Let's just say that this is another great read in this ongoing series. This author turned out to be one of my top favorite authors for 2018.
I am really glad that Ford got his own story, he is important to the club but, not as outgoing as the other members.
I loved the connection he had with Shiloh and the other children, somehow he became the go-to babysitter for all their kids, and that is just fine with him. We loved seeing the softer side of him but, most of all, he seemed to be in his element when around the children.
I am glad we got to know Ford a little better this time around because he is pretty much quite a guy, and we never really knew much about him, this novella was a nice treat and fixing that for us.
Ford turned out to be just like the other guys in the MC love is never easy for them. Ford is in love with a man he can never have yet under his nose daily.
My heart broke for the turmoil he was going through as I really liked him and all because Lucky couldn't come to terms with his own sexuality. My heart went out to Lucky as well because he was living a lie and being unhappy just to please his family.
Lucky and Ford definitely had chemistry!

We loved the story from cover to cover and as always we love Shiloh and her antics, and we loved the fact that Darth made an appearance as we are truly missing him. He is still looking out for Shiloh and those he loves.
The story had heartbreak and drama and a few unexpected surprises to spice things up. We also loved getting a glimpse of how all our favorite characters are evolving and growing.
The story certainly left us with the wheels turning in our heads about how the next chapter will play out. I always thought that Darth and Shiloh were soul mates. Perhaps there is a chance for them to meet again and if Reincarnation is possible.........then who knows what could happen!

* Oh so sexy ! This is well written, exciting, and heartwarming, too. A new author for me.
We see ex-military men who are all in the the Wounded Souls MC. We have Ford, club babysitter, and has other jobs, and Bryce/Lucky, who flew helicopters, who are avoiding one another, plus we see previous characters Mannix, Steel, Creed and more club member, wives (the flock), and kids.
This episode shows an M/M relationship that is destined to be. When we open, Ford is babysitting Shiloh and Bastian. Shiloh told Lucky about her nighttime visits from Darth, who's deceased, and that she talks to him and they have conversation, as well as the fact that she SEES Darth, also. Ford needs to tell the club president and see if her PTSD needs a counselor.
The other problem is Lucky has let himself get influenced by his family and is engaged, but doesn't want to be. He wants Ford, and Ford will have no one, other than Lucky.
It's interesting, sexy, and the Darth ghost mystery is fascinating. All in all, a terrific and fun story of reuniting two men who have always been destined for each other. Hot sexiness with our men, and friends who truly care.

I have to fist say that The Wounded Souls MC is a series that HAS to be read! This is the first book I have read and I HAVE to go and read the series from the beginning because this novella had me on the edge of my seat not wanting it to stop because Ford and Lucky are amazing men who are just looking for love and know who they love but it is forbidden.
Ford is living the life with his brother and their families. He loves his brothers and will do anything for them no matter what it is. Ford knows who he wants but he he also knows he is off limits because he is with someone else. But Ford keeps his heart open that one day he will get the man he loves.
Lucky has gone through hell and back being in the Army and having a traumatic event happen to him. He is discharged home and starts his life with his brothers and his family. But there is something missing and Lucky knows what it is but can he go with his heart and get what he wants or will he just do what is expected of him?
Will Ford and Lucky get together or will they just pine for one another? Amazing MUST READ series! -
I really think I need to break up with Leah Sharelle. I don’t understand how she gets me to be so happy yet so sad at the same time. I’m so glad Ford and Bryce are finally together but Leah gives us sneak peeks at someone I’m still devastated over losing. I won’t give it away but I honestly am crying so hard right now it’s ridiculous. Leah has an amazing talent and has fast become one of my all time favorite authors. I don’t know if I’m ready for Shiloh’s book. I may need to seek counseling first. Ha!

Novella. It’s part of a series and I felt I missed the beginning of Lucky and Ford’s story. This is basically the story of Lucky getting his shit together and growing a pair. The accident at the end made no sense to me. Didn’t see the purpose.
It could have been better if it included their story from the beginning. -

Short and sweet
This was a fairly short story, but for the length it was packed with enough details and back story. It did not feel rushed and it wasn't tied up in beautiful bows. The brotherhood sounded very close and appear to support each other. -
Woooo Hoooo!!!! Finally, with no immediate threat hanging over the club, the men, women and kids of the Wounded Souls MC can just relax and whoop it up! Well everyone but Ford and Lucky.
The author has given us a wonderful short storyline that will explain why Ford and Lucky have squawabled throughout the series. Their story is one of pride, pier/family pressure, love and finally given in to one’s true self. But as is often the case, when life is finally working in their favor, tragedy strikes. Have they waisted too much time? Will fate give them a third or fourth chance to get it right?
This is a very written storyline and one that this reader has been looking forward too. All the main guys and gals from the MC are present as well as the adorable, yet sassy, 4 year old club princess, Shiloh. It’s a marvelous M/M read that I can’t even begin to tell you how much I enjoyed. Kudos to Ms Sharelle and 2 Huge Thumbs Up for His Man, a 5 Star novella in this humble readers opinion. -
I loved it!
I loved this book. I haven't read the other books in the series or anything else by this author since I primarily read m/m and the rest of the series is m/f but I just might since it sounded like they have cameos in the other books and I need more of my Bryce and Ford fix. I would love to read more m/m books by this author. -

