On our drive to the Grand Canyon this year, I read aloud this Carole Marsh mystery to my kids in the car. We've been reading this mystery series together whenever we go on trips for the past 6-7 years now, so we're pretty attached to the characters. The mystery wasn't one of the better ones in the series, but we still enjoyed the read.

I picked this up for my 12 year old on a trip to the Grand Canyon. It’s really cool how it is set in the park and has tons of information and history. The plot was fun and kept us invested in the story. We will probably be in the look out for more as we visit parks. This is a fun souvenir and a good enough book. The pictures make it seem a little amateur. But they are fine.
