I will break my review down by the books and list the respective stars with them. Stars will be shown as the asterix symbol *. Now a word for the covers. First off, for this boxed set edition there isn't a real showing of each individual cover. I think that is bittersweet. Some of the covers I would like to see in more detail (namely books 1, and 4, maybe 5), others I absolutely didn't like (books 2,3) and was grateful I didn't have to see them again before I started reading.
1 Accidentally Married: ***** This was so witty and fun to read! I loved the banter between Madison and Jared. Their relationship seemed so fresh and real, nothing fake here.
On a steaminess level I would rate this a warm PG-13. I'm grateful that although they shared a bedroom they never shared a bed.
2 Reluctantly Married: ***** I really loved the chemistry between Adam and Megan. They're such a great couple. The witty banter wasn't offensive, rather it was engaging and endearing. I'll admit I took notes of some of their date ideas to do with my hubby!
Whole there were some toe curling kisses, on a steaminess level I would rate this a hot PG.
3 Mistakenly Married: **** Of the three books in this Married series, this is my least favorite. I say that based on how I felt after reading it. Yes, I got my happily ever after, but it felt over shadowed by the string of failures and lack of confidence from Penny throughout the whole book. I get that she's a kluz, who isn't from time to time, but she needs a backbone. I am grateful she finished grew one at the end.
On a steaminess level I would rate this a warm PG-13. Out of the series I think this one was the most passionate.
4 Blissfully Married: ****
How about a swoon for the cover right? I love it! Her hair, her make-up. I want to do my hair like it!
I loved the silly antics between Sidney and Blake when they first meet up again after a 10 year separation. It was funny how out of control things got and the twists the author took. However, I couldn't relate to why Sidney kept pushing Blake away after the continued examples of his feelings for her, even after his declaration! Ugh, she drove me a little crazy with her craziness. It got the happily ever after I wanted, but it didn't feel as enjoyable as I had hoped. Maybe after all the angst the ending seemed too quickly wrapped up.
On a steaminess level I would rate this a hot PG. Nothing leaving me blushing or feeling uncomfortable. For that I am very grateful!
5 Acting Married: **** I did like the phrase, "His mansion was bigger than Jack Sparrow’s ego." Such a great visual. Unfortunately, having great metaphors isn't enough to carry the story and keep my attention. I felt like Tara was just a ball of depression. Frankly, I felt depressed reading part of this because of her numerous insecurities and flat out awful attitude to Rick. The issues with the ex-seemed to be cleared up a bit too perfectly to get the vibe that this was real life, not a story. On a steaminess level I would rate this a hot PG. -
Loved Them
I have read some of the beginning books in this set, but to able to read all of them was terrific. Each couple had their reasons for acting like they were married, but each had to come to a decision to stay. -
As always, Victorine doesn't just write stories: she makes magic happen. Although her "Married" collection of novellas appears as a series, each book is completely different, independent from every other one, with different characters. This, to me, is definitely an asset. As an avid reader, I sometimes find myself struggling to remember characters from one book to the next and I often find myself losing interest after a while. The beauty of this style of writing is that you can read the books in any order and at any time.
Victorine Lieske has a beautiful writing style: fast-paced, engaging, romantic, clean, humourous, ageless. Once I start reading, I can hardly put it down. If you've never read a book by this author, you can't go wrong with any of her books. If you're already a fan, you won't be disappointed in this set. Always worthwhile and reasonably priced. I am sure I will be reading this series over and over again. I highly recommend it. Well done! -
Good clean romances
Nice to read romances without all the usual sex scenes. Parts were really funny and actually made me laugh! Characters were fun and getting into situations that made me keep reading. Finished all the books in two days! -
I enjoyed this hilarious series, which is a collection of stand-alone books. They are clean and light, and they're totally re-readable.
"Accidentally Married"
This book made me laugh. Although there were things that weren't really realistic (e.g. How on earth did Veronica know anything about Annie?), the overall problem of the main characters not wanting to have a frank conversation that would iron out misunderstandings was set up so that it was believable. Even that, though, was carried a little too far. :)
"Reluctantly Married"
This is a fluffy, light, funny story. I really like the author's writing style.
"Mistakenly Married"
This was a great "escape from reality" book. The characters were likable, the plot was ridiculous and funny, and it was a quick, easy read.
"Blissfully Married"
I really enjoyed the previous books in this series, so I didn't even read the blurb about the book before I read this one.
While I really like the writing style and the humor that are woven into this book, just like the other books in the series, I don't love plots that involve the main characters lying to each other quite so much. I always want to shake them and say, "Just tell the truth!" And they finally did tell the truth and it was happily ever after. But man, I wanna shake 'em, ya know?
I liked the characters. They had strengths and weaknesses and were relatable.
And I loved the under the table reference to "What's Up, Doc?" It was great.
"Acting Married"
I enjoyed this book. I liked how sweet Rick was with Kylee, even though he didn't think he liked kids. I like stories where people get married for unsentimental reasons and then fall in love, and this one wasn't an exception. I liked seeing how they worked through it and finally came together.
Disclaimer: I received a copy of this set in exchange for an honest review. -
These novels were so cute! They had all my favorite themes - friends falling in love, celebrity romance, billionaire romance, hate to love... I recommend them to anyone who seeks light, sweet reads with a satisfying end and no cliffhangers. Each book in the series can be read as a standalone, there are no common characters.

Accidentally Married
I went back and forth with this book. I didn’t like it as much as some of her others that I’ve read. There was definitely a good dose of humor.
Reluctantly Married
This was a fun romance, enemies, fake relationship, reality tv… it all made for a fun and intriguing read. It was entertaining and new. Some laughs and tension.
Mistakenly Married
This was a fast moving and exciting read. It captured my attention and held it. Not all was expected either.
Blissfully Married
This was a fun romance with some twists and tension. I liked the characters.
Acting Married
I really liked this movie star romance. It was probably my favorite of the series. It had a few different angles and I love how I didn’t know what would happen next. -
I liked this stories, though my favorite is definitely Blissfully Married :) For people who complain about this series not being too believable, just relax. They're fiction, so just sit back and enjoy them.

Loved these stories!
Lieske is one of my new favorite authors for clean romance. Her books are fun and entertaining and always have enough depth to her characters to make you fall in love with them. Loved each story! -
Great romances
I enjoyed most of the stories, enough to make them worth reading. Some were a little too drawn-out and would have been better a bit shorter but overall these books are full of swoonworthy guys, cute kisses and a believable happily ever after. -
So Good You Can’t Stop Reading
This whole series was amazing! Read all 5 books in a few days. Funny characters, relatable moments and fast paced kept me hooked. 5 out 5 definitely recommend. -
