Except she doesn’t show up—no phone call, no letter, no nothing. It isn’t possible that she doesn’t want him. She was as hot for him as he was for her. He needs to find her and show her that she wants him as much as he wants her. Then he needs to f*** her and forget her.
Sarah would love to see Nick again, but guys like him don’t wait four months for any woman. There is no way he’ll still want to see her and she isn’t going to allow herself to be humiliated and hurt again. Nope. They’d had their fun but it was over. Done. Completed.
When they meet again, Sarah sees it as one bonus night of fabulous sex but for Nick one night with Sarah will never be enough. Can Nick prove to her that he is exactly the kind of guy she needs or will Sarah’s past cause them to both lose their chance at true happiness?
This book contains adult material and is only suitable for those over 18.
It is a HEA story.

Great story!
This sequel had me worried several times throughout the book, wondering if they really could make their relationship work. Lots of drama, lots of lies, and tons of seduction. A great read! -
way to much sex focus
Realizing this is an erotic book, there still is way too much sex focus. Story would have been so much better without more then half those scenes. A book has a story and sex is not the story. My opinion. -
Overall I did enjoy this along with book #1,
Six Nights Of Sin, The Complete Series. Both books were a solid 3.5 stars with likeable characters, decent writing and an entertaining plot. I did find myself skimming over some of the sex scenes as I was more invested in the story and whether/how Nick and Sarah reached their HEA.
Positives are that I read both books over one day (I was on holiday so had the time to do that!), which shows how captivated I was by the story. Despite her background I still liked Sarah, she was a woman with mental health issues/PTSD but she was determined to overcome this. I liked Nick, he was perfectly, irritably human in his actions and reactions, he certainly cared for Sarah, even changing his man-whorish ways for her. I appreciated that Sarah didn't become a pushover in Nick's presence and that she retained her personality with him. Best of all was that she sought proper bona fide medical treatment for her issues rather than being cured by the love of a good man!
Given that this didn't get 5 stars, clearly, there were some negatives for me, and the main one - which came to light in book #1 so perhaps it's unfair to mention it here but it still coloured my enjoyent - was how long Sarah had held a torch for Adam. Had they met and stayed together through college, with Adam joining the Army after that I would have (a) believed in the strength of her feelings more and (b) the time she'd spent pining for a cheating ex wouldn't have been so unbelievably long. The other improvement for me would have been to have gotten to know more about Nick, his background and his life in general. He never felt as fully fleshed out like Sarah and it made it more difficult to connect to him at times.
Despite that, I did enjoy the two books and would recommend them if you want a spicy hot erotic romance to read. -
They had had a contract for six weeks through the club and then it ended. It's been four months. They agreed they would wait on each other for a decision. Sarah had waited 120 days. She hadn't seen or been with anyone. As a matter of fact, she often experienced panic attacks from being in crowds or around people who looked at her with pity. She was scared to see or make a new contract with Nick. He admitted he usually became bored with the same woman after 30 days and she was already head over heals about him.
Nick was admittedly a Dom who needed control. He bored easily and didn't become emotionally involved with the women he met at the club or had a contract with. It was just sex. But there was something about Sarah he couldn't shake from his system. He had to have her, she was his, he knew she wanted him as well. He's angry whey he sees her with another man. He's waited 120 days to find and be with her and all the while he's waited with just his memories and hand, she's been seeing someone else. In his mind, he'll use her until he can get her out of his system. But will that be enough?
Put two people who are so physically attracted to each other a slight breeze will bring those overwhelming feelings to the surface and watch what happens. Now add the fact they're both insecure about anything more than the physical. This is one HOT storyline with characters that seam together flawlessly.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. -
4 1/2 STARS! Full length book three of La Petite Mort Club series. Can be read as stand-alone but I highly recommend reading Six Nights of Sin The Complete Series first (but not necessary to read The Voyeur first - it has different main characters). Nick and Sarah's relationship begins in Six Nights of Sin and Six Weeks of Seduction is the continuation of their story. Nick is an alpha who is used to getting his own way. Sarah is afraid that once she gives in to Nick he will lose interest in her. There is a lot of angst and lack of communication leading to misunderstandings. They have a lot to work thought, but their story is well told and I'm glad they finally get their HEA. I loved the steamy times and the work they both put into making their relationship work. I hope there are more books in the future with the secondary characters from the club!!

