Easy Ketogenic Diet Slow Cooking: Low-Carb, High-Fat Keto Recipes That Cook Themselves Reviews

Several entries list ingredients that are not used, or directions use ingredients that are not listed.
No photos.
Mediocre advice in recipe descriptions, that is either common sense or unnecessary.
Use of many ingredients, like pumpkin, onion, and tomato, that other keto books contraindicate.
A "keto quotient" system that seems poorly-applied.
No explanations of serving size ("makes 8 servings" but doesn't say "2/3 cup servings" so it's hard to serve).
Save your money and go elsewhere. -
There were several recipes I enjoyed, although some called for items I don’t ever have on hand (like cubed pumpkin) and I was really confused and irked about the “cheesy bacon-cauliflower soup” that did not include any cauliflower... I tried it out anyways and it was inedible. I even emailed the address listed on one of the last pages welcoming feedback and inquired about this particular recipe and did not receive a reply.

I really wanted to like this but was disappointed in the editing quality... Bacon Cauliflower soup that doesn't list cauliflower in the instructions, but suddenly introduces chicken? Come on.
Olive oil is used in tons of recipes, FYI. -
Great book and recipes but I wish there were more pictures of the dishes featured in it.

Good for those who don't already know basics of either crockpot use or low carb recipes. Very basic, nothing that innovative, but they do look delicious!
