Adorable!
I really enjoyed this one! Ashlee has had a childhood crush on her brother's best friend Beau for most of her life, but he only has ever looked at her as a little sister. He joins the military and they go their separate ways. Jump ahead six years and when they both return to their small hometown they're reunited and realize a lot has changed in those six years and she's not so little or sister-like anymore.
I was sucked into this one right from the start and ended up staying up way to late reading, if I didn't have to get my kids up and ready for school the next morning I probably would have stayed up even later to finished. I was actually glad I was able to get my kids off to school and then finish up this morning. I really enjoyed the story and characters. Ashlee and Beau are both likable leads and have amazing chemistry. It's nice that they've known each other for so long and it was fun to watch as they realized their feelings for each other went beyond friendship.
Overall, this was the perfect escape for me. I liked reunited with past characters (stands well on its own) and I love the small-town charm. Definitely a favorite series of mine and one I would totally recommend!

I love Anderson's books so much! From her lovely covers, to her fascinating plots, to her adorable characters, and her fun and exciting romantic moments, I feel like it's Christmas morning whenever I get to read a new story by her.
Ashlee has had an unrequited crush on her older brother's best friend forever. This girl is spunky, sassy, darling, and a magnet for trouble. I love how she's not shy about her feelings, yet she's not a stalker and overbearing. She's larger than life and I love her flirtatious little encounters with Beau. Speaking of Beau, his shy and awkward reactions to Ashlee is purely entertaining and endearing. It's amazing how a big, bad Army guy can bumble so much around this beauty. The chemistry that smolders and simmers with every encounter almost set my Kindle on fire! The situations that arise are comical, yet believable and So. Much. Fun!
Anderson captures the Southern charm and swoon-worthy relationships in a very delightful and fun way. I laugh; I sigh; I swoon. I honestly can't flip the pages fast enough and find myself completely immersed in the book, not wanting it to ever end because it's so darling and romantic. I've loved this series, with each book telling the story of one member of this enthralling family. This is one series that clean romance lovers won't want to miss!

This is third in a series and the second features Ashlee's twin. So characters from other books are very present, at least as far as I got so it's probably best if you read them first.
I made it about a third in before I just ground to a halt. Two things are bothering me. The first is that Beau is a complete jerk. I don't know why Ashlee keeps talking to him. All his signals broadcast disinterest when not active dislike. I winced a few times it was so bad. So after the third time she internalizes something like "he should be called on hurting me" and does nothing about it I started to dislike Ashlee for putting up with it. Girl, have some self-respect and move on.
The second problem is that at this point of the story, Ashlee has experienced two instances of entitled creeps imposing on her with no consequences, one of which was outright sexual assault with the obvious end-goal of rape. And the real problem with that is it felt like narrative build-up for more to come. And I hate that crap. It wears on me because I want to reach into the story and start knocking heads.
So between Beau being a huge snotrag and all the weasels swanking around in entitled arrogance, I'm done. -
The end of a cute series. I was a little sad to open this one up. But at the same time, I will readily admit that this is the book that made me want to read the series. I had the first book as part of 15 book collection and hadn't read it yet. I wanted to and kept thinking I would soon. Then I had also snagged a free copy of book two several months ago. Well when the author had all three books on sale for $0.99 cents I hemmed and hawed and finally decided I have the other two and this is the book that I really want to read, but I can't read them out of order. So I snagged a copy and dove right in. I'm gonna say it again...cute series. I was laughing out loud throughout them and loving those characters, aching for them (especially Taylin) during their heartaches and sad moments.
Ashlee is the older twin sister with Taylin being the younger sister. Taylin gets her story in book two and Chase, their brother, has his story in book one. Love this family and all their friends. Especially that as one story ended, we kept seeing those characters throughout the whole series.
Now, I said that this is the book that really made me want to read the series, but I have to say I wasn't Ashlee's biggest fan. I didn't dislike her (in the first two books) but she wasn't sweet and gentle like Taylin. She was in your face and say what she thinks. But she was still intriguing and her unrequited love for the man she had loved since she was 12 had me wanting to read her story. I love stories about friends, who have known each other for years, who finally realize they love each other. And this one, with Ashlee loving her brother Chase's best friend Beau for many years really had me interested to see how the author would pull it off. For me it was a success. And, good news, I loved Ashlee! I figured I probably would, that her persona in the other books wasn't showing the full picture, but mostly what others saw and thought of her. I was right. There's a whole other story and reading it from Ashlee's thoughts and life was great.
She is definitely very persistent and isn't afraid to go for what she wants. And when what she wants comes back into her life, and quite possibly wants her too, life is gonna be sweet. I loved the Georgia (southern charm) setting and the characters manners and accents. I could hear the awesome southern accent while reading (fellow voices in my head club members are you feeling it-umm I mean hearing it-too????). I love a good southern accent. It just makes me happy. Then again many other accents do too, maybe because I lack one...ok I'm sure people in other countries might argue that one with me, but as far as an American accent, it's just plain old Jane accent. But I will admit I can imitate most accents pretty darn good!
Ok, back to the story. I got a little sidetracked about accents. Beau has several doubts and reservations and past history that he needs to figure out. He's a thinker, he doesn't rush headlong into anything. He process and contemplates and thinks and then maybe after a long while, moves forward. Complete opposite of Ashlee, who just goes rushing forward into life and its challenges, adventures and joy. I must say that they're a pretty cute couple together. And Beau's grandma. Oh, her and her friends are definitely one of my favorite parts of this story. So fun and Ashlee's friendship with them, just added to all the charm. If you're looking for a fun series(I think you'd be able to read them as stand alones but you'll have a lot more enjoyment reading them in order) this is definitely one I'd recommend. Grab them, immerse yourself in good ol' Southern manners, and devour these sweet romances.
Content: Clean. Kissing, some make out scenes but nothing overly graphic. They characters set boundaries and talk about not wanting to have sex before marriage. Some very mild religious aspects, they go to church and pray, nothing preachy or in detail.

