The Lucky Monkey 4 Reviews

This series is extremely boring and repetitious. In the first half of each book, the monkey does a bunch of stupid things that he knows better than to be doing. Of course, nothing bad ever happens to him, and his excuse is that he is extremely lucky. In the second half of each book, he repeats doing all the stupid things he should not be doing in the first place, and all the bad things that should have happened to him all along happen to him. Then, it ends with his mother telling him that sometimes we are lucky and sometimes we are not.
The EXACT SAME THING happens in ALL FOUR BOOKS! -
This is such a cute story that teaches children a very important lesson about being careful. Lucky Monkey thinks because he has a "magic" stick nothing bad can happen to him. But what happens when the "magic" stick does not work anymore? Will Lucky Monkey be so lucky? His friend, Troy tries to warn him, but he does not listen. You will have to read the book to find out if Lucky Monkey really is lucky.

This is a great book, kids and adults can read and share. It teaches a great lesson and the author does an amazing job telling a fun tale. When Troy the monkey thinks a magic stick will protect him he goes on a great adventure of learning. I loved the illustrations and the way the author has of keeping children's interest by making the story fun and also adventurous. Well done.
