⭐⭐
There was something missing in the chemistry of the characters. I couldn't feel the passion they both were carrying for each other.
Moreover the story too was way too predictable. -
Good story but Paige was annoying at times. This is a bonus book from (ACCIDENTALLY MARRIED-Kindle Edition). Liam is the Anderson brother based in Seattle Washington. It is painful as well as hilarious the way Liam discovers his greedy, deceitful wife, Brittany. is cheating on him. So when he meets Paige, a really honest woman, Liam has big problems communicating with her. As a result, betrayal and murder may be closer than they both think!

ARC Received via Bookfunnel.
I also bought the book.
The book is well written and flows along from scene to scene, even when Liam goes back and forth to Seattle. I had no problems in following the conversations or the changing scenes.
note: People from the West coast go to Hawaii or Western Mexico for vacations. Paige's friend Skyler, would be going to Hawaii or Tahiti to the islands. -
A dramatic and suspenseful romance full of betrayal, greed, danger, corruption, friendship and romance. The story is moderately paced and it took three to four hours to read. The storyline between a failing bookstore owner (Paige Samuels) and a billionaire waiting for a divorce (Liam Anderson) meet and although they fight their attraction, they can't help but spend time together. The main lead female character, Paige, is feisty and sassy. She is kind, thoughtful, ethical, opinionated and reserved. But if someone invades her personal space with ideas that she does not agree with, she gives the offender an earful of what she thinks. She is very loyal. She is loyal to her parent’s memory and to her best friend Skyler. She believes in the simple things of life and does not aspire above what she is and has. When her parents were alive, they encouraged Paige to open herself up and to experience things she normally wouldn't. Her parents were of the hippy generation and had an easy going way about them. Paige shied away from experimenting knowing that what she wanted in a relationship was a connection. The other thing about Paige was that she is no pushover. She always stood up for what she believed in. The main lead male character, Liam, is a billionaire. He grew up with principles and humility. His father taught him the business of land development. Liam has held up the high standards of business ethics his father taught him. He believes in love and doing what is right. He has no respect for those who try to pull the wool over people's eyes. The supporting female character Skyler is an outgoing and fun loving. She is not afraid of putting herself out there and can be outrageous and free in her romantic relationships. She is Paige's best friend and is loyal. She has known Paige since high school. She is also smart and intelligent. She is her own boss and runs her own business. Then we have Brittany, Liam's soon to be ex-wife. She is a pampered, greedy, pompous witless woman who will do anything to get her way. Damon Moore is a unscrupulous competitor of Liam. He is slowly buying up lots in Paige's home town, Port Safira, wanting big business to move in and develop the area. He is a snake in the grass that cuts corners and uses inferior products when building. He hates Liam's guts and would do anything to eliminate him from the competition. We have Mayor Brian Goodrich. He is a smarmy, crooked and greedy politician who operates behind a smile of congeniality. Damon has promised Goodrich a kickback with every business he enables him to buy. So, Goodrich is doing all he can to convince business owners to sell to Damon. Now, Paige is against the development of Port Safira, but can only stake her claim on her own business. She wants to keep that small-town feel. She thinks it's important to have mom and pop stores. In the meantime, Liam Anderson caught his wife cheating and planning to take over his company and embezzle millions of dollars from him. He filed for divorce and Brittany showed Liam her true nature. She is a self-serving, spoiled, pampered, greedy, unfaithful witch. She fell out of love with Liam years ago but stayed with him because of the money and the lifestyle he offered. So, after ten years of marriage Liam was done with her. She threatened revenge. But Liam did not take it seriously. Because he was sad and heartbroken over his divorce, he purchased a home in Port Safira. He was reclusive, the town locals called him Gatsby. One day, Liam took his lovable dog Hemmingway out for some fresh air and exercise. Running on a trail was Paige. At first Hemmingway startled her, but afterwards she played with the dog. The owner introduced himself as Liam Anderson. Paige immediately went from a friendly attitude to a ferocious angry one. She assumed Liam was like every other developer paraded through town by their Mayor to buy up property and plan to change the essences of the town. Liam was shocked. Paige walked away. Not a memorable first meeting. Paige told Skyler everything that happened. Skyler advised Paige she may have assumed too much and that it was possible that Liam did not deserve her rathe. Paige eventually went to Liam's home and apologized and bought him a peace offering of wine. Liam accepted. This was the beginning of their relationship. There were misunderstandings and arguments between them. Both of them were hesitant to become involved with anyone let alone each other. However, it was terribly difficult for them to fight their mutual attraction. Liam's expert makes him aware of a plot against him by Brittany. Paige finds out about the corruption in Port Safira and tells Liam of a veiled threat against him. Little does Paige know that her life is in danger too. This definately had me turning page after page trying to figure out what was going on, who was doing what and where and following Paige and Liam's romance. A must read. I highly recommend it. An amazing Port Safira surprise
I love the drama and suspense R.R.Banks brings to his books. It’s never a dull day in this world.
