I remember the day my heart broke. The pain and anger I felt. I wanted him to suffer like he made me suffer.
The only good thing that came from my anger was my daughter.
I tell myself I’m over him and don’t think about the way we use to be together.
The way he use to boss me around with that cocky smile and make me feel like I was the most beautiful women in the world.
He’s not just the boss now.
He’s my boss and members of his family see my presence as a threat.
He has his enemies and I have my past but even with all the dangers of our relationship I know my body is safe with him…but my heart is a different story.
Dangerous Love is a stand-alone steamy bad boy full length romance. Not appropriate for readers under 18 due to smoking HOT love scenes!
Dangerous Love (The Power Players, #5) Reviews

I really enjoyed Val and Annis's story. Val has been one of my favorites in this series as a geek with a definite bad boy side. This book is a standalone, but there are a few cameos by Val's brothers whose stories are told in previous books. I have enjoyed the entire series. This was a second chance for Val and Annis who had a past relationship, but despite the end of the relationship, neither truly moved on past the other. It was great seeing them get a second chance to make it right and of course there was some major drama and crazy exes to overcome. I did think that the ending left me a little unsatisfied and looking for a little more by way of resolution/explanation of one of the main challenges that came up in the book. Overall, very entertaining and engaging with lots of the stuff you look for and enjoy in a good book that leaves you smiling in the end.

Story needs serious help.
This story has potential. That said, the author needs to go back to the drawing board and complete the story. Imagine getting to 85 percent of the book to have an incomplete understand to the birth of her child. There are these unexplained circumstances of the dysfunctional, creepy relationship with her father. There are the numerous relationships in the work place. There is the incomplete understanding of the relationship with the H . There is the unexplained relationship with the baby's father. I do not know about those 5 stars ratings, this is not a five star read. The author has potential; however, the story needs serious help. -
Awesome and sizzling hot
I enjoy reading the power players series, the characters are captivating, emotional, and exciting. The chemistry is burning hot and the romance is absolutely amazing. Each story just got better and better and I hope there will be more delightful entertaining stories. -
Valerio and Annis captured my attention from the very beginning. This story is filled with layers you have to get through which was great because it engages your mind to interact with the story which is well written. I loved the plot of the story and the characters makes this story well worth reading. I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.

It was clear that Annis and Val still had chemistry. This book had a few plot twists that kept me wondering until the very end. Especially when Leona's true father was revealed. A great read! I voluntarily read this book in exchange for my honest opinion.

Finale.....
This book closes out this series and I'm glad it ended with a winner. I would have liked to know what happened to Domingo. And what the issue is with Val's dad. There were some typo's in this book. -
Great Read!
I really enjoyed this series!
Everyone of the De Serra brothers were strong alpha ma!es, they let the woman get away the first time but not a second. Valerio the youngest of the DeSerra brothers didn't disappoint.
I strongly recommend it. -
👍👍
I was waiting for Val's story. The baddest of the De Serra brothers. Loved Val and Annis and especially little Leona so precious. Too bad Val wasn't her dad and I must say I was puzzled as he'll as to who was trying to kill her. Didn't see that coming for sure. Great job.!!! -
Loved this series!
I loved this whole 5 book series. Valerio was a true Alpha. He loved Annis after all these years. I was surprised at who the villan was and was glad everything worked out. -
