This book is the highlight of the series for me, thanks to its setting and (in part) its story being inspired by ancient Greek mythology, while the adventure is a little easier to complete - or, to be more precise, the combats are not as difficult - as in the second and third books. In many ways, it would have made a suitable final volume in the series.
