I need to turn my brain off. *rolls eyes* The meetcute for this one is the Billionaire Wolf (*rolls eyes*) brothers bought a business building. One of the businesses in the building is owned by the FMC. The brothers want to do some construction and re-purposing of the building.
So. They. Offer...to BUY the business(es). And the FMC is "not gonna sell" cause reasons. So she is the fly in their ointment.
BUT. This isn't how this works. This isn't how any of this works.
The meetcute would be (mostly) fine if it was the FMC's HOME. Or Home + Business. Or even the legal owner of the building in question...
...but she's a TENANT. She pays RENT. And she's not the only tenet in the building. SO the business-y thing to do would be to:
A) Buy out her lease (if applicable - in some states she would just have to leave)
B) Kick her out w/a refund of any remaining pre-paid monies
C) Refuse to renew her lease
D) Shut down the damn building for construction
SO this whole “I’m not selling because REASONS” makes no damned sense.
IF the author was determined the business had to be there…maybe make the BUSINESS more important to the heroes? And make them want to buy THAT? Cause what we currently have is a rental Mom & Pop coffee shop holding up multi-million dollar business activity(s).

Goodreads decided it was a good idea to not save the review I wrote, and I lost all the quotes I wanted to share to point out how bad this was (like the "inner goddess stirring awake" and the "ample bosom heaving" ones, among many others), so I'll keep it short. This was incredibly tropey and full of cliches, including the why-don't-you-die-already 'I'm not like other girls'. The insta-love is out of this world, and the sex scenes are not that good. 10/10 would not recommend.

Skylar is running her family's coffee shop when a big corporation is trying to buy her out. Unable to believe it she makes an appointment to see someone about the offer she got. When she arrived the next day at their offices the man she met was determined to get her to accept the offer so she countered his offer with one of her own. Come to her shop and really see what it was. Elijah agreed to her terms but was surprised the next day as he worked with her. He could see her side of not wanting to sell out. He takes her to dinner and they have an amazing night together. The next day he takes her to see his brother that is in charge of the building plans. Skylar is stunned when she meets Falon because Elijah failed to tell her that he is a triplet. Its not long before she has won Falon over also. The three of them have a heated night and warn her about their brother Luke. Luke isn't happy that everything isn't settle so he makes sure to show up to meet Skylar and once he starts talking to her he immediately knows what his brother see in her. Will Skylar get to keep her shop? Will the four of them commit to each other?
This is a steamy hot story that will draw you in from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

A Great Read though I do feel like the author cheated us out of the whole story
This was a great read. I wished the author would have included a couple of more scenes with the parents. The daughter and mother seemed to be extremely close. So we should have had a scene where mom and Dad show up to discover that their daughter is no longer living in her apartment and when they go to Morning Joe’s they find a sign saying it’s temporarily closed. When they discover that she is not only living with one but three brothers. Well unless Mom and Dad are used to ignoring the obvious or burying their heads, there would be a confrontation that would happen.
So yeah, I feel like we were cheated out of the whole story. Yes, the sex scenes are awesome and yes the bases of the whole story. I get that, I do. But are we writing a story a or just writing porn? I like a little more story to go along with the sex scenes. I like to see each of the brothers not only working together but separately on this relationship.
Elijah and Fallon should be upset that instead of telling them about what was happening with her apartment she chose to hide it from them. There was an opportunity to have a scene where the two men question why she didn’t say anything to them and the great makeup sex that would have followed.
It’s a good story and worth the read. It could have been better though. -
Skyler owned the coffee shop the Wolf brothers wanted to buy. She first met Elijah and told him she wasn't going to sell. He asked her out on a date to get to know her better. He then called his brother Falon to ask if they could change the plans and keep her cafe. Falon wanted to meet her. Both of them took her out and asked her to be their date for a gala. Luke was the one that had to met her last. He met her at the gala. He got his brothers to be called away so he can get to know her. After a bit of time they figured out a way to keep her cafe. All three Wolf brothers liked Skyler and spent time with her. In the end all four of them moved into a house that Luke bought at the gala. She ended up pregnant but won't marry any of the men. She loves all of them the same.

