*Romance, matings, danger and a sprinkling of humorous banter make this a good read.*
Book 2 in The Bound Series starts where book 1 finished off. In my opinion you need to read in order to get to know the characthers and story.
Jaden and Maya are an entertaining couple, their connection and love for one another have grown very quickly and you can feel it. Spoiler alert.... They finally bind together in this book, it is not as perfect as they would have planned though....With Maya wrapped so tightly around him, he'd never been so uncomfortable in his life. Her heels were dug into his arse, and her dress was bunched up between them. Add in the fact that the zipper of his jeans was digging into his groin, and that she'd probably have a belt buckle mark on her stomach, he was having a fucking ball.
The pair of them are very early in their relationship, but there is love and lots of passion, they both need to learn about censoring the things they say at times."Welcome to cat sex baby. Didn't you know cats can go for hours, with very little downtime," he informed her. "In the wild, one cat will service many females," Jaden informed her, and Maya hissed. "Not in the human world they don't, not unless they want to lose certain appendages," she informed him.
Along with Maya and Jaden, there are lots of fabulous new characthers bought into the story, I love the variety of paranormals, the vamp and the gargoyle have definitely taken my interest.

He and his cronies are horrid and a danger to everyone in the town, luckily there is a big band of goodies ready to defend their community and the humans too.
The story is romance based and mates finding one another but the danger lurking in the background keeps them all busy."When did the town turn into an episode of Midsummer Murders?" Balin asked grimly.
Lana and Balin story is going to be fun. On to book 3.

I love maya and jaden they are a brilliant couple and are the perfect mates for each other.
Jf holland has out done her self with this book I couldn't put it down and wanted to keep reading more and more I am looking forward to starting book 3.
The story line with maya and jaden work so well together they have kept the book going and keeping me interested in reading

More wild adventures in Lunaton, as Jaden and Maya finally make it to their binding ceremony. Despite every conceivable precaution, taken by the somewhat unusual inhabitants of this sleepy village, to protect the couple, there were those who would see them dead before the moon sets. What makes matters worse is that Maya's father and uncle are part of the murderous crew - dang, you can't choose your family! As chaos ensues we are introduced to yet more of the fascinating mix of people, who for a long time have hidden their true nature in plain sight. The threat from the rogues and the evil witch may put all their hard work in jeopardy as Maya and Jaden, along with their friends, begin the fight of their lives.
I loved Moon Sworn the previous novel and couldn't wait to dive into Bound by the Moon, which exceeded my expectations (& that's not easy). J.F. Holland has woven another magical tale of adventure, danger and illusion, her wonderfully complex cast full to bursting with snark, sass, romance and just the right amount of steamy passion. It's fast paced, absorbing and so well written you feel as though you are right there experiencing everything alongside these amazing characters - so prepare to feel pretty exhausted by the end of the book...in a good way, of course!

So far I have read up to book 4 of this series and I’m loving the world of others in rural England that JF Holland has created.
Book 1 - Moon Sworn drew me in, giving me an idea of the series and I was intrigued and the next thing.I knew I was on half way through book 2.
I love a good Paranormal Romance and this series hasn’t disappointed me so far. In fact as I finish one book I’ve just been hitting buy on the next. I loved that the books that were set in the UK.
This series is ticking all my boxes, hot alphas, feisty mates, and a great story. -

I am really enjoying this series and can’t wait to see what comes next. Excellent writing with a storyline that will make you very happy but at the same time mad as hell. Each character brings so much life into this book. Luc is one of my favs -

This is the story of jayden n maya mates who are destined to be bound together,can they complete the binding ceremony before times runs out and it's too late meaning jaden has to live in his true animal form forever. Things dont run as smoothly as they should along the way, will they be bound read to find out what happens .... -
Good second book
The storyline between Haden and Maya continue in this second book and mating Sam & Helena and introducing us to Balin's mate.... some action to keep me reading. -
Wow!! Bound by the Moon keeps you on the edge of your seat with action packed, suspense, murder, family betrayal, mystery and humour with a twist. I felt so in touch with each character and their own distinct personality.
With danger still lurking about, Jaden and Maya are finally bound by the moon. Then evil approaches and a fight breaks out between Jaden and two jackals. Maise, the dark, evil witch possess the jackals who slowly torture other immortals. Who are the jackals in human form? Why do they seek out Maya?
Sam's infatuation with Helena, Maya's mum, is off off the charts. He's very protective and possessive. So much humour!!
Lana finally contacts her cousin, Maya. They are both are in great danger. Once the immortals and Lana meet at the bar, Balin notices his soon-to-be mate is pole dancing. This scene is so hilarious as Balin is put on stage.
The author has created a fabulous series that I would definitely recommend!!
I'm so addicted to this series!!! I laughed so much in this book. -

Good read
It's a good read, great characters great story I just wish there were more and not feel so rushed in one book. But again I'll read the next book because it's interesting -
When we come back to Jaden and Maya, Jaden is waiting while Agatha heals Maya from her tangle with the jackal. Maya is good to go for the mating but they are taking reinforcements to make sure Maya and Jaden can finish this mating so Jaden can still shift. Well they do get the mating done in time but they get attacked anyway and they find out who it is. A fight happens and some lives are lost but some of them get away and they realize that not only are they in dance but Maya's cousin Lana is too. Maya and Jaden are meeting so many immortals that they can't believe it and finding out family secrets too. I just love this series and you really don't want to put the book down once you start it. Each character even though immortal has their own personality and the description of each person is perfect! I received this book as a gift and I have chosen to do a review

I love this series 💟 Jaden has definitely grown on me... he's changed into such a beautiful man. As for Maya, yeah she has guided him to be that beautiful man... and his family of course.
These books have such drama and passion from the outset. Absolutely adore the other characters. So many more stories to be told for each of them.
I give thanks to this wonderful author, who makes me smile time after time.
