Visiting Stone Church
I recently finished The Legacy of Stone Church by Robert Carlson and would recommend this surprising book to others. Although the word Church is included in the title it's not a religious work but The name of a location where the majority of these events transpire. The setting of the story has a 1970's feel to it with familiar images and expressions from that period that I particularly enjoyed. The characters are realistic
and their relationships important to the overall story. The book builds momentum that makes the last third of the book interesting in a way that makes it hard to put down. By the end I was fully invested in reading the second book in the series to see how the characters move forward and develop.
