I've had this book for a while but didn't feel particularly interested in reading it because I'm not a single mother, have never been a single mother, and hope to never be on. However, I made a mistake in thinking the book wouldn't relate or me or be a valuable read for a non-single mother. It is an extremely good and valuable book and anyone who cares about women, mothers, or the ongoing, desperate relevance of feminism in the political, social, and culture climate should read it!
