Got this book in a secondhand store. A great book but apparently I am what the author calls the A personality which means someone who is quite impatient and is probably not going to read everything but wants to skip to the exercises. He is right. :)

I found this book a couple months before I became housebound (for a year) due to my panic disorder with agoraphobia. It eased some of my anxiety and I still use some of the techniques and strategies today, thirteen years later. This is a book I strongly recommend for anyone dealing with anxiety.

Be the king of your own calm kingdom.
Lots of good techniques for dealing with stress and helping achieve calm, but as a whole book it felt slightly overwhelming. I read the whole thing to try and find which ones I thought would work best for me, to mark for later. Perhaps it would have been easier to 'dip into' like a Little Book of Calm.
