis is a the perfect dominant personality--from his job as construction manager to his need to take care of his friends and coworkers. But he doesn't have his own boy, a boy who will let him care for him from bathing him to feeding and clothing him. He wants a little and when he accidentally overhears a conversation between his new physical therapist and the man's friend, he realizes he may have found the key to his dreams.
Caleb is a fit and muscular physical therapist who hides his desire for a daddy when he's in the workplace being all professional but allows it to run free when he's at home. There, he has his toys, stuffies, "little" clothes, sippy cups and bottles, and his dodi (pacifier). He yearns for a Daddy but fears he will never find someone who accepts him as he is.
I believe this is my first book by this author and I liked the character development, the premise and execution of the story, and the host of secondary characters as well. I am definitely going to read the others in the series but Caleb's BFF, Dexter, intrigued me so much I will likely move to his story next.
This book is a must read for those who love a little daddy kink complete with reward spankings, toys, pacifiers, and diapers. **3.5 stars** -
Lovely sweet story -- I'm looking forward to many more stories about the other characters in this book and how they find their perfect match!
-
Caleb learns trust
Caleb needs a daddy but is afraid to trust. Travis is a daddy Dom who needs a boy in his life. Both learn how to trust and to love. -
Cal and Daddy Travis are so sweet! Despite being deep and emotional, this story is easy to read and a lot of fun! ABDL and age play lovers rejoice!
-
This book is so lovely, Travis and Caleb’s growth as individuals and a couple is brilliant.
If you’re new to Daddy/boy books this is perfect for you - as with Carly’s other books it delves in to the progression of not only relationships but characters themselves.
Caleb is so sweet as a little and thinks he’ll never find what he truly wants - a Daddy to love & care for him as well as loving all his desires.
Travis is the older Daddy who’s given up on ever finding his boy - someone he wants to take care of in all aspects of life.
A chance meeting between these two leads them to what they’ve always been searching for.
I love that there’s zero drama and you become emotionally involved with these characters. I can’t wait for more of the secondary characters. There’s some very intriguing stories ahead. -

Reviews are my voluntary and honest opinion.
Caleb is a shy man who meets Travis as his physiotherapist, after Travis injures his ankle. On the down-low, Caleb is a little. He enjoys dragons, dinosaurs , and playing with cars, but he's never found the right person to call Daddy.
A sweet novel about genuine acceptance, and being who you really are. Travis needs someone to care for, to help overcome his micromanaging on the job. Caleb just needs someone to see him for who he truly is, and to love him unconditionally. If you're familiar with the author's other works, her style remains very consistent an emphasis on friends, and family, and all the fluff.
