Pizza Night: Dinner Solutions for Every Day of the Week (Williams-Sonoma) Reviews

I admit thee book was in my private library for a while, until I decided to really give it try. I got it during the pandemic as a blind buy, when there were huge discount for cook books, but the recipes back then sounded too complicated, and too weird. But as I slowly cut down going to restaurants and learnt more how to cook at home, I picked the cookbook again. I do not have pizza often, but I really like some of the recipes. They are not traditional, but the with bacon and Brussel sprouts is really good. I was not sure about the smoked salmon on pizza with the sour cream and dill, but it was really good. And the recent one with chorizo and spinach is one of my favourite. I even tried to make the dough now, instead of using store bought like I used to. And the tomato sauce is really nice to put on the pizza as well.
There is a lot I did not try yet, was not brave enough mainly, but the recipes I did try, and some of theem I mentioned here, were good. So overall I can recommend the book. -