An extremely successful businessman Liam , unfortunately finds out he’s about to be swindled by his wife . He takes account with a private eye. And the score will be settled soon enough.
And Paige , She inherits a bookstore she doesn’t really want ,but because of her parent’s love and dedication, she feels she has to keep their dreams alive, although it’s not hers.
Dutifully daughter that she is , will embark in a different career, until developers have other plans for her.
Then it becomes a game of push and pull between them. Who will win at the end?
This little town of Port Safira is about to stumble upon a sexy, dramatic romance between Liam and Paige,
their trials and efforts to stay together, while they are swimming in shark infested waters.
R.R, is a master at keeping his characters in solid shape. The good, bad , ugly, sexy , lusty and naughty.
Let’s not forget, He writes not only a beautiful romance, but the sexy bits can be so soulfully amazing and crave wanting as well.
I particularly appreciate how this story ,and most of his plot can bring so much on the table for every taste .Especially in the characters, the storyline, the versatility, the mystery.
It all falls beautifully into a wonderful, and tasty bitter and extra sweet dessert that fills your sense at every turn.
It was an absolute delight to receive the ARC, ( BookFunnel),. Plus with KU , I’m equally spoiled to buy or borrow.
This review is my sincere opinion, I stand by this author and his delicious books.
✍️Mr. Banks, Je n’en revient pas à quel point ton bouquin me coupe le souffle . J’en suis fier! Bravo Chéri.
🍀A la revoyure pour ton prochain numéro. J’en ai hâte d’y faire connaissance. 🥃 -
This was the 2nd in the Anderson Brother's Books by R.R. Banks,,,,, another great read, in my opinion,,,,
Liam Anderson, real estate developer, President of the Western Division of Anderson Development Enterprises has Adam McMurty P.I. on the job watching his cheating, lying wife and her new boy toy, Travis,,,, Liam now has enough info to file for divorce, between her cheating on him and her trying to steal his company and sell it so her and Travis could start a new life, but news to her,,,, he is divorcing her, leaving her ONLY with the condo as hers, and moving away from Seattle and buying a house in the smaller town of Port Safira on the Olympic Peninsula,,,,,
Paige Samuel's lives jn Port Safira, where she owns a small bookstore called Bookworms and it was her parents bookstore before they died, her best friend is Skyler, she is the owner of the Saffire Grill, one of the best restaurants in town,,,,and now there is a company that is buying businesses and homes to make room for other things they want to build, but Paige is not about to sell ,,, especially to that man who thinks he's all that,,,
What will happen between Liam and Paige,,,, looks like you are going to have to buy the book and see,,,, and as long as you're buying this book,,,, you might want to buy the 1st of the Anderson Brother's books by R.R. Banks called, Accidentally Married,,,,, you don't have to read one to enjoy the other,,,,but hey,,,, why not,,,, ???
