I give this book a 4 out of 5 stars. Interesting read. I know several people that suffer from panic attacks and social anxiety. There are different types of phobias and anxieties that a person can experience. Good to know the trigger warning and how you can help someone who is going through this. These types of phobias are real and people that suffer from these need your support instead of your criticism. Anyone that is going through this needs to seek medical attention and don't try and treat yourself. Untreated attacks are very dangerous. Anyone that is going through this I recommend you pick up this book and read it.
