What happens when your friend signs you up to a dating site? You end up with a date, one who’s a little more than you expected.
That’s what happens to Jill Henderson when her best friend Amanda Nolan signs her up with Eternal Mates, not understanding that it’s for immortals.
All Jill wants is a man with whom she has something in common… a faithful and not too good-looking man… A man that isn’t too young or over the hill. What she gets is something a whole lot more and drop dead gorgeous to boot.
Leonard Smyth has been duped by Luc Beauregard, his once best friend. Now he’s got to date a woman he’s never met… not only that, but he must take her on five dates, and not sleep with her.
It should be easy, right? Wrong. Especially when the woman he’s now dating is not only a human but also has no idea that he is, in fact, a vampire. What’s worse, his glamour is working too well and women are throwing themselves at him… well, apart from Jill.
The women he can handle, but Jill, now she’s an enigma. Leonard is shocked to find that Jill is a woman he would actually be happy to spend time with… and not just for a bang and bail. Now all he needs to do is keep his promise – and his hands to himself - or he forfeits the chance to heal the rift in his friendship with Luc.
Surely it’s an absolute doddle for a man who’s nearly five-hundred- years old? Well, it would be if he wasn’t trying to prove to Jill that he did, in fact, find her more attractive than the ones he’d turned away.
Contains profanity, humour and adult sex scenes.
Immortal Flame (Eternal Mates Immortal Dating Site #1) Reviews

Audiobook review.
He’s looking to appease a friend she’s coping to find a date.
Eternal Mates dating website is about to get a new kind of match. Jill is signed up to a dating site by her best friend. Leonard is her match but she’s unsure about his strange behaviour. Women seem to be drawn to him and he says things that seem unreal.
Leonard isn’t the dating type. He’s never had to try and please a women, especially not a human one. They are usually mesmerised by his glamor. Leonard a vampire and his friend has ask him to go on five dates to amend a broken friendship.
When these two start dating things don’t look promising but both want to try and make it work.
I really enjoyed this. It’s narrated well. It has fun bits and sweet bits. Immoral flame also contains adult material.
I’ve read this as a standalone which it works really well as.
ARC in exchange for an honest review. -
I can't even. What the hell was I even thinkin', man?!
And all these 5 star reviews, you high?
So much misleading. Like, what?!
If anybody reading this has read this "book" could y'all explain what happened?
Like why was this book written?
I'm not tryna be mean. (Yes, it's all natural)
I'm honestly asking like what was the point?
What was the "story" that was being told?
What was it that I had to know?
Why was so much paper wasted really.
I have read the like before, you know. The immortal matching making/ dating site trope, it's not new to me. I am experienced, I tell you! (I honestly had trouble writing this part with a straight face xD)
Like I said, I've been around the block so I'm even more stumped reading this. There was no romance. You can call it insta but I've never read such cheap insta. Granted it can get nutsy, insta is different for everybody but right now thinking back on what I read, I kinda just wanna dive into a scalding hot bath, cause I feel dirty.
And now I feel bad cause this is really mean.
No go, you guys.
No no no.
*keeps shaking head* -