With Rogue taken care of, what could possibly be left for the Wounded Souls MC?!? So, so much! This is a novella, telling Ford's story. And it is HOT, HOT, HOT!
Ford is a man who knows who he is. He knows what he wants. He just doesn't know how to get it. The one that he wants is still confused, doesn't know where life is leading and is going down a path that probably leads to a lifetime of misery. Ford is almost at the breaking point.
Lucky doesn't seem to be so lucky in life. His parents are horrible, he's engaged to someone that will make him unhappy for life, and he's denying a large part of who he is and what he wants. There is a lot that he has to change to find his happy.
This book has so much going on, to be a novella. Snooty girlfriends, crazy parents, and visits from the last person I ever expect kept this novella moving at lightning pace. You can't help but love the guys of the Wounded Souls, and Ford is no exception. His surety of himself is refreshing, and his acceptance by everyone in his life is beautiful. His strength at overcoming adversity and holding out for his perfect forever gives hope that a HEA is waiting for everyone!

We really got to see a lot of Ford in the rest of this series, but I didn’t fully appreciate who he was until I read this novella! He is really a nerd with a bad@$$ heart. He fully loves his Wounded Soul brothers and their women and children. He also fully loves Lucky, but he never expects that love to go anywhere.
Lucky is living a lie because of his family. He can’t ever really share his love for Ford publicly because his family will not accept that. However, being forced to be around Ford all the time is changing his perspective and he can’t deny his feelings for very long.
I enjoyed this quick look at their life and enjoyed a little more of Shiloh - the club princess. I really, really think that she stole the show (as she’s done in the past), but it helped me really feel Ford’s full range of emotions as well...and provided some comic relief as well. Overall this story was a good wrap-up of the Wounded Souls world - though now I’m not sure the story is completely over either!!

I thought the Wounded Souls series was over, as they took care of Rogue, so imagine my happiness to have this novella come out, because I will NEVER be ready to say goodbye to this club, NEVER EVER! Do you hear me Leah Sharelle? NEVER EVER! Ford is in love with Lucky, and his MC doesn't care, because they accept him for who he is. Now Lucky is engaged to marry someone who only cares about the social standing of his family's name. So what could go wrong with this? Apparently a lot! And that's all that I'll say about that. Now, as much as I love all the Wounded Souls men & women, there's one little lady who steals the show for me every time, and that's my Shiloh! She never fails to have me laughing until tears stream down my face, while my sides hurt! Frankly, I think that we should have a book about her EVERY year as she gets a year older (PLEASE PLEASE LEAH SHARELLE)! And of course, there's drama, hotness, and maybe a twist or two, so yeah, everything to make it another perfect read from the fabulous author who tends to bring me to my knees! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I absolutely loved this book I am not usually a reader of M/M only certain author I will read this pairing, I thought I would read it and see if I would enjoy this pairing from this author as this is the first time she has dipped her toe in this pairing and I can honestly say I would read another M/M book from her. It was a well written book and flowed well and was easy to emerse yourself into their world.
Ford what can I say about Ford, Everyone love Tech Man, He is covered in tatts but has a heart of gold and he is comfortable in his own skin, He knows who snd what he loves and he never ever gives up. Bryce (Lucky) he is lost in a way and doesn't know if he is coming or going, he knows what he wants but just needs to figure out how to go about it. Lets read and watch the FIREWORKS
I would recommend this book and author to anyone who loves a good love an epic love, it is a pleasure to revisit pooast charecters that we have all learnt to love and Shiloh the girl who has stolen all our hearts, I honestly can't wait to get my hands on her book. This novella is not a standalone, you must read the previous books in the series as all our favourite couples and MC princess make an appearance.
Wow, just wow! This novella certainly packs a punch, it starts off at a fast pace and continues on from there. Although the story follows Ford and Lucky, we get a lot of our sassy little friend, Shiloh and someone who I’m sure we all miss, I certainly didn’t see that coming!! No spoilers from me, but this book is a definite must read for fans of this series, even if you don’t normally read M/M.
I was hooked from the first page and spat out at the end, the reader is taken on an rollercoaster ride of emotions, not just with Ford and Lucky, the author certainly knows how pack an emotional punch! The story flows well and doesn’t seem rushed, I can’t wait to see what awesomeness this author has in store for us next, after reading this, I have absolutely no idea!!

