Sarah wants a lover, but she wants one on her terms. She doesn’t have time to date and picking a guy up at a bar is not only dangerous but it doesn’t guarantee he’ll let her act out her fantasies. When she hears about La Petite Morte Club—a place for willing males and females to meet with rules and contracts so that all parties leave satisfied—she knows it’ll be perfect.

She signs up with the club and starts the process of finding the man who’ll be her lover for six nights. Six nights of fantasy—his and hers. Six nights of sex and then they’re done. Simple, uncomplicated and fun, but she doesn’t count on Nick’s ability to make her desire everything he has to offer and more.

I wasn't very happy with the cliffhanger since the name The Complete Series gave me the impression that it would be, in fact, complete. I read the first one separately, LOVED it, and the rest did not disappoint. Very hot and steamy read, and i can't wait to read more from this author, especially with Nick and Sarah!

I’ve received a free copy on Bookfunnel. This doesn’t affect my opinion and this is an honest review.

I have mixed feelings about this book. First off, it ends on a cliffhanger, so not a ‘complete series’ IMO
I think the writing is flowing nicely, but I did spot several typos, errors and inconsistencies.
I liked the fantasies, but I wasn’t ‘in love’ with the characters.

    Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
    Characters: ❤️❤️
    Flow: 👍👍👍👍👍
    Writing and editing: 🖋🖋
    Heat: 🌶🌶🌶🌶

If I could, I would leave 3.5 stars, since 4 stars is overrated I’ll settled on ⭐️⭐️⭐️.

  • DD11

Ok I got this book free it made me mad. Thought it would be their entire story but no it ended as a cliffhanger. There is a touching story, but the h just won’t let go and it gets a tad annoying especially after all these years. Nick I liked he would do a thing for her, but she won’t let anyone in. Ethan is a jerk! Wow

Don’t think I care enough to go on.

Talk about making you race for the next book! WOW! Loved the plot and the give within the characters. Since the characters are so few, you get a real intimate connection with them. Excellent read!

I know that some people do not enjoy hot, steamy, erotic fiction. Especially not when it ends in a rather abrupt way. But none of that mattered with this book. I enjoyed every word.

At the very beginning of this book, I thought it would be yet another billionaire/poor girl trope, and I was ready to put it down and walk away. It isn't and please, if you love erotica, or even if you love good sex in a well written book, don't put this down and walk away. Pick it up, curl up in a nice quiet spot and enjoy!

I read one review that said it was an "incomplete ending". Not really. It doesn't end as a cliffhanger, it just ends as part of Nick and Sarah's adventure has come to a close and another is about to happen in the next book.

I was impressed with this. It was enjoyable, it moved quickly, the arc of the story was solid, and it didn't leave me with any lingering "wonderings" about what happened to who, when. I laughed out loud in more than one place, between Sarah's insistence on control and Nick's lack of patience.

Overall I really enjoyed reading this book. It is written in an "adult" style, but more importantly, the tone of the book and the words used are adult and not teenagerish, if that's even a word. I appreciate an author who writes good sex. This type of book, where you expect steam, is one where you also expect the author to know how to write the scenes that make your Kindle combust. Ellis O. Day was able to do that. Thank you, and yes, I grabbed the sequel to this, as well as Annie's story. I'm intrigued by these guys.

I received this audiobook as part of my participation in a blog tour with Audiobookworm Promotions. The tour is being sponsored by Audiobook Empire. The gifting of this audiobook did not affect my opinion of it.