Immortal Flame 5 stars
This book was amazing. I cannot wait to see what this series holds.
Jill and Leo are perfect for each other. The only problem is she doesn’t know if the para world. To set his friendship with Luc right, he agrees to five date without sex. Those dates are hilarious. Women are throwing themselves at Leo and Jill doesn’t know how to handle it. When he finally tells her the truth about him (even though he never hide it) she makes him leave. Leo fights like hell to get her back. New to the para world, Jill has to make sense of it all. When she does, her eyes are wide open.
Excellent writing!!!
A must read!!! -
I love be the whole immortals dating site theme. Humans are not aware that shifters, Vampires, witches etc exist so when Jill, a human gets signed up to the site by a friend and Leonard, a vampire is also signed up by a friend as payback, the dates that follow lead to more than a few amusing situations and conversations.
A fun read that I absolutely loved and can’t wait to follow the dating sites next mate.
This is a new to me author and I’ll definitely be checking out her other books. -
This was a great fun read that I enjoyed very much.
Jill is human who gets set up by her friend on a dating site where she gets matched up with Leonard who is a Vampire. They have a clash of personalities mainly because he is from a posh and wealthy family and she is just a normal average woman. This leads Jill to feel that socially they have nothing in common. Leonard finds that he is more than just attracted to her, because for some reason she isn't "into" him like most women are that are drawn to his Vampire glamor. They go on several dates that lead to some very funny encounters and some hot and sexy action.
The writing was good and the story flowed well with a great story.
4 star! -
This audiobook was good. Jill a human goes on a dating website and meets her mate Leonard a 500 year old vampire. Leonard gives off a natural glamour which is an aphrodisiac causing all women appearing beside him offering themselves. Jill is not affected by the glamor and hates women interfering in her dates.
Narrator Zac Smith voiced the characters well. He made Leonard appear regal and Jill a modern independent woman. -
Since Luc and Leonard haven't been friends in years due to a rift caused by a date with Maisie, the black witch, Luc decided to try to mend their friendship by payback and signed Leonard up with Eternal Mates, an immortal dating site.
Luc had rules though. Five dates and no sex. Will Leonard be able to abide by the rules in order to mend his friendship with Luc?
Jill is a witty and sassy woman who needs more than her BOB. Her friend signs her up with an immortal dating service. The service doesn't allow profile pictures or phone numbers.
Leonard is a hot, sexy vampire who has women falling at his his feet, except Jill. She is an enigma to him.
I've been waiting for this new series! A beautifully written hot, romantic comedy. Leonard and Jill's characters clash due to the fact she is a normal human and he is a wealthy five hundred year old vampire. I laughed throughout the entire book.
J. F. Holland will not disappoint you with her paranormal books! I fell inlove with her action packed, suspenseful, hot Bound Series. Eternal Mates is a spinoff from that series. I would definitely recommend both series!!! Standalones.
I absolutely love the covers from both series. Unique. Classy. Intriguing.

Leonard the vamp is dating, but there are rules set in place by his old friend Luc - no sex for 5 dates...
If you've read the other books by this author you will know Leonard the vamp and the other characthers that pop in this book, if you haven't read the other books, this is your chance to get a brief look at them, but this book is about Leo and Jill.
Leo and Jill have been matched by a dating agency and have a first date in a bar. If I said it's not the most perfect date I wouldn't be lying. Being a vampire, Leo has 'the vamp glamour' and has women and men offering him their number. To be fair he isn't interested in them, he is intrigued by Jill though, as his vamp charms don't work on her, so he has his work cut out wooing her.“Leonard?” Sam asked, incredulously. “No, not possible. You do not date. You bang and bail,”
****************************
“Leonard dear, you have told her that we are not soulless coffin sleepers, haven’t you?” - Leo's Mum
Jill is a very down to earth characther, she doesn't rate her self that much and thinks Leo is to good looking to be interested in her.
Leo is good at charm and has money to buy the best food and gifts, so when they end up at the chippy it's quite funny.
The story has some humour mixed in with the romance and I found it an enjoyable read.

Book Title: Immortal Flame
Book Author: J. F. Holland
Source: K.U.
Rating: 4 stars
Considering that vampires don’t turn into bats in this novel, I found the cover to be a little funny. hehe
The first couple of chapters are a little rough and I would say that it needs another proofread but the story is funny. How can it be funny if it’s about vampires? Well, because it involves a supernatural dating website and a female human who gets under the skin of a certain vampire.
Even though this is book one a series, the characters appear in the author’s other series. I only learned that after reading till the end, so be prepared that if you liked the characters to check out the author’s other series. ^_^
I recommend this books to those who like reading about vampire romance and want a laugh. -
This book was such a different take on vampires, romance, immortals, snark and humor, and a little cynicism that I just ADORED it. Leonard and Jill are not typical by any means - they're both a bit odd and incredibly sarcastic, each expecting and projecting their own version of the other that's it quite entertaining. The humor added to the fun and I really enjoyed their relationship. Love how the author took some common tropes and mixed them up a bit. Great paranormal romance read that will make you want more!