I am not one that usually reads a M/M book but I have been following this series from the beginning and have fallen in love with all the characters and have felt invested in seeing each get their happy ending.
I knew that the push and pull between Ford and Bryce was going to be one that had me hooked but I had no idea how much it would have me. I wanted to jump in the book and just hug Ford and I wanted to punch the hell out of Bryce several times. The love that these two share is something that will have you invested in their story. The scenes are hot as hell and sweet at the same time. The hang ups that Bryce has is something that so many deal with and it makes the story all the more real. Finally the MC has finally gotten a break from all the chaos but now the chaos is between Ford and Bryce.
This series is one that is completely addicting and will have you wanting more and more. I can't wait for the next!!! -

Wow! Leah Sharelle does not disappoint!! I have wanted Ford's story and boy did I get it. Ford and Lucky has wanted each other but Lucky is not willing to give in and let go to what he wants versus what his parents expect. I loved this story so much and little Shiloh what she is experiencing was mind blowing. I have read all the books in this series and I have loved every one. Leah Sharelle is an amazing author and storyteller. All the characters I have come to love and I am glad they are back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book and to get full enjoyment I would suggest reading the entire series but this book can be read as a standalone. -
Oh, Gosh Ford is such a sweet, gentle giant man with a heart bigger than him.
I fell in love with him even more, his nerdiness, his passion for the women & children from the MC left my heart so warm.
I love that the MC accepts and respect Ford the way he is and doesn’t matter he sexuality, they love him fiercely.
Ford is so in love with Lucky, but he never expected Lucky in his life.
Lucky he is engaged to be married to someone who doesn’t care about him just the social status of his family name, and his family is awful, he kept to himself what he indeed is.
This novella is sweet and heartwarming for an MC related, and I love it so much.
Ford love story was truly worth waiting.

This is an absolutely fantastic addition to this phenomenal series, and is Ford and Lucky’s story. These two have been bickering throughout previous novels, and now we find out why. Ford is the computer genius, and babysitter for the club, and he is perfectly comfortable of who he is and what he wants. Lucky and Ford have a brief history, but he submits to family pressure to become someone he does not want to be. Will Lucky finally admit to his true feelings? My heart broke for little Shiloh, and my absolute favorite character in this series. This is a beautifully written story, which had me totally captivated throughout, and I cannot wait to read more from this exceedingly talented author, whose work I cannot recommend highly enough.

I love the characters in this book. Shiloh is completely awesome. I want to be her when I grow up, which is kinda hard to do, considering she's only 4, and I'm well, not. But, she is totally awesome. Then you have Ford. He's just an amazing character. He's totally comfortable with who he is and what he wants. It's really interesting to watch and to see.
I love the chemistry between Lucky and Ford, even when Lucky/Bryce is being a dunce. Which he does several times in the book. But, he does fix it, so overall, not too bad.
I really like reading their story, and I can't wait to see Shiloh's story, when it happens. -
Would have had more stars if longer, felt very rushed. This lead to Ford giving in very quickly went from years of being ignored etc to trusting and being all in within hours without questioning or doubt which felt unrealistic. Lucky also went from being this macho have to be “straight” for image to calling Ford baby etc again very quickly which didn’t feel authentic. It’s a shame as could have been brilliant if done more slowly. Loved catching up with the other characters and Shiloh is a blast as always. Loved the way “Darf” has not been forgotten!

I'm not into M/M, but its Leah so of course I'm reading this. I needed to see the characters find closure. As usual, there's more tied into it that helps unfold a much bigger picture. After the devastation that you left us to deal with from the last book, this was a much lighter and sweet read. So excited about Shiloh's story. I'm hoping it will be something that takes place from childhood to adulthood. That would be dope. I can't wait to see the woman she grows up to be.

This novella might be quick but it packs a punch and delivers a kick to the heart. One man who knows what he wants and is ready to forge ahead, the other who knows who he wants but is so caught up in acceptance that his confusion is causing pain to the man who owns his heart. Lucky and Ford’s story is angsty, witty and seriously hot. However it is the epilogue that just raises the bar with this book.

It’s steamy and on par with the author’s other works! I enjoyed this novella in the midst of this series. It brought about a lightness that I needed to take my mind off some other books I’ve read recently. I had a blast learning more about these two and if you enjoy a quick steamy read I recommend!

This is a wonderful story that draws you in from the beginning. This is a great second chance romance between two men.
The chemistry and attractions between them sizzles throughout this story.
This has everything in it to keep you hooked until the very end.
I couldn't put this wonderful story down until I finished it!!!
