  3.5 Stars for this bwwm second chance romance. Niya writing always keeps me on my toes. I would have liked for Ms. James to dig deeper into the emotions of Tye's return into Dev's life, etc. Overall, I will Ms. James books will always be an auto buy because of her great story lines!

  2.0⭐️ I am so confused. Who is Tye and what does he and his crew do? The answer to those 2 questions, in particular, are imperative in order for me to understand this story. I just didn’t like this story. Additionally, there were too many editing problems for such a short story. I did want to read the previous books, and perhaps They would have given me some perspective. If that is true, those who have read the previous books in the series, please let me know. I may have to revise this review.

  Even after years of being apart, Dr. Regina Price and Tiberius Russo always loved each other. All it took was for him to come to her to patch him up after an altercation gone bad, all those old feelings came rushing back. Even though he broke her heart when he allowed his twin brother Trenton to persuade him to join the military with him because it was the only way to escape the rough life they lived. He never forgave his brother when he ditched him for a higher specialty field. His life was not the same after that. Tiberius was determined to win her back especially after she told him she wanted to get pregnant through IVF. No one's strange sperm would impregnate her but his. He would protect her with his life to keep her safe and he almost did. He'd never done that for any other woman and his crew knew that.
  
  Niya wrote a second chance romance that was full of drama and suspense that I enjoyed reading. She threw in a "who done it" that I could not figure out. I was not expecting that. I was happy to read that Tiberius and Trenton finally had closure with Tye's anger with Trent. Tye got his brother back and his HEA with the only woman he ever loved.

  3.00 Stars. (BW/WM). Amazon E-book. Devina Price and Tiberius "Tye" Russo are reunited following several years of separation. Tye left Devina ending their relationship to join the military and serve with his twin brother. To coup with the heartbreak, Devina submerged herself in her studies to become a doctor. After an several years of living in the same town, neither Devina or Tye crossed paths until Tye is shot and brought to Devina's home for treatment. At this point, Devina is an established ER doctor who has sworn off relationships; but is preparing to be artificially inseminated because she wants a family and Tye appears to have gone from a military special ops person to being the head of a crime ring. At any rate, they proclaim an undying love for each other, commit to never separating; but to maintain a loving relationship and have other sets of twins to go with their current set. I liked their story; but, there were several unanswered questions plus Tye and Devina reunited without much fanfare-not to mention the woman whose name is tattooed on him.

  I just loved this book. Could not put it down once I started. You will really be pulled in with this one. The Dr who has her life all together and is going in for IVF so she can have a baby without a dad and any problems with a man to cause her any issues, in the end, comes home one day and finds her very old flame bleeding and close to death laying on her kitchen counter needing her help. Her hormones are so out of wack that she is naturally drawn to her old flame even though he broke her heart years ago. He has his own baggage to deal with and if he has anything to say about what she is doing he will be the one to give her a baby.
  
  This book is full of twist and turns and just an all around awesome book and will draw you in and you will love it.

  This was a quick read that focused on Tiberius (Tye), the twin of Trent from Imperfectly Loving Her. Tye is a hot crime boss and his lady love is no slacker as a talented doctor. They reunite under unexpected circumstances and their past feelings rise. When her safety is threatened all bets are off. This was a strong alpha male and his perfectly match female. Really good story. My only wish was that it was just a tad longer to give a little more about the characters. Overall really good book.

  This is another great book, but the grammar is bad. Whoever proofread this book need to be fired! "Mister and "Doctor" in small letters is just wrong. "Peer" and "pier" are two different things. Contact me if you need someone to proofread your book. I'm not the best, but I'm better than the person you hired.

  The book was just ok. The story line did me in. If the h didn’t want to live in fear why get into a relationship with a drug kingpin? It was ridiculous, and for me, no redeeming the H.

  I really liked this storyline. One of the second chance romances that you're like "awww and yes!" Very well written and a very well thought out storyline. My only complaint is I wish it was longer. Her stories draw you in and leave you wanting more.

  I really liked This whole series but Tye and Dev’s story was my favorite. I wish the story was longer and explained the named Delilah. I can only assume it meant Dev was Tye’s weakness?!?

  Cute for a short story! I was happy to at least find out why Tye was so angry with his twin brother! It would have been nice to see the both of them with their wives and children.
