Many people, turn entrepreneurs, jump right into Real Estate Investing. People purchase these “programs” for upwards of $50,000, only to be left with a mountain of debt and no one to guide them through the first few days, weeks, or months of their entrepreneurial journey.

The problem with many of the expensive "programs" is that they sell you the dream of financial freedom and make it seem like it happens instantly. In the real world that isn't the case. This book will show you from the very "1st Step" how to set up your entity, what systems are valuable to your business, how to start marketing, how to deal with potential sellers, how to conduct the walkthrough, how to get the contract signed, how to rehab the property, and so on. Any reader that finishes this book should be able to use the outlined steps from within and start making changes today.

There is no "get rich quick scheme". You have to work, learn, adjust, and continue learning in order to be successful. This book is straight to the point. No need for long stories or examples. Just information designed to get you into buying your first property. Whether you are interested in flipping homes, landlording, wholesaling, and any of the other strategies in real estate investing, this book is for you.

Written by Adam Johnson, prior U.S. Army Special Forces Operator, turned successful Real Estate Investor. This book is easy to read and provides step by step instructions on getting into real estate investing. It's a must-read for beginners.

1st Step: The Quick Start Guide to Building Your Successful Business in Real Estate Reviews

  • Harry Warrick

This is an outstanding book about real estate investment. The author held nothing back and shared his thoughts directly. His no-nonsense approach is refreshing and the book is highly informative.

Often in this book, he takes a moment to share an honest piece of the story of his experience. This firsthand approach is a breath of fresh air in a sea of books that are often so full of fluff and useless information that the average person only reads a few chapters and quits.

I like that this book is short and direct. It is to the point, informative, and has real World examples and strategies anyone can use to get started in real estate investing. I hope we see more from this author because he has a voice and important lessons to share with those of us who are interested in real estate investing, and financial success.

Now I'm ready to buy houses!

Asury and Adam get right to the point. This book isn't filled with stories for the sake of filling pages. They give steps on exactly how to start, who to talk to, what systems are needed, and even how to protect your business. Adam even walks you through the process of the purchase from when the seller initially calls, to closing and taking possession of the new property.
Great read! Get it. If this book doesn't motivate you to start buying houses, nothing will.