This is the first book I've read by JF Holland, so I didn't know what to expect. However, I love paranormal and really enjoyed this story. It was fun and light for PNR. It's a spin off from a previous series, and while I was desperate to know about the other characters, it didn't take away from the story in this book.
-
I really enjoyed this book!!
I am not normally a fan of Vampire books but I read the blurb and actually liked the sound of it!! It’s not like your normal PNR books, it’s very easy to read and a lovely light read you can just get lost in and smile through the story!
I really enjoyed the storyline, I found it very fascinating reading about the differences of vampires, shifters etc...I enjoyed the blossoming romance between the 2 characters...Leonard and Jill don’t necessarily hit it off straight away and I loved reading the love bloom together...I found myself laughing at parts of the story...I loved Jill’s character and her quirkiness about her....
JF Holland has definitely produced a easy feel story but with a PNR mixed into it,I like her style of writing and I definitely feel it deserves 5 ⭐️ from me, I enjoyed it lots and will definitely read more in the series. -
This is not your usual Vampire story, these are Unusual, Snarky, Onry critters. The human MC is just as Snarky and Unusual which makes them interesting to observe through this story.
I found the telling of this story Delightful and though I really do not care for explicit sex the way it was done was OK. Narrator did a Great job with the characters and storylines. -
A great vampire romance between a human and vampire -- love the snarkiness and banter between Jill and Leonard and the ups and downs for their relationship.

Dating agencies your friends subject you to. This story started in the Bound series and it is funny at times. This poor guy can’t seem to catch a break, and the young lady is not making it easy on him. I enjoyed the whole story because it concentrated Leonard the vampire and a human woman Jill. He comes to find out that she is his fated mate. Jill leads him on a merry chase and it all works out in the end. The narrator did a decent job with the story I look forward to more from him.
-
Oh my goodness, Leonard Smythe you are sublime!
Immortal Flame is the latest offering from JF Holland and concentrates on Leonard, a centuries old vampire who - in order to regain the friendship of Luc, (now cursed by the mad witch, Maisie), must go on a blind date set up through Eternal Mates - an immortals dating app. Not only that, he must date the same woman 5 times without having sex (a tough call for Leonard who prefers one night stands). Being a vampire, Leonard is used to women (and men) flocking to him, but when he meets Jill, something odd happens - she isn't in the slightest affected by his glamour.
Jill didn't want to go on this blind date, she's fed up with men treating her badly and would really rather sit at home watching her favourite sit-com, but reluctantly agrees after being set up by her friend. Then when she arrives at the bar she finds the man who is supposed to be her date surrounded by fawning females. Not the best start.
Leonard however, is intrigued by this snarky, yet vulnerable women. Everything about her should make him run - after all, he's the love 'em and leave 'em type. He's immortal she's human - surely, it cannot work, but suddenly Leonard desperately wants it to.
The banter between Leonard and Jill is brilliant - JF Holland captures the immortal versus mortal misunderstandings and slips of the tongue perfectly. Every time Jill finds a reason for their relationship not to work, Leonard finds himself persuading her it can, often with hilarious results.
Although running parallel to Light Up the Moon, and the beginning of a new series, this is a stand alone novel and a riveting addition to JF Holland's paranormal books! Can't wait for the next installment. -
I just love this spinoff from the Bound series and now Leonard like Luc is becoming one of my favorites.
When Luc stopped speaking to Leonard it was because of a double date gone bad so in order to get forgiven Leonard has to go on five dates with a woman of Luc's choosing from the dating website. Well Luc chooses Jill who just so happens to be human and not subject to Leonards charms so Leonard has to date her the old fashioned way. Even though Leonard is honest with her she thinks he's kidding so he can't even use any of his powers. This book is funny, heartwarming and it's nice to know more about Leonard. I can't wait to see what else JF Holland has in store for us with this series.
I requested this book for free from the author and I have chosen to review it -
