    The first story in the series where the Dragon and his Mate already have an established history and feelings. I appreciate that Greenlee found a different way to introduce the fated mate. There's enough here to make a longer book, but the series is short and to the point.

    The best part for me is that we get to see Tao and Corinne again (Bitten), all banter and passionate energy. They are my favorite couple from this series and once again I wish their story was longer. Tao is perfection. I would usually give this story a 3.75-4 stars, but Corinne and Tao's cameo made me give it extra.

    I really liked the interactions of the mains in this novel. Out of all the books in this series this one and the second one are my favorites so far. I'm especially happy that Tao made a special appearance in this one he's definitely my favorite fictional character now.

    This series are what I would term as short and to the point. I'll be honest there is a very limited amount of character/plot development in this short series, but I feel that that author was not writing with those aspects in mind. For me they are what I term lunch hour reads.
