Destroy the Opposition: Programming for Powerlifting Reviews
-
Great book for a review and reference to lifting plans of elite powerlifters over the years. Wasn't a fan of the writing style - it is extremely aggressive and lots of jokes on some pretty taboo/vulgar topics. I think most people will love or hate the writing but just felt completely unnecessary in a book about lifting to me, but it's easy enough to ignore and just get stuck into the valuable information.

No lift...
The charts are not included in the book, which is utterly detrimental. So you have no clue as to how to structure your week or anything. Something has gone amiss.