I am a Cindy Roland Anderson book lovin' fan. Is that a thing? If not, it is now. And I speak being the president. Cindy Anderson has a way of writing that just sits so perfectly with me. From her down to earth characters to her fun covers, her books are a treat from the minute I set eyes on them.
This book had me pulling my hair out in desperation for that first kissy connection between Ashlee and Beau. Ugh! The tension was killing me! Beau is all sorts of hung up on how old Ashlee is and how she is the little sister of his best friend. That man! He drove Ashlee and me crazy. Honestly. The attraction was zinging around all over the place. It was so fun.
I read through this book so quickly. I didn't want to put it down and I loved the ending. So good. Yum! Just writing this makes me want to go back and read it again right now. Yeah, that means it's good stuff!
This book is the third in the series, but each book can stand alone. I loved seeing the couples from previous book in this book though. It's nice to keep those old friends around you. :)

Ashlee Nichols has been in love with her brother's best friend, Beau forever! With an age difference of 10 years, what wasn't possible at the age of twelve, is finally an option at 24.
I loved Ashlee and Beau together. I didn't have brothers, so I couldn't crush on their friends, but I felt excitement for Ashlee finally getting what she had dreamed about for so long. It was a fun journey watching Ashlee and Beau navigate the grounds of the brother zone, the friend zone, and finally the boyfriend zone. The chemistry between these two was palpable, and it was hilarious the lengths that Beau went to at first to ignore it (falling into a pool). I loved that Ashlee would call him on it too!
I also loved the support characters, from Beau's grandma, to Ashlee's sister-in-law. They were funny, spunky, and urged Beau and Ashlee along.
This book had me laughing, smiling, and wanting to read it all over again!

I have loved this whole series! Ashlee has always had a crush on her older brother's best friend Beau. They haven't seen each other in 6 years, and six years has changed a lot of things for both of them. Six years ago she was his best friend's little sister, but now there really isn't anything "little sister-y" about her.
Ashlee has always loved Beau, but she doesn't try to force things with him. Beau is confused between how he has always felt about Ashlee and how he feels about her now as a grown woman.
This book stands alone, but I love that Chase and Addie (from Book 1) were a big part of the story. Ashlee's sister-in-law Addie (married to Chase, best friend of Beau) is a not-so-subtle matchmaker that helps Beau and Ashlee figure it all out.

Such a great series of books! They can be read as stand alones but you really should just start with book one and read all 3 as it is fun to see characters make an appearance in each book.
I love the "falls for the older brother's best friend" trope. I never tired of that scenario. Add in Cindy as the writer and this is a definite winner. Great chemistry and tons of fun. Loved this one.