This was an amazing story. I did not want it to end. I really love the way this author writes.
Skylar has taken over running her mother's coffee shop. She has so many great memories of this place so she is surprised when a company wants to buy it from her. She doesn't want to sell and goes to tell that. Luke, Elijah and Falon want to use that space for a new shopping development. They are surprised to meet Skylar and have a connection with her. She wins them over and before she knows it she has convinced them of her shop. Luke is the last holdout until he meets her. Now they are changing designs and trying to make things work. Will they be able to keep the shop? Will they be able to make a relationship between all four work?

What a wonderful story this has been to read, and i loved reading every minute of it.
Skyler has taken over the coffee shop(Morning Joe) from her mother but is having trouble making ends meet. The landlord is after her for payment and what makes matters worse, the shopping Centre that she is part of has been sold, the rent was put up and all the other owners have now gone. But this is Skylers home and dosnt want to move. When she gets a letter and an offer from the brothers she just has to go and see them herself.
As the Wolf brothers Elijah,Falon and Luke get to know Skyler they know there is something special about her. But can they save her shop? -
No concept of time
So if I read this correctly, this entire book was over a course of 4 or 5 days. The author wrote about how they had wanted this for a long time and how they couldn’t get enough like they had been together forever and hadn’t only fucked once before...and of course they had feelings and were falling only hours after meeting. I like reading about things that I know doesn’t happen in real life often, or even at all, but this was so unrealistic that I hard time imagining it. And I’m not saying that because the hot triplets, I’m saying it because the time frame of everything. -
What a sizzling hot read.......So this is the first time reading for this author and I look forward to reading more og her work . Couldn't put it down once I started reading it, I thoughtnit was a sizzling hot read about one lucky lady and the three hotties that want to share her together. This is one of my favorite things to read about . Thought it had a great storyline and great characters to read about.Plus it's sizzling hot to.So enjoy everyone and happy reading.

Skylar runs a coffee shop that her mother built from the ground up. When she's offered more money than she can ever imagine to sell, it's so tempting but this place meant so much to her mom. She decides go tell these three men she isn't interested, well suddenly she's interested in a lot more! Can't say I blame her, who can turn down one billionaire when he's interested, much less three of them!!! I fully support her decision!!
This was a good read and super hot!! Gotta love those books about billionaires that we dream about having sweep us off our feet! -
Not as good as her military 3+ book, but still a pretty good book. I think it was the brother aspect of the book that made it a bit lacking. It's like the entire time you think "now how is that going to work"? I think its weird if they all have different rooms. Plus at the end she doesnt tell her parents?! How does that work? If she so close w her mom yet she pretends shes only w one of them... yea idk. The sex was smoking hot tho. That is one thing this author does better than anyone else writing 3+ books. 5/5.

Oh wow! This sure will have you burning up in no time! These billionaires are hot, sexy, and to die for. Skyler knew she couldn't let this pass. I like that it didn't take so long for them to realize what they wanted and it wasn't dragged out. Everything flowed beautifully and you could feel yourself following their every move and hoping everything worked out. I cannot get enough of this author!

With all the wonderful memories, will she be able to let it go or will her and her three billionaires find a way for her to keep them and her dream. Fast-paced read with an entertaining story and steamy chemistry. I was hooked on this reverse harem read from beginning to end. I loved it!

I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I have been reading a lot of RH as of late and this one followed the pattern of most of them. Skylar gets an offer from a company that wants to buy her out, but she refusals the offer and that surprises Wolf Brothers. She tells them it is her memories and happiness that came from her mother that built this business. But they offer something else and she is bebating on whether or not to take this new offer.

I felt like this one was just 3 guys Luke,Falon, Elijah.. triplets.. falling head over heels with Skyler a coffee shop owner who they like to bang and keep safe.. it wasn't very wow.. just meh.. a long book.. lil angst about selling her coffee shop.. nothing exciting.. :/

A very nice book to read. The timeline is easy to follow and therefore it reads easily. The characters have a wonderful chemistry with each other and that makes the hot scenes even hotter. All in all certainly worth 4 stars.

Here we have a very sweet beautiful romance between triplets and their lady :-) No villain and no real drama just a sweet sort of old fashioned romance, with the exception of one girl, three men... and of course it is no spoiler to have a HEA.

A well written story with nice storyline and plot. She has a lot thrown at her but she is still strong enough to stand up for herself and try to make it all work out.
Not an easy task at first.
Likeable characters that have a great chemistry. It is a menage romance that is worth the read. It is a fast paced and a steamy.