Six Nights of Sin is the complete collection of books 1-6. It follows the story of Nick and Sarah, two people who come (pun intended lol) together for, you guessed it, six nights of pleasure (and some pain, too). Sarah is a woman who is still missing the love of her life, but she knows she needs to try and get her life back on track. So she goes to La Petite Mort Club seeking a man who will agree to her terms and give her what she needs. Nick is a member of the club who is immediately intrigued by Sarah and will do whatever it takes to get her to choose him (she has a bevy of men to interview and pick). He has to have her, no matter what. And whatever Nick wants, Nick gets.
Each story is a night together with Nick and Sarah. Sarah still struggles with giving in to Nick's wants and demands, because she can't seem to let go of the past. Nick struggles with agreeing to the limited terms Sarah has set because he wants more and doesn't understand why she won't give in. The two of them are definitely frustrating at times, but when they do give in to their passion, it's sexy, spicy, steamy, and HAWT.
The narrators, Dahlia and Robert, really bring Nick and Sarah to life. The voice work is incredible, and between the breathiness Dahlia brings to Sarah and the sultry "his voice could melt butter" tone Robert brings to Nick, I wasn't sure how I was going to get through this audiobook. haha
As someone who has dabbled in erotic fan fiction (I had a cult following on Tumblr back in 2012-2013), I knew this audiobook would be right up my alley. And it definitely didn't disappoint. The only thing I did want was more. More of the story fleshed out a bit, and that ending is a bit of a cliffhanger, so... That was the only real downside for me. But I quite enjoyed the audiobook, especially Robert's voice, and it was easy to listen to and follow along with. Bonus: I didn't doze off! Audiobooks sometimes make me sleepy, but this one definitely didn't. I call that a win.
    4 stars!

O serie pe care am început-o mega întâmplător (as always, Aida, we know…)

  • Louise H - ⭐ Life in the Book Lane Reviews ⭐

I'm rounding my 3.5 rating up for this one as this is well written erotic romance that had me invested in the characters. As other reviewers have noted, this is NOT a complete series and there is a follow-up book to read. However, this was free on Amazon so I'm not lowering my rating because of it.

What did affect me being able to award it the full 4 or 5 stars were being asked to believe that the heroine had spent the last 7 or so years mourning/desperately in love with her ex. An ex that had not only treated her incredibly badly had moved on with his life. They had literally spent a few years together at high school before he left to join the Army and she went off to college. To be honest it made Sarah appear very emotionally stunted and immature when it played a role in the plot.

The writing is pretty decent, the characters were interesting and we got some background information for Sarah, though even by the end of the book we still knew very little about Nick. The pace was good, easily holding my attention, and the erotic scenes were certainly on point. I am invested enough to be interested in reading the conclusion to Nick and Sarah's story in
    Six Weeks of Seduction.

    Kindle Unlimited: No
    Stand-alone: No
    Author: Ellis O. Day
    Rating: 4/5 ⭐️
    Spiciness Rating: 4/5 🌶
    POV: First Person Dual Perspective
    Main Couple: Sarah And Nick
    Trope(s): Arrangement, Erotica

This is Book 1-6 of Sarah and Nick’s story. The title says The Complete Series, however it does not include their HEA. That comes in the book Six Weeks of Seduction. This is my first read by Ellis. Her erotica has an intriguing storyline. Her characters have damage. I was caught up immediately in the story and almost passed out when I realized there was more to come.

Sarah is tired of being alone. She wanted to live out her fantasies and La Petite Mort Club is the perfect place to find whom she is looking for.

Sarah has been living with the ghost of her ex-Adam for six years. Their ending had gutted her.

Viewing is set. Interviews are conducted. Terms are agreed upon. Now she has six nights to indulge with Nick.

Sarah spends her days specializing in treating emotionally injured animals like Tank, her ex’s military dog she adopted when he died in Afghanistan.

Each meetup Nick and Sarah take turns setting the scene. With each one their chemistry ignites even more. Leaving Sarah with dangerous thoughts because this is only sex.

Sarah isn’t the only one. Nick is falling hard too.