This was exactly what I expected and was a fine read.
Ashlee has been in love with her brother best friend Beau since she was 12, which posed a problem since he was 22 at the time and therefore turned her down. Despite this she's continued to carry this torch for him into her twenties.
The story kicked off with Ashlee returning home after quitting her job at Disney Land. She feels lost about the direction her life should be headed in especially compared to her much more accomplished siblings. Her twin sister also gets married, making Ashlee feel even more like she's falling behind. I mention all this because there was a much stronger story buried beneath the romance in this book.
Anyway, upon returning home Ashlee finds that Beau is also home for a few weeks to sell his grandmother's house before starting his new job in Savannah. She also finds that she has all the same feelings for him. To Beau's surprise he feels an attraction to Ashlee.
This was written well and I did enjoy reading it, but it wasn't a wow and didn't grip me - and it could have.
The strengths are that the author builds a nicely fleshed out world, especially with the bonds to family and friendship. For example Ashlee's sister-on-law Addie was such a solid friend for Ashlee. We also saw some interplay of dynamics, such as Ashlee's brother Chase kind of feeds into Ashlee's own feelings of inadequacy which I found interesting.
My other main pro was the actual characterisation of Ashlee. I thought it was pretty brilliant. Ashlee is 24 and has had like a dozen odd jobs. She dropped out of beauty school, doesn't feel like she's intelligent, she's currently working as a dress-up princess. She's still trying to figure out life, amongst people of seem to have it all together and who expect her to also. All of this isn't expressed through exposition, it's weaved through the story. And I loved that her strengths are also similarly through the story, rather than a last minute save. Specifically, through the book we see Ashlee doing more and more at the retirement home that Beau's grandmother is in. We see Ashlee excelling in way that she's not even aware of. I also love that no one had to tell her or fix this aspect of her life. She gets offered a job there, purely based on merit (and in a way that felt earned for the reader), rather than Beau for example telling her she would be a perfect fit there. I thought that was all great.
Where I felt a little disappointed was the romance. Beau had zero agency in this book. Ashlee is already in love with him and he knows this. It was a little cringey how much she went after him especially when he was giving her nothing in return to start off with. This also didn't play well with the pacing, and for the first 50% the story felt incredibly stalled. We were in a loop, where Ashlee would make an overture to Beau, Beau would feel slightly drawn to her but then stomp it down due to their age difference and his friendship with her brother, he would then create distance between them, Ashlee would feel hurt then wonder if it was time to move on from Beau. Only to do it all again in the next chapter. This was the book, for the solid first half.
Things pick up when they get together but this was where Beau became more frustrating to me. At the start it was understandable for him to take the backseat in the relationship. It even made sense in the end because his characterisation was consistent but disappointing. At the climax of the book, things were still happening for him rather than him driving things. His grandmother gives him a ring so he decides to propose. Ashlee's sister in law tells him he's making a mistake so he makes a plan tow in Ashlee back. This was well and good at the halfway mark but at the very end it just lost a lot of luster that he couldn't take full control of the situation.
Anyway a solid read, not a favourite but I could read more from this author depending on the plot. -
Books where the little sister falls in love with her brothers boyfriend are always my fav! Its always funny to see what the best friend is thinking and how they freak out when thinking about what the brothers reaction will be. But girls don't think that, if the bro doesn't approve than he doesn't really understand/love his little sister. But in Ashlees case she knew that he would be thrilled because then he doesn't have to go beat up the other losers that break her heart which ended up being true. Sneaking around as her mysterious boyfriend was a cute way to add to the drama. I loved how Beau proposed, falling into the lake added their own flare that was like their realationship. The wedding in the end was totally perfect and so cute, also what I imagine Ill be like on my wedding day. I am so glad that Beau supports Ashlees dream. Where Chase sang Stealing Cinderella for their wedding it was such a cute and tender moment becuase I actually listened to the song and watched the music video and it is such a touching country song that is perfect for their wedding. Its a song I want my father daughter dance to be like, and it made their dance a little bit more realatable and not just as though it was in a book but an actual romance story that could happen in real life and end in a happily ever after. The reference to princess all throughout the book was so cute and I was so glad that the author put that in their. It was her job and princesses always have the happy ending so it just makes sense to end this book like those princesses. I loved how Chase and Addie were used in the story, loved Addies matchmaking skills they were on point. I also loved how Izzie was portrayed and how much she loved her disney princesses that it made the stou just that much sweeter.❤️ Besides the shoes on the cover are to die for!!!!!!

I loved everything about this book! I loved the characters, the plot line, the southern feel. And I really love that I got to see characters that I'd already grown to love again and see how their lives were going!
Ashlee is such a fun character, she's sassy and sweet. I loved the way she was, she was just like one of the princesses she played, except with a bunch of toads around her to kiss! I loved that she wasn't one of those girls that is going to get pushed around. There were a couple of guys that tried that, but she firmly put them in their place and got away from them. I loved that she had a loving character, it was so fun to watch her with Beau's grandma and all of the other older people his grandma lived around.
Then there's Beau. Wow, I really liked him. I liked that he was the southern gentleman he was. He was always watching out for Ashlee, even though he wasn't quite sure how he felt about her. Little sister...grown woman??? I loved that he was so confused. It was also really fun to watch these two characters together. Ashlee is just impetuous, she's always running out of gas because she doesn't check. Beau is just meticulous, he's been in the Army and he doesn't do anything without planning out the outcome first. These two characters are just so good for each other.
There's plenty going on in this one plot wise to keep your mind occupied. I loved the senior center parts, I loved Ashlee's job parts, I loved Beau fixing up his grandma's house or working on his motorcycle. And it was really fun to see Ashlee's siblings again, to see how happy they are and how their lives are going!
This is a fun book! I didn't want to put it down until it was over! -

