I loved the idea of writing some sort of a poem for every year when sending out Christmas cards. Which I able to do that.

Helen Steiner Rice is my favorite poet(ess). I have had this book for years and I re-read it every year at Christmas. And, all these years later, it has inspired me to publish my own collection of Christmas poems.

This is an adorable collection of poetry and stories from Helen Steiner Rice, many taken from the Christmas cards she designed. The soft illustrations are beautiful and there are readings of the Christmas story sprinkled throughout.

Nice collection of poems all related to Christmas with scripture passages included as well and full page illustrations. Beautiful book!

Religious Christmas poems. A good way to start the Christmas season. I thought the best part was the section with her Christmas letters to family and friends.
