Not since Eat, Pray, Love has a book been able to take on the story of a
personal journey and yet translate this into a widely connecting and relatable
commentary of personal development and spiritual growth.
Meet Sean, a.k.a That Guy Who Loves The Universe; a then socially awkward and anxious twenty-something living in the city of Liverpool. After graduating from University, Sean finds himself suffering with the existential blues and decides that he has to do something to find some more meaning in life; he packs up his bags and goes in search of a way to live a happier life.
In this book, Sean invites you into the uncensored world of his inner monologue and takes the reader on an emotional and inspirational journey across the city of Hong Kong. Along the way he reveals his own uplifting story of finding peace in meditation centres, coffee shops and five star hotel hot tubs resulting in eight crucial lessons for a life well lived.
With mental health statistics currently through the roof this book couldn’t come at a better time for those in need of a change.
Through the analogy of travel this book answers the question for all those that hunger to be taken on a journey physically, spiritually or mentally.

Sean Patrick's memoir of his search for something bigger than himself is enlightening, entertaining and endearing (sometimes in the same paragraph!) There are many magical moments from Sean's adventures that allow us to peek behind the curtain and see his relationship with the Universe. It's a win-win for all.