This story has a little bit of everything: a fast-paced storyline, engaging, fun, flirty characters, some good humour and some sweet, steamy (but clean) kissin'! There is no sex or swearing in this book. It is appropriate for all ages. I highly recommend any of this author's works - and this one is a whole lot of fun! -
I was first introduced to Ashlee in Under a Georgia Moon. She was the kid sister of Chase Nichols one of the main characters. Then I got to know her a little better as the twin to one of the main characters Taylin in Just a Kiss in the Moonlight. She in love with Chase's best friend Beau through both books. She is only 17 in the first one but by the second book she is 24 and still can't seem to rid herself of her love for Beau even though she hasn't seen him in 6 years. I was so excited to see she was going to get her own story and that Beau would be in it. Will Beau finally notice that Ashlee is no longer a little girl or will he still allow the 10 year age difference to get in the way? This romance is so much fun to read. Ashlee is very spontaneous and Beau is so careful to think over and plan everything. The two are opposites who compliment each other. The chemistry between them is sizzling in a good clean way but also laugh out funny in some parts. I highly recommend this book!

Since the first book in this series came out I have been hoping this book would be written and then waiting for it to come out when I found out it was to be released. I had found Ashlee's crush and comments about him when she was just a teen endearing. But now Ashlee is all grown up and she gets the happy ending she dreamed about for years. I would say this book is all about the journey. How Beau came to love Ashlee. It's super sweet and I loved it! For those that have read the previous books in this series all the characters from the previous books make appearances too. All the books are stand alone and can be appreciated separately. This is a clean romance that I highly recommend. -
The Perfect love story! Blue Moon Kisses is a sweet, clean romance full of great family intervention. Ashlee is a wonderful spunky person who is kind, loving, and loyal to her family. Boa is the prefect description of an army man, he plans, ponders and does everything by the book. What a perfect pair of opposites to fall in love. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed reading this book, I loved so many of the scenes it would be hard to pick a favorite. Being the 3rd novel in the A Georgia Moon Romance series you will want to read the others. Cindy Roland Anderson has again written an entertaining, sweet, & clean romance you will be sure to love.

I liked this one better than the second book, but not as well as the first book in the series. I liked the MC's. I especially liked Beau and what a gentleman he was. I liked how easy going they were about the cake at the wedding. I liked that Ashlee was a little accident prone and human. It was fun to see the continuation of previous characters stories. I liked how the family rallied around them to try to get them back together, but I didn't like that the guy is always the one in trouble like he's an idiot and can't figure stuff out on his own. It was clean. I liked that. I would probably read this one again.

Fun, flirty and full of humour. Another winner from this author which certainly doesn't disappoint. Ashlee has been in love with Beau, her elder brothers best friend, since she was 12. He is ten years older and was very dismissive of her when she declared her fledgling love at the tender age of 12!
However, Beau is now back from serving in the army and Ashlee, now 24, is determined to make him see they are perfect for each other.
This book is such a pleasure to read. The dialogue and the plot are fast paced and entertaining and the characters are people you want to be friends with. -
Blue Moon kisses was a sweet romance about Ashlee who has been in love with her brother best friend Beau for as long as she can remember. This book was a great add to the Georgia Moon Romance series. I was a little bit disappointed because I was looking forward to this book and I just felt like everything was too rushed and unrealistic in the end. Overall though it was a sweet, clean read and gave me closure to this family.

a sweet romance that has a good blend of humor and chemistry. I love the honesty and straight forward attitude the author gave to Ashlee. I think a whole lot of trouble in relationships can be solved if people were willing to do those two things.

huge emphasis on beauty. every page gushes about how hot, sexy, gorgeous, beautiful the heroine and hero are. all their compliments to each other are all about looks. If there were more depth to the characters and the book it would be commendable. as is it is moral-less and not uplifting or cheering. just perfect people kissing a lot.

The best ending!
I really enjoyed the book, though I spent a lot of the novel frustrated with the characters' indecision. Luckily, the last chapter was worth all the angst. The epic proposal was cute, but the wedding was hilarious and the perfect way to end the book. That's the best scene I've read in a while! -
All three of the books in this series have been a lot of fun to read. But I like Ashlee’s story the best. In love with her brothers best friend for years but never having her feelings returned she ends up kissing a lot of frogs to find her Prince Charming. Beau’s reservations against being with Ash were kind of fun to watch everything play out. But love conquers all. Loved the ending!

Great sweet romance
This was a well-written, sweet romance that I really enjoyed! Things worked out, but the characters were well developed and had to work for them. Clean, I'd rate it PG. I loved the Disney princess references.
