From the NYT Bestselling author of MISTER O, comes a hot and hilarious new standalone...

Here’s what you need to know about me—I’m well-off, well-hung and quick with a joke. Women like a guy who makes them laugh—and I don’t mean at the size of his d*ck. No, they want their funny with a side of huge… not to mention loyal. I’ve got all that plus a big bank account, thanks to my booming construction business. Yup. I know how to use all my tools.

Enter Natalie. Hot, sexy, smart, and my new assistant. Which makes her totally off limits...

Hey, I’m a good guy. Really. I do my best to stay far away from the kind of temptation she brings to work.

Until one night in Vegas…

Yeah, you’ve heard this one before. Bad news on the business front, drowning our sorrows in a few too many Harvey Wallbangers, and then I’m banging her. In my hotel room. In her hotel room. Behind the Titanic slot machine at the Flamingo (don’t ask). And before I can make her say “Oh God right there YES!” one more time, we’re both saying yes—the big yes—at a roadside chapel in front of a guy in press-on sideburns and a shiny gold leisure suit.

But it turns out what happened in Vegas didn’t stay in Vegas. And now, my dick doesn’t stay in my pants when she’s around. I try to resist. Honest. But the more we try to keep our hands to ourselves, the more we end up naked again, and the more time I want to spend with her fully clothed, too.

The question now is…do I take this woman to be my ex-wife?

    4.5 Stars!!

    description

I always have so much fun reading this author’s romcoms. Every. Single. Time. She seems to have the perfect formula when it comes to romantic comedies and the fact that all of them (all I've read so far) are written from the male main character’s perspective is a fantastic bonus. At least for me. She always makes me smile, grin and swoon and also forget about everything around me for a couple of hours.

'Well Hung' like any other romcom by this author was well written, gripping and so very entertaining from the beginning until the end. From the moment I saw the title and the cover I just knew this one will be an awesome read. And it totally was! In fact, it was my favorite romcom I’ve read by this author. 'Well Hung' can be read as standalone, although some of the characters from “Big Rock” and “Mister O” make an appearance.

“I knew you were looking at me like you wanted to fuck me. I looked at you the same way, and all I could think was how . . . well hung you are.”

Wyatt Hammer (Nick’s brother – the male main character from “Mister O”) is owns a construction business, is smart, good looking, a great brother, a wonderful friend and of course he’s hell hung. In other words, Wyatt is pretty damn perfect. He’s good with his tools…obviously and also with his hands...DUH, but when it comes to organization he’s very clumsy. However, he’s lucky since he has Natalie.

Natalie had been working for Wyatt for six months. She’s smart, impeccably organized and a master planer. Needless to say Wyatt will be lost without her and he’s very aware of that. Natalie not only is a smart, kind and funny, she’s gorgeous too and Wyatt knows that. He’s more attracted with her than he wants to be, but he has to keep his hands to himself since he doesn’t want to mix business with pleasure.

“For the rest of the day I will be working next to her.
Please, please, please let the horny aliens inhabit the planet of another man’s mind today.
    That sweet, sexy smile.
Fuck, being a good boy is way overrated. I want to be bad with her.”

Everything changes between these two on a trip to Vegas. But what happens in Vegas, doesn’t stay in Vegas…not this time. The situation gets worse for them when the more they try to keep their hands to themselves, the more they end up naked again…again and again.

“I rub the head of my cock against her, and in one fast motion, I push inside. She’s so wet and tight and snug, and I love the way we fit. Like we’re meant to be. Like everything that happened before has led to this.”

    description

This one had every one of the elements that make a romantic comedy a wonderful, entertaining experience – plenty of funny moments, a fantastic blend of sweetness and sexiness, wonderful, engaging characters and a swoony romance.

I enjoyed the story-line a lot. It was fresh, simply delightful and the fact that story was told from Wyatt’s perspective made me enjoy it more than other romcoms I've read. The two main characters were well developed, endearing and they even had depth. Wyatt was a wonderful narrator. I had so much fun being in his head. The man was portrayed pretty great I should say as a sex-on-a-stick, but he was more than that. He was funny, charming, thoughtful and so very sweet and caring at times. I loved his voice a lot and I must admit he was my favorite Mrs. Blakely’s hero I’ve read about. I also loved his perseverance when it came to our heroine, Natalie and how honest and honorable he was at times with her. Natalie was really great portrayed through Wyatt’s eyes. She was endearing, even relatable and most important perfect for our hero. The fact that she was a dirty talker as much as Wyatt was refreshing and entertaining to say the least.

“I want to feel all the joy and exhilaration with you. The ups and downs. Because loving you is some kind of wild ride, and I don’t want it to stop.”

    description

The romantic aspect was done really well. Watching Wyatt struggling with his feelings was pure entertainment. I loved the friendship between these two. They were great together and I simply loved their playful banter and how easily they communicated with each other. As much as I enjoyed their friendship, I have to say their romantic relationship was even better. They were perfect for each other, sexy and the chemistry between them was fantastically done.

“She’s like a tiger, and together we’re animals.”

Mrs. Blakely not only writes fantastic chemistry between the characters, she also writes some incredibly passionate sex scenes. I loved these two between the sheets. They were HOT AS HELL!

    Overall, a fantastic read!

Lauren Blakely has done it again, she's brought us another scorching hot story of two people who are absolutely perfect for each other. I don't know how she does it, but I get all jittery until I can read the newest words she's put together since I know it'll be 100% perfect! Wyatt Hammer is the infamous Nick Hammer's brother from Mister O. Wyatt has an amazing assistant named Natalie. She's been a huge help to his business and even though she's beautiful and perfect, Wyatt does his best to be the perfect gentleman... Until one night in Vegas while drunk... They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, well not when you come home sporting a new wedding band and a wife. Read to find out what happens next between the man with the hammer and the woman behind the desk.

“I knew you were looking at me like you wanted to fuck me. I looked at you the same way, and all I could think was how . . . well hung you are.”

    "Holy shit.
    I kissed my assistant.
    I banged my assistant.
    I married my assistant."

I absolutely devoured Well Hung in one sitting. I couldn't wait to see what came out of Wyatt's filthy and wicked mouth. That man is sex on a stick and his temporary wife is one lucky woman! Hot damn, my Kindle was sizzling with all the sexiness and sexual chemistry between Natalie and Wyatt. Well Hung is the story of a man and woman who get drunk and end up waking up the next morning MARRIED! Another BANGING (pun intended) story by Ms. Blakely! Well hung is the perfect amount of funny, flirty and magically delicious. Hold onto your seats because this is one delicious "RIDE" you will never forget...

5 KEEP RIDING THE ROLLER COASTER STARS!!!

This book! Oh my heart! It did things to me!!! I seriously, FOR REAL, felt like I had butterflies in my chest through most of this book. There were also many heart felt moments that brought tears to my eyes. But mostly I laughed. And laughed. And laughed some more! I smiled so much, even at the teary parts. Because.....gah! Wyatt!!!!

