The Diet Bible / The 4 Pillar Plan Reviews

I really enjoyed this book. It was easy to read with a conversational tone. I read one pillar every night.
It doesn’t have a preachy tone and there were lots of great real life examples from Dr Chatterjee’s practice
I have implemented some of the recommendations (such as diet changes and no social media 90 minutes before bed) and they have had a big impact.

Absolutely excellent life changing advice in a non-patronizing and non-dictatorial manner. Anybody who saw "The doctor in the house" will understand. All I can say, is that you will probably have to read through some of it twice or three times if you are like me. Not because it is difficult to understand but, it helps with the willpower element.
So many good, sensible, non-expensive ways to change your life for the better. Currently trying to persuade my family to have a "non-appliance" Sunday and a "Devices box" where phones, etc. are logged up after a certain time so that we all can return to a good night's sleep.
If you feel that you want to improve your life, be it sleep, wellbeing, weight, that's your book. Excellent Audible book also available.