I voluntarily got an ARC of this book to do an honest review,,,, -
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I loved this book! This mystery and suspenseful romance story is entertaining, but also was heartwarming and emotional. If you like hot and steamy passion, scorching hot intimate scenes that are awe-inspiring, then this book is for you. R. R. Banks presents one of the most unseemly potential love stories, and slowly takes you through so many heart wrenching emotions. Paige Samuels and Liam Anderson were definitely opposites. Liam is the oldest of four brothers, successful real estate developer—president of his company, disgustingly wealthy, handsome, sexy as hell, temperamental, and normally gets what he wants. Paige Samuels is beautiful, sassy, obstinate, and an only child who inherit her parent’s bookstore. If there ever seem to be two people that are total opposites—its Paige and Liam, so when passion emerges and becomes too much to deny anymore, they each scramble to try to protect their secrets; but they have a chemistry that keeps pulling them together and their sex is off-the chart hot!! I laughed at times during the banter between Paige and Liam. You will need to read to find out what happens and what secrets were withheld, but it will be worth reading. This was an enjoyable book with an interesting plot and dialogue, and it keeps you reading to the end—it will pique your interest and drawn you in. -
Accidentally in Love
Second story I have read by this author. First off, I enjoyed the storyline and the male lead Liam. He was down to earth, honest and lovable. Second the reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because of female lead Paige, I liked her character, the way she stuck up for what she believed in but she was very stand off when it came to her and Liam being together. In my opinion her feelings were all over the place and honesty I didn't feel the chemistry between them unless it was sex scenes. You felt Liam's feeling towards Paige but not from her side. Well I didn't.
This is the second book about the Anderson brothers, I am not sure if this time line is before Brayden's book but I would assume it is because there is no mention of Brayden and Holly's marriage or baby. I really wanted to know where Liams book fell and this is the first series or group of books about different brothers in which the other brother characters are hardly mentioned. I wish the author gave us more insight on his younger brothers and I aassumed since I read book one of the series that Liam's books timeline is before Braydens. Overall its a sweet story with some angst and action outside the bedroom. Happy Reading!!! -
R.R. Banks is an unbelievably talented Author and Accidentally in Love is no different than the rest of his publications. Liam might be a billionaire but he is as down to Earth as they come. After being heartbroken by his Wife, he begins divorce proceedings and escapes to a quaint small town so that he is still able to commute when needed. Paige is a natural beauty, and the 'girl next door' type of woman, who owns and operates a bookstore left to her by her late parents. When these two have a chance encounter, both are left stunned by the outcome, and so the storyline takes off. Sparks fly and not only is there immediate chemistry between these two but there are several obstacles in the way. Is it a coincidence that developers are decedent on her small town? I encourage all romance addicts like myself to follow the path they take to get their happily ever after. This is another example of the awesomeness of Mr. Banks.
I voluntarily requested an advanced reader's copy of Accidentally in Love in exchange for my honest opinion and I highly recommend reading this book as well as anything written by this compelling Author. Mr. Banks never disappoints. -
The book started off with potential but just ended up being flat. Starts off with Liam looking at evidence that his wife Brittany has not only been cheating on him, but was also planning on taking over his part of his company. Paige is at her bookstore she owns thinking about how she never has any business but doesn't want to give up what her parents started. When a developer comes into town and starts buying up all of the small businesses, she feels sad and angry that someone is trying to change her town. After running onto Liam and recognizing who he is, she believes he is just like all of the other developers and tells him off. He doesn't appreciate being lumped in with them and also for being told off when she doesn't even know him. Just when he believes that things can be different between them, she accuses him of things without listening to anything he has to say. She doesn't listen to her gut instinct and things go wrong for her. Liam saves the day and they end up together happily ever after

Book 2 of the Anderson brothers- another gorgeous sibling - this is Liam's story.
I liked Liam's character - strong and sexy but currently hurting and has lost a little confidence due to his cheating wife and new divorce.