Wyatt. I loooooove this man! He’s fun, sweet and HOT. An all around good guy! He is out of this world sexy. He says the most delicious things. Does the most delicious things. I just wanted to get hammered. And nailed. And screwed. I mean. I wanted to help him do those things, you know...as his assistant. That’s right. I want to be his assistant. And assist him. With the things. Because a good assistant would help with the things a carpenter does. The reaming. And rubbing. And drilling. And screwing. Am I right? Or at least hold his power tool. And maybe handle his wood.....

Wyatt is a swoon worthy guy who knows all the right things to say to capture your heart. And he had me from the beginning. I loved Natalie and Wyatt’s banter and sense of humour. And as their love adventure unfolded, I fell harder. I fell for Wyatt. I fell for Natalie. I fell for this story. And the sexy scenes. Oh. My. Whoa. I swear. They had me bringing my O face. Over and over.

Well Hung is all of the everythings you want in a romantic comedy. You’ll laugh. You’ll swoon. You’ll fan yourself. You may even get teary. Lauren Blakely nailed it with this fun, heart melting and sexy romance! You can’t help but fall in love with a Blakely boy. And you’ll fall oh-so-hard for Wyatt! And Natalie too! They’ll have you wanting to play naughty carpenter. Not gonna lie! You need this book in your life!!!

So who here knows that I love Lauren Blakely? I love her love!

Each book that she puts out I keep saying to myself I don't know how she is going to top that one.

    And then

So when I asked her for Well Hung, and she finally gave it to me I was like a kid in a candy store.

I curled up in a corner and I got ready to take a ride. And what a ride it was!

Warning: I don't give spoilers, so you'll just need to buckle up and enjoy the ride.
The only thing I'll tell you is this-our ending is one you'll never see coming.

For everyone that has read Big Rock and then Mister O, we got little glimpse inside the mind of Wyatt Hammer. Mr. Well Hung himself.

Here’s what you need to know about me — I’m well-off, well-hung and quick with a joke.

I mean seriously as a woman what more can I ask for. I want someone to make me laugh, I want someone to make me swoon, someone who is loyal and let's be honest I want someone with a ummm...big...personality. You dirty dirty minded people.

I’ve got all that plus a big bank account, thanks to my booming construction business. Yup. I know how to use all my tools.

He also has a strict don't fraternize with anything that has to do with work. Be it, workers, clients and most importantly his assistant. I mean it should be easy right? Except

Enter Natalie. Hot, sexy, smart, and my new assistant. Which makes her totally off limits...

Now let me start off with their relationship before the hammer came out to nail her. They had the best time ever. They pushed each other to their breaking points, just for fun. Be it a eating conte4st or just to have the last word. Heck I wanted to work for him!

 Until one night in Vegas…

You have no idea, but when the best day of your life is quickly labeled the worst day of your life you do what every single person would do. You get drink. Everything is always clearer when you drink!

"Because of how it tastes on your lips when I kiss you?" I ask, trying that on for size.
    She says one word. Yes.
And before I know it, I'm kissing Natalie.

I swear their first kiss gave me flutters in my stomach, had my heart beating fast and I had giggling like a fool. Because not only is their first kiss hot as heck. They don't stop there. These two leave their mark on every single available surface.

I’m banging her. In my hotel room. In her hotel room. Behind the Titanic slot machine at the Flamingo (don’t ask). And before I can make her say “Oh God right there YES!”

I mean and then what fun would Vegas be if you aren't visiting a wedding chapel?

Yup you guessed it. Hello Mr. & Mrs. Hammer. It's all fun and games till you wake up the next morning and the first thing you see is your assistant with a matching wedding band.

If only that was his only problem. Now back in New York they find out that what happens in Vegas doesn't really stay in Vegas. You see the minute she's around his hammer is ready to nail her.

The way these two faught their attraction was amazing. The way that their friendship shifted yet they didn't even realize it. The way that they cared for each other but just ignored the signs was what I loved best.

But most of all I have to say that I loved the love. I loved how they loved each other. I loved how it was just as natural as breathing that it was to love each other.

And that people is why Lauren is a master mind. She made me laugh, she made my stomach flutter, she made y heart beat faster, she made me palms clammy and she made me swoon for yet another man.

    Book Review: 5+++ Stars

How is it possible that every man Lauren writes is so damn perfect? How is it possible that every story Lauren creates is so funny and sexy and romantic? How is it possible that she can connect all her books, old ones and news to come, in every book she writes? Well, I don’t know, but what I DO know is that I love her, and her books and her characters and everything she does! She’s amazing and once again, she’d done an amazing job with this new book of hers: WELL HUNG!

This is the story of Nick’s twin brother, Wyatt and Charlotte’s sister Natalie. Back in
Mister O , during Spencer and Charlotte’s wedding, Wyatt and Nick were talking about Natalie being hot for Wyatt and that was all the clue I needed to start plotting about their love story and wait for it anxiously. The time setting of Well Hung is a little after Mister O ends. Natalie is working for Wyatt as his assistant in his construction company and she’s been doing a great job in the managing department while Wyatt does his magic with the constructions and remodelations. And of course, their relationship is very friendly but also very professional, especially because of Wyatt’s constant mantra “Do Not Mix Pleasure With Business”. But one trip to Vegas, that was supposed to be about a new job for the company ended up like this…

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlrqa...

*Cracking up* OK, ok, it wasn’t like that but almost!! Ha Ha Ha!! They had the best time in Vegas—insert here the most funny, sexy, crazy and daring time ever—but what happens in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas and here is when the drama begins. Ok, I’m overreacting *chuckles* It wasn’t an angsty kind of drama, it was the good kind of drama. The sexual tension, the miscommunications, the blanks of the night in Vegas, everything was a constant cause of insecurity to Wyatt. He was so sure he wanted Natalie, and there were times she showed him she wanted him too, but most of the time he thought it was best to be away of Natalie’s sandwich, but he wanted to eat it so badly *pun intended* Ha Ha Ha.

The conclusion of this story was awesome. I loved everything, but my favorite part was how sweet Wyatt was. He’s the most adorable book boyfriend ever with a high addition of sexiness that made me combust a lot of times while reading this book. And Nat, Oh. My. God. Natalie! She’s def one new addition to my collection of book girlfriends. Her heart is so big and strong and perfect. And she is a ninja! Ha Ha Ha Ok, not a ninja, but she’s black belt in karate and she kicked Wyatt’s ass on the mat #SoBadAss Anyway, they were perfect for each other, just as much as this book is.

A final note about this book: You can read Well Hung as standalone, but I suggest you to read
    Big Rock and
Mister O before, in that way, you’ll enjoy more this book, enjoy the cameos of the previous couples and if you follow the upcoming releases, you’ll get a glimpse of the characters of
    The Sexy One and
    Full Package .

