This is a small book with the basic exercises and information I found the book informative and the pictures helpful. I'll be referring to it again often. One negative I could mention is that the English needs to be smoothed out some. For example: "Endeavour to pay concentration to your pelvic floor muscles as you perform the task of dirty plates washing."
