Bailey Cross grew up as the only daughter of a single mom. When she finds out about a family she never knew she had, she travels half-way across the country to meet them. On the night Bailey hits town, her nerves get the better of her, making her act out of character when she meets Wyatt Kincaid in a bar and lets him take her home. After a night that rocks her world, she races out of his bed as quickly as she fell into it. But, there is one thing Bailey can’t run from, the baby she and Wyatt created.
Wyatt went out looking for a good time and found a hell of a lot more than he’d bargained for. He wants more than a one night stand with the woman in his bed; he wants a chance at forever. But when he wakes up the next morning, she’s gone. He searches for her, but Bailey is nowhere to be found… until he goes looking in his best friend’s home.
Warning: This novella contains a sexy alpha, insta-love, and an "oops" baby! It's quick, hot, and dirty.

Smut Scale Perfection
This was an awesome, hot little read.
OTT alpha male smuttiness at its finest. It actually reminded me a lot of Alexa Riley books (in a good way, not in a "holy shit what a rip off" way.

Baby, You’re Mine is book one in the Yeah, Baby series by Fiona Davenport. This book just made me so happy. It made me smile and sigh and swoon and, well, you get the picture. There wasn’t anything I didn’t love about it.
Bailey Cross was raised by her single mother and has no siblings. On her mother’s death bed, she revealed the details of how Bailey came to be and the identity of her father. So, Bailey packed up for a long vacation and headed to Red Springs, Nebraska to meet her new family. It is the night before they are to meet and Bailey is beside herself with nerves so she heads to Jumpin’ Jacks, the only bar in town, and ends up sitting next to a very good looking man. After hours of talking and flirting, one thing leads to another, and Bailey experiences a night like no other. The thing is, this is Bailey’s first time and she has no idea how to behave in such a situation. So, of course, she slips out before he wakes up.
Wyatt Kincaid can’t believe his luck sitting next to this woman he can’t seem to unglue his eyes from. He feels instantly drawn to her but not just her looks. He really likes her. They talk and talk and talk some more. Finally, things get sexy and they go to his house for a night like he has never experienced. He knows this isn’t his usual one night stand. This is more. He just has to convince her of that. But when he wakes up, she is gone. He spends the next month searching the state of Nebraska for her but comes up with nothing. Until he walked into his best friend’s house and there she was. He’s finally found the woman of his dreams and he isn’t going to let her out of his sight ever again.
“There was one thing she wouldn’t be able to get me to do. Let her go.
I think I’ll keep you.”
Bailey and Wyatt were in for another surprise when they discover that Bailey is pregnant. Wyatt sees it as his excuse to convince Bailey to stay. To be his forever. Bailey doesn’t want Wyatt to want her just because she is pregnant. That is why he is behaving the way he is, isn’t it?
This book was adorable. Wyatt was so alpha sexy, possessive, hilarious, swoony, and I could go on and on. The things he did…sigh! There was one scene in the doctor’s office, well, I won’t say anything else about that. So, if you haven’t figured it out, I loved this book. I can’t wait to go on to the next book, Baby Steps.
“The moment I saw her, she was mine and I was hers.” -
3.5 Stars - This was my first book by this author, and let me say that I am pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the storyline, the characters and the author's writing style. This short story just worked for me!

I love a good short story but this one felt like just an outline not enough meat but I did like the writing enough to the try the next book in the series. -
Cute and fast
I liked it.
It wasn't anything too complex or hard to read, the characters were pretty basic, but I liked their chemistry. They were damn cute together.
This is the perfect read for that moment when you don't really want to read anything but you can't stand not reading anything (if you know what I mean). -
I absolutely love this book! I can't tell you enough how much I love this one. So good! Just a light and easy read and I felt the connection between them.
The story is about Wyatt, 28 and Bailey, early twenties.
They met in a bar where Wyatt and his best friend, Jack often hang out. He's an architect and owns the firm. She's a teacher. It's summer and she's there to meet the family she never knew and met.
He took her home and spent the night together. Though he wanted more than a one night stand with her, she was gone the next day when he woke up. He looked for her and only found her at his best friend's house.
It's so good to read their journey: the first time they met, the second time then finding out she's pregnant, doctor's appointments, everything. The only thing that might annoy you is Jack but I understand why he acted like that. She's his sister and just found her and he's scared to lose her. It didn't bother me. Besides, Wyatt is an OTT alpha who would not let anyone stop him from having Bailey. And they're so cute together.
I also love the epilogue! Fiona Davenport doesn't only knows how to write beautiful stories, she also knows how to write beautiful epilogues. I have a soft spot for epilogues with marriage and babies so yeah, her stories are really amazing. From beginning to end. I love it!

