2.5 stars. These are pretty good reference books for Marvel character backgrounds and histories. Could be done better but they are certainly superior to the version put out by DC.

All you could ever want to know about EVER major, and most minor, marvel characters. You find out all about their friends, family, powers, secrets and origins. Very good art throughout. Very recommended.

The final volume of the Master Edition series, and it's more of the same - lots of data, but no fun to read. It's a pity this is the only contemporary reference we have for 1990s Marvel - it pales in comparison to the Deluxe Edition of the 1980s or the revived OHOTMU from the 2000s. (C+)