"Trust isn't about getting fooled, or not getting fooled. It's a choice. One you make with your heart."

Oh Wyatt... He will hang your cabinets, your doors and assist you with any remodeling job you might need.

➦Ok, all jokes aside... Another great romcom by Lauren Blakely! This can definitely be read as a standalone but for those of you who have read
    Mister O
    - this one here is about Nick's fraternal twin brother Wyatt. As you have probably gathered already, he is in the carpentry business and owns his own company.

Natalie has been Wyatt's assistant for six months before a job related trip to Vegas happens. They decide to let loose and some very interesting things end up happening to them in Vegas. How will these two deal with coming back to New York to reality?

❤I really love Lauren Blakely's ability to create great characters, specifically the heroines. I never seem to have a problem with any of them. Natalie here is a firecracker!
"Natalie Rhodes, temptation made flesh, the All-American black belt with a tongue of iron fire."

❤Reading a male-only POV was, as always, very entertaining. Wyatt is very charming, funny, naughty and at times frustrating. (Aren't most men?) It was interesting to see how he struggled with the issue of trust and overcoming a fear of a woman screwing him over for money.
"Sometimes it's unfair we have the fuckers (dicks) to do battle with all day. And believe me, it's an epic battle.
    Man versus hard-on.
    Man rarely wins."

➦I recommend this to those who love sexy romcoms with some good humor, male-only POVs, "what happens in Vegas stay in Vegas" stories. :) Lauren Blakely's romcoms have become my favorites and I can't wait to read
    The Sexy One
, which is coming out in October!

"Your dirty mouth is my guilty pleasure."

What can I say? That title... That cover... I couldn't resist, even before I read the synopsis. It was irresistible. The author's dirty mind was my guilty pleasure. I'm so glad that she shares it with her lucky readers.

I was expecting Wyatt to be a total tool. And while he knows how to use one, and he has one, he's not one. No, I don't mean that tool, though he definitely has one of those too. He also has a Stud Finder. He keeps setting it off every time he puts it in his back pocket, cuz he is one (wink-wink). But what I mean is that underneath the cocky arrogance, there's a nice guy hiding. He has a close relationship with his siblings Nick (his twin), and Josie his sister. He treats his staff well. And he's very well respected in his chosen profession. His reputation is getting him almost more jobs than he can handle in his construction business. It's a good thing he has his assistant to keep it all organized for him. She makes sure that everything runs smoothly and he doesn't know what he'd do without her. That's why he keeps telling himself to keep his hands to himself. It doesn't count if he doesn't, if it's only in his mind, right? Can he help it if he thinks she'd look better bent over her desk than sitting behind it?

    DESCRIPTION

Natalie is not just a pretty face. She's a badass black belt in karate. She works miracles all day keeping Wyatt organized, and then she teaches self defense classes in the evenings. Wyatt jokingly calls her a ninja, but he means it with the greatest respect. He thinks the world of her, that's why he's trying so hard not to risk their business relationship by straying into a personal one. He's learned the hard way not to mix business with pleasure. He knows better... when he's sober.

Natalie believes that, There's no such thing as a calorie-free chocolate, or a guy who's funny, well hung, and sweet." At least she thought so. After her memorable "Go big or go home" weekend in Vegas, she now knows that 3 of the 4 do exist, and it's not the chocolate. He really is too good to be true. Too bad she can't keep him...

This delightfully fun read was a treat. It kept me giggling and blushing as I kept my fingers and toes crossed that Mr. & Mrs Hammer would not un-tie the knot. I also enjoyed the support characters and I'm excited to spend some more time with them in upcoming installments of this series.

  • Kim

Ooh Ooh It is Wyatt Hammer's book! He is Nick's twin brother who we met in
Mister O! The successful, hot, outspoken, manly-man owner of his own construction company. Swoon!

Wyatt is just trying to observe his golden rule of not getting involved with someone he works with. He's been burned in the past and his construction business is too important to risk again. Natalie (Charlotte's sister) is now his valued employee. In the six months she has been working for him, she has helped organize and turn his business into a successful well-oiled machine. She keeps everything running smoothly, but also gets his personal motor running. He enjoys having her around, but has vowed never to mix business with pleasure again.

One night in Vegas changes everything--too much alcohol, lust, and lack of inhibitions lead them into one night of intense passion, fun, and daring adventures. Living in the moment seems like a wonderful idea at the time. But what happens in Vegas does not always stay there, and what happens when reality pushes its way back in?

It's hard to stop wanting each other. They are both so attracted and mixed up, and find themselves in situations leading to sexual tension and more amorous encounters. But their issues are not going to disappear. He's still got fears and trust issues based on his past. They still have a working relationship and rely on each other. Their easy interactions become not-so-easy anymore. They are both kind of the black sheep of their families that have been known to be somewhat trouble makers. And it still seems like every time they take a step forward, something happens to ruin it and send them two steps back. It appears that there is no way for them to navigate their delicate situation and really have it all.

Wyatt is a man confused that has major trust issues and fears based on his past. Natalie is just trying to do what needs to be done and deal with what she stands to lose. But it is a wild ride of want, need, miscommunication, hurt, fear, and mistrust.

Their Vegas misadventures have real life consequences. There are so many variables that go into trying to figure it all out, and so much that could go wrong.

I enjoyed spending time with some friends from the other books in this loosely tied series: Wyatt's twin brother Nick and his love Harper (
Mister O), their sister Josie, Spencer and Charlotte (
Big Rock), Simon, and some new friends like Chase and Max Summers. Definitely some hot, hunky hero material and some underlying stories to tell. I love that Lauren has little connections between her books, but that the stories all also stand alone.

This was told in Wyatt's no-nonsense point of view. And I loved him! His voice and personality was unique and stood out even from his twin brother, Nick (Mister O). He was hot, naughty, dirty-talking, but also sweet, loyal, vulnerable, and torn. He has his own goofy, sarcastic sense of humor, and I loved his relationships with his siblings and friends. He was just that kind of good-natured, honest, trustworthy guy that you want as a friend. But he also had his sexy, passionate side that made him so magnetic and appealing.

And Natalie was fun, organized, tenacious, caring, and adventurous. She was smart, goofy, and had a giving heart, but was equally lost on how to deal with their mess. I liked that we got a little taste of her point of view during text messages.

This couple was just so likable and so totally hot together! They give Mister O a run for his money in the orgasm department! They had such a fun rapport, smoking chemistry, and a shared sense of adventure. But they did have some real, concrete issues to figure out. I enjoyed their wild roller coaster ride that they found themselves on. It was steamy, naughty, sweet, humorous, and romantic. There was enough tension, drama, and issues to make it interesting and keep me wondering how it would all play out. And there were a few surprises. This was another engaging male point of view book from Lauren Blakely and I fell for another one of her sexy, down-to-Earth heroes.

I was gifted a copy in exchange for an honest review.