A one night stand and an accidental pregnacy.
The guy knows that she may be pregnant.
He suspects it from the beginning, since the morning that he woke up without her in his bed.
And then she disappears for weeks, until he discovers that she is his best friend little half sister.
I liked the book. It was better than I expected.
I didn't like the awkward moment in which her whole family finds out she is pregnant.
The story was short, entertaining, smutty. A quick read, super cute. -

Yeah, not sure if it's just the mood I am in or what but I was not feeling it. A bit OTT. -
This is totally me when a new Fiona Davenport book comes out...
I loved this book! It was great... Alpha -- Insta-Love -- Hot Sexy Times -- Babies -- Fabulous Epilogue
Can't wait to read the next one, though I am SO over step-brother books, but I'll have faith in Miz Davenport to make it good!! -
Hahaha, this book was utterly ridiculous, their thoughts and conversations...I just can't. An extra star because it made me laugh, even if that wasn't the author's intention.
-
This was fun, light and easy. Only tension was her dick of a brother who the hero should have punched! He was just weird and an asshole. Otherwise, I loved the hero and the heroine did not make me mad (which is a really good thing).

***Spoilers***
DNF... OF COURSE
After great efforts from my part to get to 50% of the book (only because it was very short; thank the gods) I only have one question: Why would ANYONE give this book a more than 1 stars?
Oh my god, where to start...
1. First, we have the oh so virgin h who has presented her V-card on a silver platter to the H, after meeting him at a bar. On the same night. Yep. Oh and by the way, she enjoyed it immensely. Riiight...
2. Then, we have the oh so reasonable, smart and sooo mature H who has decided -with good reason, of course- that his one night stand who has already left his bed, will be his wife . Makes sense!
Oh, forgot to mention that that happened at the same time he realized the condom had broken. Why you say, he just realized it the morning after? Because he stayed inside of his one night stand the whole night, of course. Duuh!
3. I will skip my thoughts on how they met again because I don't have the strength for it. So, I will go straight to the fact that as soon as they meet again after a month, one of the first things that happen is that the h pukes. And of course Dr. Lover comes straight to the rescue, guessing that she is pregnant. And what more natural and expected than start calling her his wife and planning their marriage?
SERIOUSLY?
Oh and please, let me present you with a small piece of what I actually had the strength to read.
Wyatt was standing right there, a shit-eating grin on his face. "I knocked you up, right?"
And that's as far as my patient went, folks.
P.S. In case I didn't make myself very clear, rest assured that IT WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL before I read another book of this wannabe author. -
Novella as a ridiculously silly piece of cotton candy fluff. The hero falls like a ton of bricks for the heroine. The ex-virgin runs after their ONS. The H is in a panic and searches for her and finds her surprisingly close to home.
It's eye-rolling in its insta-lust and seriously out-dated caveman hero antics, but fun nonetheless.
The cover is the worst as it makes the sweet and pretty little heroine look like a con artist on Law and Order rather than the sweet third grade teacher she is. -
2.5 Stars
While visiting her newly found family members in a different state, Bailey Cross meets Wyatt Kincaid at a bar one evening, unaware that he’s her long lost brother’s best friend.
There were quite a few things that made this story not for me. First, it’s 100% insta love and insta lust causing the romantic development between Bailey and Wyatt to be lacking. While I realize this is a novella, instead of being told they spent hours talking, an inclusion of their conversation and/or banter would have gone a long way to allowing the reader to make a connection with them as a couple.
My biggest issue though came with the attitudes and beliefs towards women by the males in this story. It ranged from archaic to downright offensive. A pregnant heroine being harassed about being married off. Female siblings treated as if they need male protection. The sexism simply became sickening and killed not only the romance but the smut as well for me.
Character break down wise:
Wyatt… had the potential to be a cute guy, but I couldn’t take his over the top ways! I had to put the book down several times he was just too much with his sexist sentiments. He seriously needed to take a chill pill and get a lesson on women’s rights because his approach to a relationship was to treat his girl like property.
“I needed to work a little harder to convince her that while the baby was helpful in my desire to move things along quickly, we would have ended up man and wife no matter what.”
Notice he says man and wife, not the equal phrasing husband and wife.
Bailey…at times I thought this girl deserved a metal for putting up with the old fashioned illusions of the males in this story.
“I didn’t appreciate how a man I barely knew thought he could make decisions about my life for me.”
Maybe it was her experience as a 3rd grade teacher that left her with far more patience than I’d have dealing with grown men who act like children.
“Wyatt, I’m not going to marry you just because I’m pregnant.”
But then the more she caved and gave into them, the less I had respect for her.
Bailey’s stepmother…She was kinda funny in a cougar type of way. By the descriptions of her character—trying to see her step-son’s friend naked—she should have been the crazy of this story but strangely she often came off the most sensible.
Bailey’s brother…Total controlling sexist jerk.
Bailey’s father…. Again, Earth to the 21st Century! You can’t force a man to marry your 23 year old daughter simply because she’s pregnant.
And then…
This book contains one of my pet peeves in realistic fiction—when medical facts are skewed for a simple plot device or in this case an overly possessive H. Only a month after having sex, Bailey visits the doctor where Wyatt goes all caveman about Bailey not wearing panties for the male MD and an ultrasound is done abdominally for them to see the baby. Having had two kids myself (and many ultrasounds), this really bugged me because ultrasounds done in the doctor’s office in those very early weeks of pregnancy are done transvaginally for a variety reasons. In the real world, Wyatt would have had to just suck it up just as he’d have had to do with a lot of things women endure during pregnancy for the health and safety of their baby as well as their own well being.
What the book has most going for it…the sex. Well except for the sex following the h puking. That just isn’t a sexy time for couples no matter how much dirty talk it's wrapped up in.
All in all, I think my enjoyment of this book would have been much higher if the medical facts would have been presented accurately, and the men would have quit behaving like Neanderthal males. -
Well, after being disappointed in the third book of Risque Contracts, Ms Davenport is back on my stalking list. Loved this book! Wyatt was perfect!!! I hope the trend continues with the next one.