Paige...took me a bit to like her and try to understand what Liam saw in her/was willing to deal with her attitude, when he just got away from a witch! Paige might be a strong, independent businesswoman ready to fight to save her town from overdevelopment, but she is SO quick to accuse without having the whole story. I don't know how many times I shook my kindle in aggravation (because she wasn't in front of me to knock sense into her)!
I do not know what I was expecting with this one, but was pleasantly surprised that not only was there romance but PLENTY of drama, suspense, and danger. The plot flowed nicely and kept you turning pages.

This is one amazingly emotional romance! 💞😍😭💞
Can I just start off with saying how much I love this book?!? 💗
Liam, a land developer, finally realized that his wife, Brittany, was having an affair when he found the proof on her tablet. But when he hired his private investigator, Adam, to document the affair neither one was expecting what else she was doing. 😲
Paige is the owner of a small bookstore and is barely hanging on to it. What's not helping is the mayor and his crooked land developer friend who is trying to buy out all the land in their small town and make it into another Seattle. When Paige runs into Liam, she thinks he's just like the other one and lets him have it with both barrels. But, Liam isn't like that and lets her have it too. Where they go from there is full of misunderstandings, laughter, tears, passion, and love. 💞💓💞

✨5 Stars✨-Amazing (couldn't put the book down-dangerous addiction),
Dual POV; Standalone; 17+readers; HEA. No cliffhanger.
This read was filled with everything under the sun. A little drama, love, mystery and sex. I loved it. It doesn't jump right in where you would think it does. It gives you a good enough of background info before you get to why you really got this book. But it was amazingly written.
A down to earth millionaire gets the surprise of his life and everything changes. A common girl is stuck in her small hometown that is undergoing some changes, and not so good ones either. She has a choice to make. But when a spitfire, headstrong woman, who has no time for romance just her business, is met with a challenge and she doesn't agree where its going, stands up for what she believes is right, everything can go so wrong. Can two broken souls heal each other? -
When Liam learns of his wife's infidelities he leaves his life behind and heads to a little town called Port Safira. Paige owns a bookstore in the same little town. Sparks fly between Paige and Liam when they first meet. Paige assumes that Liam is like the other developers trying to by up all the property in their small town. Paige's bookstore is in a perfect spot and makes it a dream property and the developers isn't above threatening her to try and get it from her. Things get heated between Liam and Paige but will he be able to protect her from the threats coming her way?
This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Paige and Liam is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.
I voluntarily read and reviewed this book. -
Accidentally in Love by the very talented R. R. Banks was a spectacular story with a touch of suspense, with a few lies and some greedy developers. A very well written book that grabs ahold of you and doesn’t let up till the very end. Liam and Paige are some really great characters, you can’t help but enjoy these two. She is a struggling small town bookstore owner who is being approached by developers who want to buy her store but she is not in the market to sell. He is a man who has just found out some interesting information and is having a bad time making senses of it. This is a must read you won’t want to miss this great book. I absolutely loved and highly recommend this fantastic book. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book, I enjoyed so much I turned around and bought this fantastic story.

Liam and Page
I like the characters and story but the book was a little long winded. The dialogue was short and there would be two pages of what the character was thinking and going over redundantly. Then a little more dialogue and more thoughts and arguing with theirselves in their head. And instead of saying, “I explained everything to do and so.” The writer would rehash what is already know. While another character interrupts making for more needles writing. I skimmed through a lot. Do to all that i mentioned, I figured things out way before it was finally brought up. Like the book but it needs a lot more editing. Most women, would not explore a dark house at night calling out hello, if they thought something was off. I would high tail it out of there and call a friend or the cops depending on the situation. -
Liam and Paige's story is a tumultuous affair!
To say that I am not fond of the female protagonist for the better part of this book would be an understatement!
