I’m not Spirit filled yet, but I believe I will be soon! Normal people; I believe you’ll be Spirit filled at the end of reading this book. Steve is an amazing writer, and he’s a source of information when it comes to the Holy Spirit! His writing style is also very easy to read.
EDIT: As of December 23rd, 2020, I’m Spirit filled and speaking in tongues! The information in this book has prepared me for it. Otherwise I would still be waiting for the Holy Spirit to do the speaking. -
I bought this book to give to a friend with questions about the gift of tongues and to support Steve. I am glad I did!
After he shares his own testimony, Steve thoroughly dismantles the lies that people have about speaking in tongues. He concludes with a guide on how to pray for someone - or yourself - to receive this needed gift.
A necessary and powerful book for the Body! Nicely done, Steve. -
Interesting
Many ideas I’ve not considered despite having read the Bible many times. Will let all this soak into my brain and then read again. Repetition is good because you might find something you didn’t the first time. -

I really enjoyed this book.
Having read Dave Roberson's book, Walk In The Spirit, I figured there would be very little I would learn from this one. I was wrong. Though the author mentions Roberson's book often, he also explains where misconceptions about praying in the Spirit come from, and gives scriptures to back up why these truly are misconceptions. While I found some of the book slightly repetitious, I also understand why he made it so. Sometimes hearing the same concept worded in a different way will help me better understand it.
My recommendation would be to read this and to also get Dave Roberson's book on this same topic. I certainly learned a lot from both authors. -
More or less a give away by Kindle, yet I did read it. Well laid out explanation of Mr. Bremmer's beliefs.