WoW
I read the beginning of Nick and Sarah's Story in Six Nights of Seduction. From their first encounter, their chemistry was explosive! I loved how she stood her ground and didn't let him control all of their nights together. It didn't take Sarah and Nick long to figure out they wanted to be together but Sarah had trust issues. Should she have been honest with Nick from the beginning? I think so. Should he have been honest with her, again yes. But he didn't know about her trust issues. I loved reading their story and so happy she got the help she needs. And WOW, the games were super HOT!! Had to fan myself everytime🤭🤭🤭. I would definitely recommend this series to anyone wanting to read a good romance with a with lots of naughty scenes🤭🤭🤭 -
One caveat
This was fun, hot, and surprisingly deep emotionally.
But I do need to call out one problem: heavy drinking and kink don't mix. There's no way to ensure the scene stays safe, sane, and consensual if either party is chemically impaired. Play parties I have been to have been strictly sober for that reason; clubs I have been to have either stuck to selling soft drinks and water, or enforced a 1 or 2 drink limit for anyone intending to scene. If, as in the suspension scene in this book, either "needs" a drink or several to be able to handle it, then clearly they should not do that scene. Given that this is not a paranormal fantasy but is presented as real, I feel it is irresponsible to show the characters drinking so heavily before engaging in kink. -
Fantastic!!!!
I absolutely loved everything about this story!!!! I got the first part free and loved their story SO MUCH that as soon as I finished that book, I immediately bought the ending to Nick and Sarah's story! Nevermind that I couldn't put the book down and wound up not going to sleep until the wee hours of the morning-lol. The complete work was a page turning and I couldn't get enough until the end. I HIGHLY recommend this book if you're looking for a well written erotic love story that involves an alpha male and a strong independent woman that needed to remember her worth and strength. -
Sarah and Nick belong together and both know it, but neither is willing to admit it for different yet similar reasons.
Can Nick persuade Sarah to let him see her for six weeks? Can she stand to see him when she thinks she'll be broken-hearted at the end of it? And will they learn to trust one another?
Both of these sets of stories are well worth reading whether you like sexy and steamy or just a good romance. Excellent characterisation and a solid story-line makes these more than your average erotic novel. -
it was nice seeing this couple again...but i got to admit that i was getting annoyed by Sarah.
She not only kept Nick at arms length emotionally, but also didn´t seem to trust him. For her it was over before it even began. And Nick had he´s faults too, he was pushy at times, and got very easily side tracked by sex. But he trully cared for Sarah and all his emotions were a result of Sarah not trusting him.
I was glad how the author managed Sarah´s PTSD and the way the onversations with the Dr Sarah was seing were portrayed. -
This is a continuation of Nick and Sarah's storyline from the Six Nights of Sin Series. OH MY, This book is Hotter than a ghost pepper. It is steamy but it does have a storyline and it talks about matters of grave importance. PTSD, animal rights, and service animals. Do you need to have read the first book to understand and follow along with this one? No, BUT I will say you will enjoy this book so much more if you do. If you like a hot, sexy read with an Alpha male and a female who can hold her own at times this is the book for you.

So much more than I expected!
Deep passion and lots of steam! I love good suspense. This wasn’t the mystery or thriller novel kind of suspense, but the delicious suspense of kind of knowing what they felt for each other and sitting in the edge of your seat waiting for the moment you can exhale with them. Ellis let’s you into the kind and heart of the characters as they wrestle with themselves and each other as they come to grips with what they truly mean to each other. There are moments of “what the…” and moments or “Yes!” and everything in between. A lot of that in between is a lot of face fanning heat. Nick and Sarah are intensely beautiful. -
After read the first set of Nick and Sarah's books, I immediately jumped into these books. And while I enjoyed the story overall, and like that they got their HEA, this story kind of made me hate Sarah. I realize she was struggling with mental health issues but she really sucked in this. If I was Nick there is zero way I would have forgiven her for all the lies. The whole relationship these two had was built on lies and deceit and it just didn't sit well with me. The smut was super hot though so that was a plus!
-
I am only going to write a review for this one, but I did read the rest of the series. Was the smut great? Yes. Was the writing awful? Absolutely. This series was a reminder of how much I DESPISE the miscommunication trope. Normally I'm all for a slightly controlling and dominating MMC, but man... this guy was just not good with having adult conversation. The plot could've been great, but the books were very short so it didn't dive much into that.
-
I loved this book. It was certainly fun to watch Nick, an overbearing Alpha male, try to take over Sarah who even though hurt and vulnerable has an independent core. You can't help but fall in love with them and Tank too.
Nice to see lots of interaction between the characters to flesh out a full story.
Some very steamy and intimate scenes are delivered with Ms Day's usual aplomb. -
This book continues in the story of two characters from Six Nights of Sin. I liked her so much...trying to keep herself from heartbreak. I totally understood her reasons. I liked him but I hated his thought process. I'm not sure what it was about him that she liked but I bet if she heard what he was thinking, she would run in the other direction. Another steamy and hot book.

3.5 stars. Sexy scenes were great (& lots of them) but towards the end of the book I was struggling with Sarah and her issues so was glad she got the help she needed. Would have liked to read a bit more about Nick's background and family as we knew a lot about Sarah in comparison. Overall enjoyed it and would read this author again

I am wondering how Sarah does her job ? When she never leaves the house ? Doesn't she have somebody hired that can help de dogs that have PTSD ? How can she help somebody else when she doesn't see that she is ruining her own dog and her own life... Nick is a saint . I don't know how he could he remain so calm with everything she put him through ..