RR Banks pushes the emotional level too frustrating heights as Paige wages a back and forth battle of hot and cold witch fest! Meanwhile, Liam is oddly attracted to her in the midst of dealing with an evil soon to be ex-wife and her dastardly plans for him!
That being said the plot twisted, suspense riddled, heat & heart-fueled storyline kept me swiping those pages wanting to know what could possibly happen next!
I may have even had a slight change of heart towards Ms. Paige by the end!
Another unique romance from Mr. Banks, with enough twists to keep you coming back for more! -
3.5*
This story started promisingly, but, sadly, didn't follow through.
Both characters, Liam and Paige, had interesting, and quite sad, backstories, but when the two met for the first time sparks flew for all the wrong reasons.
I found Paige to be ANNOYING! She dithered about what to do with her bookshop, she was quick to judge, and incredibly rude to Liam, so much so that she realised she needed to apologise to him. Lesson learnt? Oh hell no! She does it again....sigh
The plot was strong involving betrayal, intrigue, action, a lot of heat, and some well written baddies.
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book. -
In Accidentally Married, we meet Brayden & Holly. Brayden's older brother Liam is mentioned in the story as being together with his partner, Paige. Accidentally in Love is Liam & Paige's story, and it is a standalone. Liam is a pretty decent, hard-working guy with humble roots. Paige is trying to figure out her life. She is stubborn, passionate about her quaint town, and has huge stereotypes about how the rich live. Besides a budding romance, there is betrayal and subterfuge. The suspense kept me turning the pages. Enjoyed this book very much. I would love to see a story about Adam.
I received an arc of this book and have voluntarily reviewed it. -
SMALL TOWN AMERICA IS STILL ALIVE
Revitalization of Small Town America doesn’t have to mean the end of the charm and warmth of the small towns. R. R. Banks shows his readers that big chain businesses are not appropriate for every situation. Small businesses CAN COMPETE against the Big Box businesses by tying in compatible businesses/services and by giving their customers the individual attention/service that the Big Boxes can’t. Amidst the campaign for saving the Small Town way of life, R. R. Banks has created fully fleshed characters, a vibrant storyline, and a Happily Ever After ending. Well done!!! -
Wow, incredible
Another story for the collection of stories you don't want to stop reading until you are finished. There are so many twist and turns you almost need a map. There are things you just don't see coming and you find yourself sitting on the edge of your seat.
It's hard when you watch as people start to fall in love and watching their internal struggles on whether or not they should. You feel like you are right there with the way the author brings out your emotions.
The flow of the story is perfect and you can follow right along and keep up and not get lost.
Until Next Time.... Tabi -
Hard to believe...
Hard to believe I gave this 3 stars since I have decided not to read anymore books by this author. It was the best of the 4 Anderson brothers books, and the best portrayal of the young/ignorant female saved by older wealthy man trope. Looking at my comments on all my highlights makes me laugh now! At the time, I questioned why I was still reading but I skimmed sections just to see how Banks would cure his heroines irrational anger. 😅
Pros: good settings, likable men
Cons: hateful women, females portrayed as irrational and having anger issues
While I have decided R.R. Banks is not for me, he is successful and obviously has a following. -
Another five star book from R.R. Banks! Paige is sweet but sassy. I loved her determination and her not back down attitude. Liam got screwed over so bad. But I love how he takes initiative to solve his problem and the problem of some others. These two together have an explosive chemistry. I couldn't put this book down. Hooked me from the start. This book has some sass, some laughter, some mystery, some very intense situations. Has tons of love and some amazing sex scenes. This book is a must read.

A great continuation of the Anderson Brothers series!
Poor Liam finds out right off the bat that his wife has been cheating on him. How an obviously good man like Liam can think himself in love with a selfish creature like Brittany for 10 years, I’ll never know.
But, he doesn’t let it get home down for long. I love how the story unfolds and how the terrible people of story get their comeuppance.
Definitely thrilling and steamy. It was a page-turner, for sure. Can’t wait for more from these brothers! 5 stars!!