If you want passion, lust, great "get caught in public places" sex, true love, humor and did I mention passion, then Lauren's new book Well Hung is for you. Wyatt Hammer owns his own construction company and is very handy with his tools (yes both types). Natalie is his assistant. But because they work together, will that give them the red light for love? Lauren has hit another huge homerun with this book. I was laughing throughout and love the public places where Wyatt and Natalie found passion. I have been hooked on Lauren's books since the first one and can't wait for the next one!!

  • Beneath The Covers Blog

Vegas, an unexpected marriage and an abundance of steamy sex! Well Hung will give you a new appreciation for a man's toolbox! This story explodes with laughter, sensual intrigue and emotional punches to the heart! It's now Wyatt's turn to tell his story...

Told entirely from his POV, Wyatt is gorgeous, funny and a successful businessman. Of course he would be, just look at his twin brother Nick! Good genes definitely run in their family! Wyatt is a laid-back, uncomplicated guy. That is until his assistant Natalie starts tying him up in knots...and not necessarily the good kind, either.

Natalie, Charlotte's sister, has been working alongside Wyatt for months. But each day is more difficult than the next. His sexy good looks, incredible body, amazing personality and impressive tool belt makes it impossible for Natalie to keep her hands off him.

But when a trip to Vegas and an unforgettable roller coaster ride changes their relationship, can they continue to only be work collegues?...or will their undeniable attraction and erotic feelings for each other finally allow them to see what's right in front of them?

I'm completely blown away with each and every book Lauren writes! Each story she creates is hotter, sexier and more romantic....and the men! Good lord, do the men keep getting better! Swoon-inducing, panty-melting, dirty-talking, take-my-heart-and-never-give-it-back type of men! I will NEVER get enough!

Do not pass this book up! Find out for yourself just how well hung Wyatt is...you won't regret it!

    5+ Stars...a one-click MUST READ!

As women, we often wonder: Just what do men really think? How do they really feel? If only we could jump into their heads like we can their pants and read their minds. How about the next best thing? A book written in the male point-of-view so well that it feels like an invasion of the male psyche. Well Hung by Lauren Blakely is that book, that story that steals those mesmerizing and mysterious male thoughts and makes them yours.

In her latest scorching and swoony sensation, Lauren Blakely masters the male mind in Well Hung, a riveting romance that renders you breathless and aching for more. Well Hung is written in a refreshing and melt-your-panties male voice with a fine-tuned and detailed storyline entailing countless character thoughts and dialogue. Lauren Blakely’s execution of the single POV flawless and fabulous where it felt as if I were in the room with Wyatt in Well Hung and he told me his story.

We first met Nick Hammer in Mr. O and now we meet his twin, Wyatt, in Well Hung. Both brothers are indeed hot, well hung and are definitely O masters. Wyatt runs a construction company and knows his way around tools, especially his big tool that seems to stay pointed at his pretty assistant, Natalie, who happens to be Charlotte’s little sister. Charlotte is married to Spencer from Big Rock. Don’t you love this connection? It’s a big pleasure to read indeed.

“Here’s what you need to know about me—I’m well-off, well-hung and quick with a joke.”

The first line of the synopsis sold me to this steamy story, one I knew Lauren Blakely would blast with heat as well as heart…and oh she did. How can just one line have my panties practically saluting this sexy-sounding story?

“It is an epic battle. Man versus hard-on. Man rarely wins. Boners are too powerful.”

The Prologue first had me wanting to hop on a plane and find Wyatt and his giant tool. I’d later beg hubby for a hall pass. Because hot guy, big tool, and Vegas, right?!? Well Hung captivated me and claimed me like the best O, as in OH SO GOOD!

Wyatt and Natalie are boss and assistant, but the battle they face not to succumb to temptation as the heat flows between is one of epic proportions.

“I need to stop thinking of banging Natalie in elevators, and, on that same note, of missing her. That’s girlfriend-level stuff. Natalie is just my employee. Nothing more.”

The chemistry claims Wyatt and Natalie…every day at work. That lingering lust is an itch that needs to be scratched in the worst way. A relationship between boss and employee is forbidden. Those thoughts can’t become actions…unless…unless Vegas.

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Unless you are a hot boss with a big package who goes on a business trip with a beautiful assistant who you’d like to test out your most-prized tool, one that you’ve caught her eye-banging.

With Natalie radiating energy and excitement, I’m thinking blonde with a side of spanking is my favorite.”

Wyatt is more than pleased to know he’s not the only one swimming in a sea of lust. Natalie is hot for her boss, and if that is a turn-on in itself.

Don’t you know? I ache for you.”

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Unless you indulge in a liquid buffet with a liquid courage dessert.

“We don’t lean into each other. There’s no inch-by-slow-sensual-inch pull. It’s not a slow burn. It’s a fiery crash. We kiss hard and rough, fueled by pent-up desire and more than enough vodka and rum to make this inevitable.”

That kiss…WOW! I felt the sizzle and sparks. The passion poured from the pages right to me.

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Unless your liquid courage takes you to the chapel where you may partake in a wedding on a whim. Holy mother of Hangover movie type of events! Well hung is now well hitched!

    “I crave everything about her.”

I spun in a sea of swoon, and did not want to surface for air.

Lines are blurred. Feelings are forming. What began as a hot Vegas night starts to become and feel real. Though perceptions aren’t often reality, especially when perhaps only one wants the real while the other is fine with one night of fantasy.

“I did it again. I mixed business with pleasure. And this time, the results may be disastrous.”

My laughs bled into tears, my heart was hit with a force I didn’t see coming, and the feels floated around me as Well Hung hung on tightly.

I LOVED this sweet and spicy story so much!!! I was utterly HUNG UP on Well Hung! There is such a sweetness to a well-written friends-to-lovers story, and Well Hung delivers the goods with hilarious lines full of heat and humor that hit my heart along the way. Amusing. Angst-filled. All-consuming. Well Hung is the perfect recipe for romance, a story that is sheer brilliance from beginning to end.

Well Hung, along with Big Rock and Mr. O, is part of a spellbinding and scorching series that has quickly become my piece of page-turning pleasure. Lauren Blakely is a master at writing stories full of heat and humor that bring both fantasies and feels to life. I am not quite done living this fantasy yet.

5 TAKE ME TO VEGAS CROWNS

I have never read a Lauren Blakely book I haven’t liked. I enjoy her writing style, and her ability to switch between tropes. Her romantic comedies have me rolling with laughter, and her mysteries leave me sitting on the edge of my seat, but no matter what she writes, it is always so well done!

Well Hung is written from the male POV of Wyatt Hammer, the brother of Nick, who we met in Mr. O. I love being inside of this man’s brain. He is crazy and impulsive and radiates an energy that is infectious, and yet when it comes to his business, he is responsible and dependable. The reader can certainly see why Natalie would be drawn to him as a person. Wyatt had me laughing uncontrollably, fanning myself, and swooning all over the freaking place, and, let’s be honest, is there really anything hotter than a man that can make you swoon, make you laugh, and make you hot and bothered? I don’t think so!

