2nd gen business owner
As a 2nd gen business owner with a sibling. This book was timely as we succeed our parents in the operation of the business. We have different strengths and abilities. Yet we are paid the same for different amounts OR kinds of work. So many of the points in this book hit home for me, but at the same time there is enough guidance to solve the issues.
I highly recommend this book and will be sharing with my brother as we adopt a more merit/market based approach to compensation.