  • Ferbooks

Nick and Sarah met at the sex club where they would sign a contract to be together for a certain period of time. Nick and Sarah was attracted to each other straight away but he made it known that is usually bored with a woman within a month so he agreed to a shorter term contract until he started the contract , little did he know that he would be the one begging for an extension. They were explosive together and he couldn't get enough of her but he could not convince her to agree to more time so he promised to be celibate for 4-months to wait for her. At the end of the 4 months she sent a email saying that is ok for Nick to get her contact details and she was to turn up at the club to meet with him but got cold feet and didn't turn up Nick was going crazy, He thinks she didn't want him, she didn't go because she thinks he wouldn't be there.
I don't like to put too many details in my review because when I see too many details it spoils the suspense so I just like to give enough to spark your curiosity so you want to read it yourself. This book is very hot and steamy, a must read.
Now I have to read Six Weeks of Seduction book the find out what happens next.

  • Nicolette

Loved this series!! a quick, extra spicy 🌶 erotic story, but definitely left me always wanting more... if the story had been expanded a little bit more it could have been an easy five star rating! We get a small backstory into Sarah to know she is looking to fill her loneliness with a companion and chooses Nick. She was drawn to him immediately. What starts off as just a contract with no extra strings attached between them begins to evolve, you can tell Nick is getting feelings for her. I loved exploring each fantasy they go thru in the different books, I think the author did a great job in the detailing. Each scene is steamy, and explores some kinks which I absolutely love. I did listen to this on audio and both narrators added that little bit more to the story. I feel their voices fit perfect to the characters, and really made them come alive. I will definitely be reading the next series to see the future for these two 🖤

Ms Day gives us an interesting story with a different twist on the BDSM Sex Club dynamics. We are so used to the male dominant alpha character in charge of everything it's terrific to see Sarah be the one interviewing men to choose one for a six week contract. Nick is drawn to her, enchanted by her and determined to win her hand and he does. Looking forward to his coming time with Sarah he is more than dismayed to find out that she is only available one night of each of those six weeks. It was clearly written in the contract that he hadn't read nearly as well as he should have done. This doesn't stop him of course, but misunderstandings continue between the two.
It's nice to see characters that are well developed and the storyline doesn't just skip from steamy sex scene to scene without as learning more about Sarah and her motivations.
There is a cliff-hanger ending that made me a little crazy so I am waiting very impatiently for the continuation of the story.

Six Nights Of Sin: The Complete Series was my introduction to Ellis O. Day's writing. This is a well-written series that introduces us to Sarah and Nick. Sarah's background is very vague, I had to keep turning the pages to find out what happened in her past that's turned her into a woman that doesn't feel worthy of love. Nick, on the other hand, is a very sexy man that oozes confidence. As the series continues we slowly find out what happened to Sarah in her past. She and Nick develop deep feelings for each other and their chemistry is really HAWT! If you enjoy stories with light BDSM and a lot of hot sex...THIS SERIES IS FOR YOU!! I was fortunate to catch this series on sale for the amazing price of 99 pennies. Looking forward to SIX NIGHTS OF SEDUCTION (the continuation of Sarah & Nick's story).

  • Rhonda Hicks

Ellis O. Day has created a series that will take you from the day Sarah has interviews at La Petite Mort Club to find a lover, the negotiations and ultimately their time under contract. Sarah eventually chooses Nick, a billionaire admittedly bored by the same woman after thirty days, for a period of six weeks. The catch? They are to meet for only one night per week. That's six scenes in total before the contract expires.
This series not only remains true to Safe, Sane and Consensual but the storyline flows beautifully, you can visually and mentally see the characters personalities shift and grow as they become more involved within each scene. This truly was a great series which left the door open for more to follow.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

While this set states that it is a complete set, it ends with a cliffhanger but oh my! This collection is So hot! This collection is not for the under 18 reader, it is not safe for work reading either! Way too hot!

This is my first book by O.Day and I am looking forward to reading more about Sarah and Nick and anyone else that may enter the doors of La Petite Mort Club!