The partner in crime for Wyatt is Natalie, sister of Charlotte from Big Rock. Natalie is great as well, and I really like where Lauren Blakely took her character. She is honest and trustworthy, and her actions in the novel show that she truly understands the meaning of love.

These two together are just fantastic, although there are times that I became frustrated with them, because their obstacle preventing them from getting together doesn’t seem to be that large. So many times, I wanted them to just confess their feelings and move on with the story. But, there are some plot details that are revealed at the end that make their refusal to talk about their feelings plausible and led to a better understanding of character motivation for the reader. Their chemistry as a couple is electric, and you can feel it coming off the pages and you hope to absorb just a little bit of their fun.

This plot is completely and totally entertaining! The banter, the sex, the will they finally be honest with each other is all highly engaging and will pull the reader into their adventure. There is low drama and lots of laughs and smiles. I couldn’t help keep the smile off of my face as I was reading, and that epilogue will just melt your heart and leave you giddy. The last thing that I loved is the little nods to other books and characters. I am sucker for any mention of past books and stories I loved, and Lauren Blakely does it in a way that doesn’t detract from the main couple.

As I stated before, I love Lauren Blakely’s books! The variety, the style, and the stories are all engaging and entertaining. She allows me to leave my world and find happiness in her books, and this book in particularly left me smiling.

Well Hung by Lauren Blakely - 10 stars
Hilariously funny, hot as hell itself, Perfection right here!
    Lauren Blakely at her best!

I don't even know where to start!
While reading this book words kept coming to me and now they are having a party in my head and I am going to try my best and make them come together smoothly :)

Lauren Blakely managed to blow my mind.....AGAIN!
This woman is unstoppable...She keeps writing these books faster than anyone else I can think of and she keeps delivering without a single fail.

How is that possible? Beats me and honestly let's just enjoy the ride :)
I would like to say that this book is her BEST work so far, but that would be disrespectful to all her other series and amazing stories.
But this one is her best out of this series of rom-com stand alones.
Wyatt took over my mind and heart from the prologue alone!
I connected with his and Nathalie's story so good I might as well have been with them on this journey of theirs.
    This one has it ALL!
Hot hard working alpha ( no billionaires with psycho issues here no) that knows what he wants and works hard on every field in his life to get there.
A strong and confident heroine that has her life organized until the very last detail and her eyes on the ultimate goal.
Throw in some extremely hot sex tension that had months to build up and love and passion that neither of them can deny or resist and you have a winner.

They writing is magnificent and with such a real and authentic male POV that is sometimes incredible that this comes from a woman. The pace was perfect and stabile and I was unable to stop reading.
Even if it was a single POV she still managed to sneak in Nathalie's thoughts too and in a great and unique way that I enjoyed tremendously .

Now it's official that Lauren has a thing for Vegas and getting her characters on a rollercoaster rides *literally* and some of the hottest and sexiest scenes and acts that will forever be on my mind!

Another thing that I love is how Lauren writes and takes care of her characters and keep them making these cameo appearances in future books and giving us small updates about where they are now and what is going on with them as well as with the main characters.
They are one big happy family that lives happily ever after!

I can always relay on Lauren's books to make me feel good!
She is not a heartbreaker that leaves you crying your eyes out and with a wounded soul.
The woman knows what works for her and she is the best in this field and never lets her readers down.

    Favorite scene: >
When the whole group was together and that brought a true feel good vibe and I was back in the Friends Reunion!

If you liked any other book by Lauren Blakely you will most definitely LOVE this one!
Don't miss out on a great story that will become one of your favorite ones.
I give it all the stars in heaven!

  • Bookish Lauren

ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.

    "Public decency is so overrated."

Lauren Blakely has done it again. And by it, I mean provided us, the readers, with genius rom-com fully of amazingly unique and strong woman and sexy, dirty talking men. I struggled to put this book DOWN! "Unputdownable". Hey, I know it's not a word, but it's befitting. Befitting because this story of a boss and his assistant is like no other. Sexy puns everywhere you turn (as if the title didn't already give that away :P ). Speaking of unique, Natalie's side gig is as a karate instructor. How cool is that?! And Natalie and Wyatt are smoking hotttt together! And he knows how to use his tools (see what I did there? lol)!!

"Because loving you is some kind of wild ride, and I don't want it to stop." That describes Wyatt and Natalie to a T. When a potential remodel project for Wyatt's company, WH Carpentry & Construction, finds them out in Vegas, they are excited for what this huge project could mean for the company. A raise for Natalie and permanent employees instead of the day laborers Wyatt currently employs. Then the project falls through, causing so much disappointment to flow through the both of them that they decide to just make the most of their night in Sin City, and when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING!!

"I kissed my assistant. I banged my assistant. I married my assistant." That one wild night between Wyatt and Natalie leads to a whirlwind of ups and downs in their working relationship, especially since their quickie annulment is nothing but a scam. In weeks following, they struggle to keep their hands off each other.

Wyatt's biggest problem, though, is trust. He's been burned twice before mixing business and pleasure, and even though he knows Natalie's not that type of person, he lets his bad experiences and paranoia get the best of him. When they get the opportunity to return to Vegas on the previously canceled job, they decide to follow through with the annulment. At this point though, Wyatt doesn't want that. He wants to keep Natalie for himself, until he sees a message on her phone that could change it all.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves hot rom-com, but if you decide to read about Wyatt and Natalie, check out "Big Rock" and "Mister O" first to get acquainted with a few other characters in the lineup.

4.5 Fool Me Once, Twice Shy
    * * * *1/2 Spoiler Free
What does an author do when she has a successful series on her hands... Does she figure out "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" and do everything the same so as to ride that series train into the sunset...Or does she use what has worked... but make each installment have its own personality where the voice of the Male POV is different and clear...If you are Lauren Blakey, that is exactly what you do.

In Well Hung, Ms. Blakely could have taken the easy way out...made the main guy super successful, slick with the women... silvered tongued, have his family sing his praises and have him reek tons of confidence. That didn't exactly happen...

Instead, we got a guy we could have a beer with, who had experienced some really crappy women manipulations and was part of a family who teased him about being a bad luck magnet in love. Oh, and he also was sort of the black sheep of the family...where his twin and sister seemed to be blessed with all of the smarts and he seemed stuck with those family labels even to this day.

Now do not let all of those details deter you from thinking any less of this man, Wyatt. I just want to put into perspective of how attainable and real this man was...He had his own contracting/construction business...extremely talented in the execution of redo's...in fact, redo's were his calling card. He could look at a dated kitchen or interior of an apartment...and know just how to make them sing again while doing within budget and on time.

