The Uncovered Policeman: A Romantic Naturist Comedy (Rags to Riches Book 1) Reviews

    Good read

Enjoyed this intro to a series. It's a friendly read no violence or sex .despite being a story in a naturists place, It takes away the cliches of nudists and gives a more realistic view of that style.

I really enjoyed this short story, easy to read, entertaining and it put a smile on my face. It's not something I would ordinarily read but as it is themed on naturism and I've been a keen naturist for many years (yes shock horror!) I was eager to try it.
PC 'Addy' Addiscombe gets a call out of the blue to attend what should normally be a 'run of the mill' break in/ burglary until he discovers that it has happened at the Eden Gardens naturist club on the outskirts of town...
Addy attends and starts to investigate what's happened and why the clubhouse has been smashed into and drinks stolen. While there he starts to become more comfortable with the residents of the club and their naturist lifestyle. During his investigation he meets Bea, a trainee solicitor and naturist who he slowly falls in love with.
Can Addy solve the crime, ask Bea for a date and more importantly is he brave enough to take off all his clothes and enjoy naturism? Only time will tell.
A great naturism-themed short story. I hope to read more in the series!

    An Enjoyable Novella

An interesting naturist detective story, but not a mystery. When you think no one you know is a naturist, you might be surprised. Solving a simple theft can have interesting consequences. A short novella, and an enjoyable novella.

A very entertaining dive into the life of a policeman who gets faced with a crime in an unusual place.
Drop everything (pun intended) and follow PC Addy.

The book is the first in a series, I noticed a few mistakes and crooked sentences, but that didn't really make the pleasure of reading this book any less.

    Good start…

This was a good start to what I see is a long series. I heard the author on a podcast called Naked, Nudists, and Naturists…
