  i liked this book very much. binchy is like an old sweater - she's cozy and comfy and nice to hang out with from time to time.

  Maeve Binchy wove a tale with a host of characters. Each had his/her story, and they fit together into a finely woven plot. She did an amazing job keeping them straight and their stories straight. The only problem, I had trouble remembering who they were and what each was doing. I had no trouble, however, loving Benny and disliking Jack.

  I love Maeve Binchy. Shes like a comfortable sweater, a favorite pair of jeans. Not a great writer, but a reliable friend to keep you warm and cozywith a good story.
