My first review of the year (and my first in a long while) is on the planner/journal that finished as of yesterday and was a great catalyst and anchor for me over the last year. Non-judgmental, gently guiding (I really like that every day had a prescribed color that I was able to pair with my gel pens), and with enough room to only put the important details while not being so small that I run out of room, I had a good experience with this journal.

The price point was right, too. Why a Witches Datebook as opposed to any other planner, you may wonder? It was about half as much as others of the exact same style that were non-witchy, but this one included recipes, coloring pages, brief meditations, and had a cover that when people seen it, decided not to pry any further (yay, privacy!).

I definitely ordered myself another one for this year, and am waiting for it to arrive, but this style has earned a permanent place on my shelf.

As a Datebook, the "reading" part is short but nice. They try year by year to make approachable the modern witchcraft that seems - imho - closer to Wicca but it is still a complete datebook, is the 7th year I buy it.

Llewellyn's Witches' Datebooks have been a must-have for me for years. With daily correspondences to color, moon and planetary transits, space to make general notes, and beautiful artwork - I utilize my copy every day.
