This is such a fun story! Kids will instantly relate to Mac. I love that the author brought the various musical groups back and encouraged Mac to use the particular talent he had shared when he tried to join them. Keep reading to finish the review.

4.5 stars. So cute! I loved the illustrations. I loved that Mac is always affirmed for the quality of his music. His fitting in issues tend more toward the physical - too small, too big, too tasty. Fun addition to home or school library, music classrooms, etc.
