    D-Ciy Chronicles &
Picking up the pieces of her Shattered Soul & Hit Squad
This is my first read by this author and the series had so many plot and twist, that it is easy to get lost if you dont keep up. Having so many characters, it was challenging for me but this was a twisted, good read, and straight page turner for me. When secrets started coming out, they never stopped. One surprise after the other.
The character Tyesha stuck with me. She had some deep rooted issues that no child nor woman should ever have to deal with. She was pass broken with no hope, she just totally gave up on life. Lucky for her it was a man to step up to try and love her through it all. Well...2 stepped up😂
Ro/Viper, this fool kept me laughing especially when Viper kicked in full beast mode
Aja, to put up with Ro ways, it's no way that you have it all upstairs. And trust me, she didn't!
It was a wild bunch, but these stuck out to me the most. I really enjoyed this read
    4*

Whoa... my first read by this author and this book was truly a page turner. I was turning pages so slow because I didn't want to miss anything. So many secrets, lies and deceit where you can't trust anyone. April is devious and I'm looking for her to get hers. Tyesha is straight up nasty and she too will get hers. I found myself taking notes to see who is who in this book because so much was going on at a time. When you thought you had something figured out you go to turn the page and find out what you thought was totally not correct. Annitia I feel like you did you thing with all these crazy lunatic characters of yours. This deserves 5 stars.

    Lots of twists and turns

This book is filled with twists and turns and will keep you guessing. Drama and more drama. The suspense of not knowing who the mystery person is will keep you anxiously turning the pages. He is definitely a sick minded individual. It also touches on mental illness, which is a subject that is often swept under the rug. More importantly, he got help for his illness. I would recommend this read. My only problem with it is the fact that there aren't any chapters. It read like one continuous sentence, and got confusing at times.

    Need book 2 ASAP

This book is a true definition of not to judge a book by its cover!! This book is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 and can't wait till book 2. It has sooooo many twists, turns, secrets, and drama! It definitely held my interest from the beginning. Ro gotta get his Aja back and go on a killing spree to get her back!! It's so much i wanna say but won't cause I don't want to give it away.......READ THIS BOOK YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

    Awesome ReAd

Where's part 2?... This was a fast paced page turned ...the dysfunction in These families makes you wanna check your own DNA..we got some of everything ,love drugs rapes and kidnappings, perverts and child molesters but most of all the mysterious twist got you second guessing nobody loyal whose who ...very entertaining and dramatic grab you some popcorn and read or watch this movie...OUT FREAKING STANDING

  • Page Turner

This was a decent read but I didn't feel connected to any of the characters for some reason. The whole mystery cartel thing with everybody somehow being related to everybody else in this criminal world where distrust is key, didn't rope me in. The things that were clearly supposed to make these characters endearing were more annoying than not for me. Not a bad read, but I don't think I'll go on to the sequel seeing that there are 2 more books in the series.

    Good read

My first reading a book by you but it was good. I like the fact that you talked about mental illness and the person actually got help. The characters are relatable and likable. It's alot if drama going on and sometime hard to keep up but it's good. I can't wait for part two.

  • 💖Krissy_ReadingQueen💖

    OMG that ending!!

This book was crazy!! From the first page, the drama started and the more I read the better it got. There were so many twists and turns, that you really had to pay attention. The characters are well developed and the book never lagged. I can't wait for part 2! This book is highly recommended.

  • Chante Sands

I really expected to like this book because i read Zonte's rain first but i didnt. The story line was so rushed. Its so hard to belive that all of those events litterally happend withen a 2 week span. I also got lost in the book because there were alot of characters being introducted one after the other. I will say i wasnt expecting the ending lol. But I don't think i woll read part 2

  • BookPlugMonie

    Ok where do I start!

OK I have to say I was very apprehensive to read this book because she was a new author. But baby..let..me..tell.. You! This book was everything and then some. If you love urban books but want to read something different this is totally it!

    Confused

This book was so confused and first of all there are no paragraphs in this book also so many unrealistic things happened in this book it's just one run on sentence after another from beginning to end hopefully the author did better if he wrote another book after this

  • T.C. Johnson

    Twists and Turns Galore!!
The suspense of trying to figure out who Unknown is and that cliffhanger was everything. Its a lot going on and you have to pay attention to each character. Aja and Ro are made for each other, but will they be together!!
April and Tyesha deserve a visit from Karma!!