This was a really good fast book, our hero Wyatt was crazy possessive and only thought about how he could make Bailey his. This book was a fun read that is completely safe. While out in a new town to meet her family she never knew Bailey meets Wyatt at a bar. The second Wyatt see's Bailey he knows he has to have her. After hours of talking Bailey agree's to go home with Wyatt. After claiming Bailey Wyatt knows she will always be his till he wakes to find her gone.
Searching for her Wyatt can't believe his best friends sister is Bailey but if he has finally found her he will make sure she is his for good. When Bailey gets sick Wyatt couldn't be more sure or mare happy that Bailey is pregnant, and even if her brother and his best friend doesn't want them together Wyatt won't stop till Bailey is his forever.
I really liked this book, Wyatt only cares and thinks about Bailey she is it, and he will do anything and everything to get and keep her. This was just one of those books that was very fast but also really fun. This book also has a really cute epilogue that just adds to this book. -
Hot dayum. Another hit by Fiona Davenport. She had the perfect recipe for my fave type of book. An alpha male, a hint of inst-love, virgin heroine, fast paced, pushy hero who won't stop till he get what he wants... and so on...
The description of the next book in this series didn't really pull me in. I'm not sure I'll like it but I'll definitely give it a go :) -
3.5 stars! Short, light, sexy read. So at first I didn't really feel the connection, but it got much better and I felt it:) Oh that hero and his OTT ways! love him! heroine was ok for me lol. Jack(heroines brother) was a bit too much at first but he finally got it! Love epilogue!! I will be reading the next one as long as it's safe:)
safety gang safe
heroine was a virgin.
nothing really mentioned about hero's past. we only know he didn't do commitment.
This is me being really picky but I did wonder if he brought others to his house before.lol -
Ok so this book is one of those what you see is what you get and it was exactly what I needed.

Reread 2.5*
These books are pretty basic so you know exactly what you'll be getting.
Instalust/love
Virgin h
ONS/broken condom
Baby
Lots of convenience in terms of timing and such and while I usually like these types of plot I did find the H was way too bossy especially as he didn't change. The sexy times dirty talk was a bit much as well but all in all it delivered what it promised. -
So I've seen this book and read the description so many times, but I've always passed it up. Today though, I decided why not? And now I'm so glad I read it! This book was so sweet and cute and I can't wait to read the series!!
-
Some angst, virginal heroine, alpha hero, heartwarming epilogue! Another winner by Fiona Davenport!
-
Yo know, no necesito decir más.
El chiste se cuenta solito. -
Loved this story! I ate it up with a spoon! alpha, instalove, no OM / OW mumbo-jumbo. ....can't wait to read the rest of the series! Fiona Davenport has become an automatic buy for me!

'Envolví mis brazos alrededor de ella y me aferré. Había una cosa que ella no sería capaz de hacerme hacer. Dejarla ir'.
Baby, You’re Mine de Fiona Davenport serie
Yeah, Baby libro 1
