    You need a budget (YNAB) - This book when i picked it || purely because i know and have read reviews of how good the YNAB app is and definitely not because i was curious about budgeting :) || was just to read about how the author got the idea of developing such an app, but once i started reading the book it was all about budgeting and went into these rules of how to maintain a budget and what it actually means when you say you are “Budgeting”. It was such an interesting read with relatable scenarios and clearing off certain myths about personal financing and budgeting. A must read ONLY if you are curious about budgeting and its dynamics.

    YNAB is one of the very best things that I have come across in the past decade. It has completely changed how I manage and think about money. The book I give 3 stars mostly because I am already a strong YNAB advocate and could've written a chapter or two of this book. I give YNAB the program 5 stars. It is amazing and everyone should look into it. The most useful thing for me was the chapters about teaching kids about budgeting. We've begun to implement them and I've been very happy with how things are turning out.

    I mean, was there information? Yes. Was it life changing, sparking a major change in my spending/saving? No. It was ok, but I wouldn't recommend anyone read it.