What Wyatt wasn't great at was organization...and that was where Natalie came in. Natalie had been with Wyatt's business for over six months and she literally saved his ass. Remember when I mentioned bad juju with women and relationships....Well, the first tried to take a piece of the company and the second went all "Fatal Attraction" on him and his computer. So when Natalie was introduced to him and applied for the assistant job... it was a match made in heaven.

But there was one little problem...Wyatt had decided after all of those work-linked-women-off-the-rails experiences...He was not going to get involved ever again with an employee...Ever.

Yet, every time he would look at Natalie, he would have to fight the thoughts that would come to his mind...like how her smile just lights up the room like a beacon....or her laugh hits him in the gut...or how cool she is to be a Black Belt and can whip his ass. He also loved that he could walk into the office and she would be there with everything organized and set... like they were of the same mind... with him mentioning a possible job and her already having the specs in the making...

And do not get him started about how this woman could match him hot spice per hot spice in the food department... both of them would make it a practice to have a meal so hot... the waiters and waitresses would be standing by afraid of what they had served...

Yup, Wyatt and Natalie were a perfect match...so perfect...But He was her boss...She, his employee...

And as you already know, they had a huge job offer in Vegas with a satisfied client of a recent redo. She loved the work so much, she trusted only Wyatt and Natalie to do the work. Off these two go and it seems like everything is wonderful... until the husband pulls the plug...no redo at this time.

In order to make the trip to Vegas worthwhile, Wyatt does all the things he had promised Natalie when they had talked about her bucket list back in NYC...doing the Roller-Coaster, the Gondolas, the Bellagio Water show...the Casinos...

But what they hadn't counted on was...
    Doing Each other...
To the point where they were at it everywhere...indoors, outdoors, behind curtains...and Natalie was very prepared...because she had been wanting Wyatt from the start.... and he realized he wanted her too...and before they realized it, drunk and slap-happy...

They not only were doing it everywhere...They Did It...
    Yup, Married...with promises made...some remembered...and some not.

This is a terrific tale and because Wyatt is funny, very male, and part of the group we know from Blakely's last books, he fits in easily... yet at the same time...he was a bit different. He was successful... but not slick where you felt he didn't have to worry. He was more of the guy you would hang with at a bar and love the banter he would joke with...but there was also another element with Wyatt...like he felt his family had him pegged to always make a few mistakes... and they would all collectively sigh... Oh, Wyatt... Again, huh... Like they didn't have all the confidence in him like all the other family and friends. They loved him, for sure...but maybe were always making concessions for him, even when not necessary. This was his take on it clouding his understanding of how in reality, the family was one hundred percent believed in him and behind him.

Natalie was a blast. She was very strong, a little spitfire, and unafraid most of the time. She was proactive...and a full participant in all the sexual fun with Wyatt. Blakely is the master in Dirty Talk and this time it wasn't slick... it almost bordered on really down and dirty... very direct from the both of them to each other which made it all the more real. We admire Natalie because with all of these things happening around her, she has serious personal goals to make happen... a budding career as a Self Defense Instructor.

We go through the arc of Wyatt fighting to keep himself away from Natalie, to protect himself from making another judgment error which could cost him his business again. He also is very aware of the pitfalls of Sexual Harassment and how much Natalie wants this job. He is caught emotionally in a rock and hard place because as much as he is enjoying Natalie seeing her for the amazing person she is...He also has the past which will not let go of him... it is his fall back on everything... and in most cases, it would be smart...but he also is realizing maybe... maybe this woman is not like all the others...

Well Hung was fun, fast and felt exactly the way it was meant to...full of manly testosterone, strong sexual attraction between our couple, and a heart story big and beautiful. It wasn't War and Peace...it wasn't meant to be...It was a perfect Redo for Wyatt in the making.

Now I would be remiss if I didn't share we have experienced in this book a yummy taste of two very cool men which will have their own books...One will be coming sooner than the other...so not to worry...Ms. Blakely has your needs covered...

This book. Seriously, it was even better than Mr. O and I didn't think ANYTHING would ever top that.

Again, I find myself writing that I liked this book even more than I liked the one before it. I am not quite sure how Lauren Blakely keeps pulling this off, to be honest, I just know she does…and this is most definitely not a complaint. This is a standalone, although there are brief appearances of previous characters and Wyatt and Natalie are both mentioned in the previous books, although it is in passing. And, there is a little teaser of Simon and things to come with him that was very exciting.

Wyatt and Natalie are fun. Wyatt’s internal dialog, his determination to make sure that he does NOT get involved with his assistant are adorable and you immediately connect with him, with his sense of self-preservation and honor that keeps him from both going down a path he has been before as well as being reluctant to put Natalie into an awkward position.

It is endearing to watch Wyatt fail spectacularly at staying away from Natalie…as it is impossible to miss how badly he wants to be with her, and how badly he also wants to remain professional. You can relate to him and to her. Whether it is an office romance, an attraction to a supervisor, or to someone who is not “attainable” we have all been in the position of wanting something we are not able to have, and the writing of this is so compelling, you can feel their desire and how hard they are fighting it. This gives an amazing tension to the book as well as adds heat to the payoff when they finally give in to their attraction.

I love that you find out, as the story goes, how they each feel about one another, how long they fought the mutual attraction, and that the attraction was mutual. I love that the POV allows you to know how they are each feeling, that you get the chance to know each of them. Being let in, so to speak, with how they each feel allows the reader to know where they each are with the relationship, to know that Wyatt’s concerns about getting involved and risking his business, are valid based on his past but not something he needs to worry about with her.

I adored the twist on the wedding…while they both woke up surprised, because it is Vegas, I loved that they both wanted to get married, that they both wanted to have the “green light” so to speak, to be married, to make the attraction ok, to enjoy it without feeling that they had to fight it.

Blakely is a wonderful author, as I have mentioned before. In this book, her talent for storytelling and writing are obvious. She takes an idea that has definitely been done before, 2 coworkers who end up married in Vegas, and makes it new. It feels fresh, it feels like it is a new story, and it definitely doesn’t feel like something that has been done before. The snippets of Vegas are funny, but not allowed to overshadow what is going on with them, and their story.

I recommend you read it for this reason, if for nothing else.

    4 Stars!

    I thoroughly enjoyed
Well Hung! It's sexy, it's funny, it's Wyatt Hammer.

    description

Wyatt, the twin-brother of Nick from
Mister O, has always been firm on his principle that one shouldn't mix business with pleasure. That's why when he hired Natalie for his construction business as his assistant, he resisted her appeal and kept his d*ck in his pants. The sexual frustration continued when they went to Las Vegas together for a project, got drunk, had a wild sex, and even got themselves married! Things became awkward the next day when they woke up with wedding rings on their fingers.

    description

This book kind of reminds me of
Shine Not Burn by Elle Casey, only this was a lot steamier and dirtier. Not to mention one with a naughty male POV.

