Indian English literature 1980-2000: A critical survey Reviews
-
Like M.K. Naik's History of Indian English Literature, it is a good book for a general overview of Indian English literature along with its good points:
1. Division of ages and genre
2. Brief historical, political, social background before literary one.
Again, this is not a standalone book, but nevertheless a good one.
