Great Read
This is my first read by this author, but not my last. Enjoyed the storyline and these characters and I couldn't put it down. Really liked Honesty and Ahmad together. Honesty, had endured so much in her young life. She really pissed me off, not telling Ahmad the truth and Jaycee, that was the cause of all the problems. Definitely wasn't expecting that ending and I hope in the next installment Honesty turns her life around. Good job DAK. -
Tis was a pretty good read... It read at a nice fast steady pace... definitely caught my attention and pulled me in... There was a few shocking moments that I did not see coming at all...Like this cliffhanger... Man why did that have to happen...
Honesty was smart and doing everything that she can to make sure that her and her sister were taken care of... That included putting herself in pretty bad situations... Things were going without any problems... Until Homesty took a ride with Jayce... This started that had devastating effects... Once she met Ahmad it seemed like things were starting to go good in her life... Until she lost her mother... Then it was like a domino affect after that... Her world life just kind of spiraled and she just began making bad decions and losing every that she loved...
Ahmad was that man that every woman wanted... Yet only one woman caught his eye and allowed him to break down his wall... Yes when he approached Honesty she may have been young but it was just something about her that drew him in more and more... Things were going good until one night at a party... A brotherhood was broken and loves were lost... All because one one little lie... It just all went downhill from there... And no matter what he did... It just kept getting worst and he started making irrational decisions...
Now with everything that Honesty and Ahmad had going they ended up putting their loved ones in danger... Now look at what just happened with Honesty's soster... How will Ahmad and Honesty deal with this... Will they ever find happiness... Now to wait for part 2 to find out what will happen next... -
A GREAT BOOK!!!
This book was really good. I loved Honesty & Ahmad together...I couldn’t imagine going through everything that Honesty went through. Honesty made me mad not telling the truth about the Jayce situation and causing all those problems. I was not ready for that ending at all. I can’t wait to read part 2...This is most definitely a must read. First read by this author but definitely not my last one...I hope life turns around for Honesty in part 2...Dak you did a great job with this book... -
Oh mam not baby sister
Ahmad is trying to right his wrong but at what price. I can't wait to read part 2 to c what's gonna happen when Honesty finds out that Tiana & her son are also on the plane with them. I bet Tiana knows where Ahmad money is bc she was messing with Jayce all along -
Good read
This book was detailed very well and it felt like you was right there. Any woman would love have Ahmad as a man and Honesty is lucky to have in her corner. I can't wait to see what happens next. -

I really enjoyed this book. It was very interesting and exciting. Honesty goes through a rollercoaster ride in life. Ahmad is a knight in aging thug.