I love it when characters share an off-the-charts sexual chemistry and Wyatt and Natalie have it all. There was certainly an entertaining push and pull between their relationship and I loved that even if there was a bit of an angst, the tone of Wyatt's narration remained light and hilarious. At times though, Wyatt did a lot of overanalyzing and he came up with wrong conclusions which didn't sit well with me. I was glad, however, that Natalie was a cool, no-nonsense, and in-your-face character which made her a really perfect match for Wyatt.

After reading this book, I already decided to read other books by Lauren Blakely, specifically
    The Sexy One and
    Full Package.

As far rom-coms go, this book was pretty great. It's a kind of book that transitions from raunchy to romantic that will hit you right in the feels!

    #WellHung0

Lauren Blakely nailed it as she delivers an outright sexy, intoxicating, and hilarious addictive romantic comedy!!! Ladies, are you ready to meet Wyatt Hammer? If so, I think I need to give Wyatt a brief proper introduction.

Wyatt Hammer is soooooo hands on with all his projects. He knows how to use all his tools. *wink* You need someone to nail something to the wall. He can do it! You need someone who knows how to use a hammer. Ummm, he can definitely pound his way with his trusty hammer. And don’t let me get started, Wyatt Hammer knows how to use a jackhammer. There is nothing this man can’t do since he is Well Hung.

    #WellHung2

photo 78e40ec558863dc7fe763e82be29a0_zpsdkxj2huc.gif“She’s like a tiger, and together we’re animals.”

Wyatt Hammer’s construction business is booming and starting to take off. With a big account and a huge c*ck, there is no shortage of ladies wanting a piece of the Hammer but ever since an ex-girlfriend betrayed him, he has major trust issues that he is still hung up on. With the exception of his family and his trusty personal assistant, Natalie, Wyatt keeps his heart and bank account guarded. Deadbolt to be exact.

    #WellHung

Natalie was a godsend. She kept Wyatt organized and his business afloat with her amazing managerial skills. Not only did she have the brains, but she was also gorgeous and had a vibrant personality. Wyatt knows that he should never mix business with pleasure and so he tries to be on his best behavior that is until a weekend business trip to Las Vegas.

photo 78e40ec558863dc7fe763e82be29a0_zpsdkxj2huc.gif“I knew you were looking at me like you wanted to fuck me. I looked at you the same way, and all I could think was how . . . well hung you are.”

They don’t call Vegas, the city of sin for no reason at all. Well as it turns out, a few alcoholic beverages and burning sexual chemistry was all it took for Wyatt and Natalie to cross that imaginary line from co-workers to husband and wife. Yes, Wyatt and Natalie were intoxicated with lust, passion, and alcohol so they decided to get married. Well as it turns out, nothing truly stays in Vegas as reality sinks in. Wyatt is freaked out that he got married and worried that Natalie will try to ask for a share in his company.

    #WellHung1

As Natalie and Wyatt tries to get their marriage annulled, Wyatt begins to see and realize that Natalie is not like his ex-girlfriends. Natalie doesn’t care for Wyatt’s bank account at all but truly cares for him. She sees Wyatt as the man who has hammered his way into her heart and lady bits. As Wyatt comes to this realization that Natalie is the one and that he doesn’t want to lose her, will it be too late? Will Wyatt Hammer realize that Natalie has drilled her way into his mind, body and soul? Will there be a happily ever after ending for Mr. & Mrs. Hammer?

photo 78e40ec558863dc7fe763e82be29a0_zpsdkxj2huc.gif“Yes, all sex is good, but not all sex is created equally. I’m not just talking about hotel sex. Because I’ve just learned that sex with Natalie is in a class of its own. It’s beyond hotel sex. It’s more than the bee’s knees. It’s better than the cat’s meow. It’s heart-stoppingly magnificent. And I’m not the kind of guy who uses that word. But sex with her is indeed magnificent.”

Lauren Blakely has definitely brought in the big guns as she nails, hammer, and drills her way into our hearts. Yes, I am that reader who is hung up on Wyatt Hammer. This book was everything you could want in a romantic comedy. It was steamy, playful, full of banter, and of course chock full of S-E-X that will make any reader squirm and blush. With her vivid animated prose and charismatic characters, Lauren Blakely has written a love story that was an absolute gem. Blakely has buffed and renovated a newly improved Wyatt Hammer as she titillates readers to swoon over his tools and big heart. So if you are ready for Hammer Time, then I suggest you better get those one-click fingers ready as Wyatt is one stud that every romance readers want to nail. *lol*

I’m Well and truly Hung up on Lauren’s Blokes

What I really want to know is whether Lauren Blakely interviews blokes to get into their minds? She really seems to get how their minds tick. Lauren’s stories and my understanding of how a guy thinks seems to work along the same path. Isn’t sex first and foremost on their mind? Aren’t they always weary of women trying to force their hands? Don’t they want to protect their tools? Haven’t they been there done that and have the t-shirt to prove it? I’m going to go out on a limb and call it. Most blokes have done or thought at least one of the things Mr Well Hung AKA Wyatt Hammer did or thinks in this book. I’ll let you in on a secret, my hubby thinks…aaah...acts…protects…has done…UMMM…actually no…better not go there. Anything I say now will get me into a wee bit of trouble.

Anyways, I get an absolute kick out of this series. I love that Well Hung is told through Wyatt’s thoughts and actions. We see where his strengths and vulnerabilities lie and how he handles different situations. Some of it is an absolute crack up, while at other times I wanted to smack him. This is why Wyatt seemed so real. He’s far from perfect but he does try to be a good guy most of the time.

Wyatt Hammer is good with tools, but bad with appointments. To help get more organised, Wyatt employs Natalie to run his office. She is awesome at her job and he knows he’d be lost without her. There’s just one little problem. Wyatt really, really wants to get in her panties but doesn’t want to mix business with pleasure. He’s spent 6 very hard months working alongside her and not touching her. What makes things even harder is that they have so much in common. He actually likes her as well. The shock…the horror!

A trip to Vegas for work sees Wyatt and Natalie spending, even more, time together. When the business they came to Vegas for, ends up going haywire, they decide to have some fun while they’re there. A few drink here, a few drinks there turns into one heck of a wild night…the best night EVER!!

Unfortunately, the next day arrives with hangovers and wedding bands on their fingers, which lead them to have a lot of regrets. They return to New York and try to forget and move on from their wild night.

They tried alright…but some things just can’t be forgotten. They especially can’t (don’t want to) forget the best sex of their lives.

Well Hung is funny, sweet and very sexy. There were times that made me stop and think about how I would handle the situation they were in. Would I be able to stop and go back to friendship? Could I let my business be more important to me than love? Should I trust my gut when what appears in front of me makes me question my feelings? Wyatt and Natalie are perfect for each other. The more time they spend with each other, it becomes obvious they can’t just move on. A fairy godmother steps in and helps them face the truth.