Sarah has fantasies that can’t be fulfilled on her own. She needs a willing man, a trustworthy man. A man that can be dominant when needed and also be able to follow her direction. Enter Nick! While he is usually the dominant in the bedroom, when he sees Sarah, he has a feeling he would be willing to do anything she wants. When they are together...watch out!

    Definitely worth the read!

Sarah is desperately lonely and applies to find a sexual partner at La Petite Mort Club. After looking through profiles, showcasing herself and beginning to interview possible partners, Sarah chooses Nick as a lover and they enter into an agreement of 6 nights of sex over the next five weeks. Each time they meet, they play out a different fantasy of each other’s.

An enjoyable light and sexy read. Nothing too emotional. Ended SOOOOOOOOO abruptly.

    Favorite quote:
“Yes, it’s a negotiation but I’m going to choose the man who is the perfect fit.”
“Come here and I’ll prove that I fit perfectly.”
    -Nick

  • Suze Prescot

I read the free copy of this and then bought all of the other La Petite Mort Club books.
The sex is steaming hot, but the great thing about these stories is that the characters are so well-drawn that you care about them and want to know what happens to them.
These stories introduce Nick and Sarah; she goes to La Petite Mort Club looking for a temporary part-time lover and after the 'Interview' chooses Nick, but she won't reveal her reasons for seeking out a lover in these circumstances and Nick wants more of her than she is willing to give.
Various sexual games, and an intriguing back-story for Sarah all combine to make this a compelling read.

  • Jennifer

How was this 6 books?! It was maybe 1 book—and a terrible book. Such flimsy excuses propping up Sarah’s character. Really? You can’t leave your house because of a dog?

Just terribly boring “erotica.” I wish authors would stage—or even sketch out—their sex scenes. How are some of these things happening? Are the characters contortionists? Where the hell did Nick attach the handcuffs on the door? Yes, details like this completely pull me out of the book, unless it’s well-written or I care about the characters. This book was neither well-written or made me care.

Glad it was free. Even that was too expensive.

  • Sandi Ramirez

I like this because this is 1-6 of a series and yes there are more books to this story so be warned. It is so hot and steamy. This is how Nick and Sarah get together and let me say it will knock you on your rear end. If you like hot, steamy books with an Alpha male and a female who has some issues herself that needs to be addressed. PTSD, service dogs along with a sex club. Yes, if that is something that you think is in your wheelhouse then grab this one. After this, you will definitely want to read the continuation of Nick and Sarah's story in Six Weeks of Seduction.

  • Marina Antunes

I randomly picked this up as a Kobo deal of the day (it was free!).

I'm a little disappointed that this says "complete series" but actually ends on a cliffhanger. I really enjoyed the spice but wanted a little more drama between the characters; there's very little in the way of character development (ah!). It really does mostly move from one scene to the next. I do like where Day is building the relationship between Nick and Sarah so at some point I may decided to read the rest of this but I think for now, I'm satiated.

  • Donna

This genre is not usually my thing but I read the free one and then got sucked in. My impressions: I enjoy the writing style and was intrigued by the back story. I found myself flipping through my Kindle to fast forward through the sex scenes to get back to the character development and back story. It was annoying to have to keep buying and downloading the next "book" which really was the next chapter. I don't understand why this could not be one book? This format irritated me. If the rest of her books are like this, I won't bother. Otherwise, I enjoyed it.

  • Chelsea

I loved this book. I have never read anything from the author before and this was a pleasant surprise. Sarah had her heart broken years ago and doesn’t want to put herself out there. Nick”s best friend owns the club and suggested that ick consider Sarah’s proposed contract. Just know there is a cliffhanger all is told in book 3.

Six book bundle ends with HFN with more to come. I enjoyed this series! Nick a member of La Petite Mort club likes variety with his play partners and tires of them after a few weeks. Sarah is not a member of the club but goes to them for help finding a partner for a contract for only 8 weeks. I really liked their dialogue and negotiations. They had great chemistry and really connected. Their meetings were HOT! I cannot wait to read more....