Before I finish, I want to tell you my favourite part of the whole story. Wyatt is explaining to Natalie how, when and why he stopped pranking his sister Josie. I would love everybody, male and female, to read that one part of the story. Basically, Wyatt’s Mum sat him down and explained that if he loved his sister he should show her how she should be treated, not what she should put up with. Perfect.

Well Hung was definitely a winner for me and after reading the snippets at the end of the book, I’ve got some great stories to look forward to in the not too far off future.

WELL HUNG.......indeed my friends! Wyatt and Natalie.....what can I say about these two. Lets start with Wyatt.....I mean he is a HAMMER and he does know how to use one ;) I mean any man that works with his hands for a living do we really have to question his sexual ability. Also, a construction had, white tight shirt and tight A$$ jeans are like every ladies fantasy. Wyatt has be burned in the past, but will he let that sour his experience with Natalie.....well you have to read to find out....duhhh!!!
Natalie is the very organized, helpful, and just lights up any room when she walks in. She is the perfect best friend, roommate, and employee. Natalie is the very thing that Wyatt is looking for, but that he can't really let himself have just because of his past. They have a spark that neither of them can deny and going on their journey with them made me smile. I mean who does not LOVE a Vegas adventure.
Lauren Blakely is a FING master with her words....this book has all the funnies, all the feels, and all the feistiness that is a LB book. OMG I almost forgot how can you not fall in love with Wyatt Hammer when you find out that he volunteers at a dog rescue and takes them for walks with his equally hot brother. I know right I just sold you on the book.....your welcome! While your one clicking you better one click ALL things LB and read them NOW!!!!

Here’s what you need to know about me — I’m well-off, well-hung and quick with a joke.

    Wyatt's turn.....it's Wyatt's turn!!!

I am pleased to say that as always with Lauren, we do get to see the other characters again! YESSS! That is what I always look forward to, although standalones, each story being different, the characters pop up, and enjoy each other's lives, so I can enjoy it with them, and I did just that with them in this.

Wyatt is a mix of strong, sexy, sweet, romantic and a bit untrusting. Having had a bad deal in the past with women ripping him off left right and centre. Wyatt is on guard and is not going to drop it in a hurry.

Natalie is Wyatt's assistant, the organisational mastermind who he has a little soft spot for, which comes out in force when they pop off to Vegas. Drinks flowing, the Vegas atmosphere leads to the pair having a wild time around town, and me along for the ride enjoying it with them!

The humour, romance and heat is in spades in this and Lauren placed a few handy text messages between Natalie & Charlotte which I wasn't expecting, but I ohhhhh so enjoyed. A little insight and at some perfect times too.

I am really excited to meet the next characters! Seriously, Simon !!

“What could possibly go wrong on a business trip to Vegas?”

When I saw this was a “got drunk and accidentally married in Vegas” trope, I was like . . . .

Unfortunately, Well Hung ended up being just meh for me. The problem was quite simple . . . .

That would be Wyatt Hammer – the leading male. For being a construction worker with a mega schlong he sure was a whiny bitch a good portion of the time.

So the story was about construction company owner Wyatt and his assistant Natalie who get sent to Vegas for a uuuuuuuuge (™Donald Trump) job that will take the company to the next level. Buuuuuuut when the job falls through the two are left with a free evening and sorrows to drown. One thing leads to another, Wyatt and Natalie get hitched and when plans for a quickie annulment backfire the two are left to deal with their feelings for one another.

As I said before, this one was just aiiiiiiiight for me. There wasn’t a whole lotta plot, which would have been fine if the characters didn’t keep talking about how funny they were while not being funny at all. (Romantic comedy porns are my favorite porns, so I might have been judgier than most.) There was also the dreaded nickname issue to deal with and in this case: “Frisky Mittens” had me all . . . .

The one thing this story did deliver in spades was mass quantities of sexual times. We’re talking everything from a roller coaster . . . .

    To a slot machine that had Natalie screaming . . . .

But quantity didn’t make up for quality when it came to this story . . . probably because it was told 100% from Wyatt’s perspective and the more I was in his head the less I wanted his head in me. Therefore, my panties remained a sploosh free environment . . . . .

Good news is, I am not yet prepared to give up on Lauren Blakely and due to my most awesome book fairy I’ll be reading more of her stuff in the near future. Because, ya know . . . .

    ORIGINAL "REVIEW":

Go ahead co-workers. Ask me what I'm reading today when you see me at the coffee bar . . . .

In other news, I'm officially declaring my love for my fairygodbookmother
Sh3lly. Let me know when you wanna go to Vegas and get hitched : )

Lauren Blakely has turned into a writing machine, churning out hit after hit! In Well Hung, the story of Wyatt and Natalie. Successful, but still blue-collar construction worker who is a little timid when it comes to trusting women, Wyatt knows that mixing business with pleasure is not a good idea. But he can’t seem to resist Natalie, his assistant who has made his NY based construction firm a success. When they find themselves in Vegas for a job, one night of anything goes turns into drunken vows and a sweaty Elvis impersonator.

Well Hung is sort of an office romance, friends turned lovers and a drunken, romp of a good time where the mains exchange ‘I do’s’ before they exchange much of anything else. Now sober and heading back to NY, these two have to find a way to quickly end their nuptials – or do they?

Big Rock and Mister O were both amazing reads, a little close in story – so I was really excited to see that Well Hung was going to venture off into a different direction. And I can’t see this book not being a huge hit. I loved the banter between these two. Natalie was such a surprise and was a star of this book. Wyatt was pure sex and I loved the humor he delivered. The struggle to avoid his attraction to Nat. His worry about making bad choices when it came to the opposite sex.

I can’t get enough. Ms. Blakely has found her rhythm and is delivering big time with this series.

    4 'Hammer&Hammer' Stars!

Lauren Blakely.. you are a genius! I am loving this books in male POV! Loving all these new characters she is introducing and the love stories that are growing between them.

In Well Hung we are presented with the story of Wyatt Hammer and Natalie Rhodes: also known as, Nick's twin brother (from Mister O) and Charlotte's sister (the female protagonist in Big Rock).

We fuck like a rock song. We screw like a wild ride that twists and turns. We are edge-of-the-seat lovers.

    Holy shit.
    I kissed my assistant.
    I banged my assistant.
    I married my assistant.

This was a forbidden attraction between boss and employee kinda romance and I was all over it! I have to say I connected more with the couple in Mister O and The Sexy One, maybe because Wyatt and Natalie start full on with the marriage thing lol But, as always the experience was funny and super sexy!

“I want us to keep riding the rollercoaster. To get on it over and over again. To keep climbing, and falling, and flipping upside-down, even if it makes us sick or crazy. I want to feel all the joy and exhilaration with you. The ups and downs. Because loving you is some kind of wild ride, and I don’t want it to stop.”

So, I am rating Well Hung with 4 STARS because I really enjoyed this story and I can't wait for all the upcoming ones since I am loving the sh*t out of these amazing books Lauren is writing! I totally recommend checking them out :)
